After Infinity Blade 2 prelude you will be asked to upgrade to iOS 5 in order to continue. I would have love to share the ipa, so as to give it a try. |
Is anyone playing Infinity Blade II? It only runs on iOS 5.x.x, I can only play it on my phones. My iPad is on 4.3.3, no plan to upgrade yet. With high graphic games coming, hope Apple is not trying to feed us with iOS 5 by force? |
tumababa:Most users with locked idevices are afraid of 5.0.1 presently. I got no locked phone to try the fixer either, but it gonna be a difficult one due to base-band at 5.0.1. Only 2 options are available; 1. Downgrade to iOS 4.1 (Apple still keep this open for 3Gs) and flash iPad baseband, which i don't personally like. 2. If the phone is 12 months old, then maybe the Official Carrier will permanently unlock it after 24 months, meaning another 12 months of waiting! |
Daffydoc:1. Yes. Install Mewseek from Cydia. Then search for your songs and start downloading for free. ![]() 2. Install installious from Cydia. if you like to make ur download more interesting, install Appstorelous together with installious. You can then search for ur download directly on Apple Store. If the program is available on installious, you will see installious icon on the program page of apple store. click directly on it will take you to direct download from installious. That is more fun for ipa downloaders ![]() 3. To download large file without wifi. Go get 3G-unrestrictor from cydia or My3G from cydia. Personally, i use 3G-unrestrictor. it works wonder on iOS 5. Then configure ur 3G-unrestrictor to which-and-which program, so when then the specified program is on internet, ur phone is always sees it as connection via wifi. ![]() Happy downloading ![]() |
Da_b¤§§.:You can now downgrade back to your present iOS 5.x.x version with the new iFaith and TinyUmbrella. iFaith has been updated to stitch your save SHSH blob to the ATP ticket for the iOS version, likewise, the new tinyUmbrella. If you wish to downgrade back to ur current version of iOS 5, re-save your SHSH blob now with these updated tools. iH8Sn0w demonstrated this about 3days ago. MuscleNerd later twitted about the New Redsn0w that with handle the downgrade with SHSH blob+APT ticket.

dragnet:Funniest thing was that auto-banned bot ban people indiscriminately, while users spamming and marketing in the forums are roaming freely. |
coogar:Try think outside the box. I don't need PHCN to get electricity, I generated mine, and don't ask me how, search the internet. But Coogar, why are you always like making mockery of most forum discussion? Maybe I should have invite you when celebrating a year of non-interrupted Electricity in my house by Jan 27th 2012 (without PHCN), but security reasons willl not make it possible. |
More headache for locked-phone buyers, invariably "cheap iPhone buyers" ![]() |
tumababa:More problems await lock phone buyers and invariably "cheap iPhone buyers" ![]() |
@ jarkbauer : I love your innovative solution to your health problem and the traffic. Everyone may not do the same thing to achieve result. But in Nigeria, everyone is trying to do same thing to achieve success. We need to think outside the box, and see the big picture. Standing out of the crowd is my own personal way of life. I do things in my own way to achieve a set goal. While renovating my house, most people (Bricklayer and Electrician) that work for me did not understand me when I gave order of how I want my house and wiring design to be done. They claimed it has never been done like that before! but 11 months now, I have never experience a power failure. My own way of making sure, PHCN wahala is out of life, more so my generator is now redundant, a mighty cost-saving on my fuel consumption. I believe if each and everyone is coming out with a practical solutions, we need to appreciate them, little drops of water make a might ocean. |
Anyone looking for a good download manager for iOS 5 can try Dolphin HD browser. It contain an in-built download manager like safari download manager on iOS 4.x.x , moreover, it is FREE on Apple Store. |
tumababa:The problem with this part of the world is that people love cheap things, and are always looking for BEST thing at CHEAPEST price. On the long run, we spend more on logistic on our cheap merchandise. A guy told me he can get iPad 2, 3G+Wifi, 64GB less than 100k, well, i told him to look very before buying it. They later sold him iPad 2 wifi only, 16GB! . He's now looking for money to buy another iPad, since Wifi only is more than useless in Nigeria. There is a price to be paid, for every Premium Product |
tumababa:The genesis of the whole problem is locked phone. Hence, I will advise NOT to ever buy locked phone, unless you are receiving it as a GIFT. Buy factory unlocked iphone as save urself 90% of Apple's problem. |
tumababa:Can somebody confirm Infinity Blade 2 work on iPad with FULL screen?
|
Daffydoc:"Pwn" has it meaning as "own" But in Computer Hacking World, it is a coded word for "compromise". or "to be conquered" or sometimes "securing control" So, when I said " You are have been pwned" I am only referring to your phone been compromised by baseband update. |
greymatter:1. 3Gs can run on iOS5 2. The Best network for me personally is Glo. MTN too dey try. 3. Since you are a newbie, it is better to buy factory unlocked iPhone, it will save ur future about unlocking! ![]() 4. Jailbreaking is gaining the root access to the phone to install un-official applications. But if u have your way, go for iPhone 4, it is just an advice. |
Daffydoc:You have been "Pwned!". Try Gevey SIM or Rebel SIM. Call Tumababa or sumi_temi if u need one If you save your SHSH blob for iOS4, then you are lucky to restore your former firmware, if not you are stuckED with iOS update. Anyway, if u like to sell it to me for testing purposes, I am available. |
Daffydoc:You have been "Pwned!". Try Gevey SIM or Rebel SIM. Call Tumababa or sumi_temi if u need one. |
elrony:My Phone of course, Just press Home and Power button together, then check ur Photos for the screenshot. Your phone don't need to be jailbreak before you can do it. |
Maybe bootrom Exploit on the way for A5-Chip!

Good news coming for iPhone 4s Users. ![]()

tumababa:I think crash dump collection will work. iOS 5 got a lot of crashes on stock Apple applications. By the time ur itunes is neuter by greenpoison software, the itunes stop sending any error report to Apple. While setting up email on iOS 5.0 on Exchange Server email, the phone crashes to home screen, an opportunity to inject untether codes. But I discovered Apple has fixed this problem on iOS 5.0.1, that is just one example. If you experiment with ALL items in your iPhone settings, you will notice some flaws, most especially on iOS 5.0 Let keep our finger crossed, unfortunately, untether exploit on iOS 5 is mainly on user-land, I pray we have boot-rom manouver. |
sun_temi:The program is presently for Mac user, it will be available for Window user in the next 24hrs from Greenpois0n web site. However, here is how to prevent sending crash reports to Apple manually: To disable iTunes taking the time to send error or crash reports to Apple every sync, turn off automatic syncing (if enabled) on your phone/iPod, right-click on the unit in iTunes, and click "Reset Warnings." The next time you sync, your system will ask if you want to send the reports. Un-check the "Do not ask me again" option, hit "Don't Send," and you're good to go. |

Weapon Of Mass Destruction The article is from Greenpois0n peronal blog; read thru Greetings, friends & jailbreakers! It has now been several months since I (posixninja) took the stage at JailbreakCon (fka MyGreatFest) in London. Since then, I & other members of the Chronic Dev team have been keeping quietly busy on many fronts, so I thought it was about time to give you all a brief update. Update on iOS5 Jailbreak First & foremost: during my JailbreakCon talk in September, I was excited to announce that the Chronic Dev team had already discovered 5 different exploits for use in our upcoming jailbreak. Unfortunately, that announcement was a bit premature, because in the subsequent weeks, Apple found & patched a (critical) few of those exploits, between the beta versions we used for testing and the final release of iOS5 on October 12. Sadly (and trust us, we are much more sad about this than any of you could possibly be), this has prevented us from being able to release a new jailbreak as quickly as we wanted to. As I hinted at earlier this week on Twitter, I was initially disheartened to think that so many of the countless hours we’ve worked on this jailbreak seemingly went right down the drain. Not to mention, these are by no means the first exploits that have been “lost” by Chronic Dev (or any other iOS hacking teams) in this manner. In fact, these are just a few in a long-running series of exploits that were patched by Apple before we hackers could make use of them in a free jailbreak for you, our loyal fans. Well, to be frank… this is bullshit!!! And now, Chronic Dev is ready to turn this little information battle into an all-out, no-holds-barred information WAR. So we want to use this experience as an opportunity to explain the method Apple uses to find potential vulnerabilities, as well as to unveil our new master plan, which should not only prevent this from happening to us again in the future, but also allow us to use all of you to find more exploits, so we can ultimately get an untethered jailbreak into your hands as quickly as possible. How Apple Finds Exploits One of the primary challenges in working with userland exploits is that, every time any program crashes on your iPhone, a “crash report” is generated and instantly sent back to Apple. As you can imagine, while we’re working out all the kinks in the exploitation of a vulnerability, we may need to crash any particular program thousands & thousands of times. It’s possible to change your iTunes settings to stop sending this diagnostic information back to Apple, and of course everyone in Chronic Dev has made this change on all our development machines. However, even this is not always 100% effective at preventing Apple from obtaining our data. For instance, if one of us is at a friend’s house and plugs our iPhone up to his or her computer (even just to charge it), it’s very likely that computer is set up to send all our valuable data & crash reports right back to Apple. As a side note, this is also the primary reason we’re unable to perform or allow any public beta testing of our software before it’s released. Any potential beta tester could be unknowingly sending crash reports back to Apple, which would prematurely alert the company to our exploits & the discovery of their vulnerabilities before we even have the chance to release. Help Us Help You: Send Us Your Crash Reports Instead of allowing this vicious cycle to continue, we decided to write a new program to turn Apple’s own beast against its master, per se. All this program requires from you is to attach your iOS device to your computer and click a single button! At this point, the program copies all the crash reports off your device (which, under normal circumstances, would be sent right back to Apple), and instead sends this data to a secure, private server hosted by your friendly Chronic Dev team. Next, our program proceeds to neuter your copy of iTunes, simply by changing your settings to prevent your computer from sending any further diagnostic information from your device to Apple. Using this agglomeration of your crash reports and our ninja skills, Chronic Dev will be able to quickly pinpoint vulnerabilities in various programs by using the same techniques Apple currently employs. At the very least, your data will help point us in the direction of which applications are the most vulnerable, so we can focus our time & energy on these with laser-like intensity. And, of course, this will also prevent Apple from accessing all your valuable data, just so they can then turn around and use it against you. |
