In a time like this were Boko Haram continue terrorizing Nigeria, my dear President chose to Head the Petroleum Ministry instead of the Ministry of Defence were his experience as an ex-general will be needed. One would only hope that the security of Nigeria is not traded for the juiciest position in the Petroleum Ministry. Nigerians voted Buhari Because we believe he can lead the fight against insurgency and not just lead the fight against oil-urgency. Common sense is definitely not common and incidents like this just proves it to be true. IS THE DEVIL A SPIRIT OR HUMAN BEING? Hello my fellow Nairalanders, I was once convicted and sent to Nairaland prison, I tried sending a plea to the mods but their face be like raining season, dem no gree, there's nothing as frustrating as when you are on a lengthy ban that is when you have an inspiration to post something, you see some stup.id posts (cough, sorry mods) and you just feel like replying them by speaking some sense to their head but you cant...i swear that thing dey pain die. My time in Nairaland prison help my brain to reboot and now I am a better person, I now choose my words carefully before posting it to avoid another jail term. Go to Nairaland prison and your life will never remain the same. This is my experience, please feel free to share yours, the mods are on holiday (if I hear). |

When you say witch-hunting, the senators are the ones doing the witch-hunting. All I see here is just some senators trying to spite Buhari and some of his diehards. Left to me, involving EFCC and ICPC at this stage is not only baseless and waste of resources but anti political and misplaced priorities.
