My small son who will turn 4 months by next week i.e. April end is passing an orange colour urine.

When he urinates on the diaper, the urine will pass through but there is this retained orange colour on the face of the diaper quite different from his normal urine colour. We started observing this since last week and we thought it will automatically fade off.
