gloryhomemaker: This is a simple Okro soup recipe with all the easy to follow steps included. Okro is a very healthy vegetable, and this cook with me video gives all the details on how to cook the Nigerian Okro soup in a special and healthy way.
STEPS: Its important to prep all the ingredients before you start cooking. That way, it is easier and your food turns out better. Season the meat with onions, seasoning cubes and salt and start cooking. When the meat boils, add in water and cook till tender. Wash and slice the Okro and Uziza leaves. Blend the peppers roughly or as you wish. Add in palm oil in a pot on heat, add in chopped onions and stir fry for a minute. Add in Iru and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add in blended crayfish and stir fry for 30 seconds. Add in the blended peppers and stir fry all for 5 minutes. Add in seasoning and salt, don't add too much oooooo. Bring in the cooked meat with its broth. Add in the washed and deboned smoked Titus fish. Add in the smoked shrimps. Taste for the seasoning and salt and adjust if need be. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Add in the sliced Okro and Uziza leaves at once. Stir and add in some more blended crayfish for extra flavour. Cover to cook for 2 minutes max. Take it out the heat. Serve and enjoy with any swallow of your choice.
Have been following you for some times now and I can see you are indeed a great cook. You are doing well
sweetman2022: You don't need to be afraid, just lay the foundation well. I am currently managing a 19 year old niece staying with my sister, and she is doing well. She is still a virgin and we started training her at 16 years.
I have studied this female girls well and I can tell you that they can be so loose and secretive like mad,no matter the upbringing they have. When I was in secondary school there is this female class mate of mine that lived in the same compound with me.Omo if you see the proper training this girl went through ehn.I trusted this girl to a great extent. She is from a very disciplined home. One fateful day during our junior waec in Js 3,after closing for school I was looking for her so we could go home together only to find her with a ss2 guy smooching and handling her breasts at the back of the school.Omo,I just weak. She begged me not to tell her parents are elder sister From that day my trust for her flew away
Mata Hari, a very interesting woman of her time, even aside from the killings. Hari was a very beautiful exotic Dutch dancer, but also a spy. She traveled across Europe to deliver allied military secrets to the Germans.
This caused deaths of up to 50,000 people, without her lifting a finger. She first joined German's forces in 1914. She used seduction to aid in her job, and it was successful.
Her stage name was Mata Hari but her given name was Margaretha Geetruida MacLeod. However, she was convicted of being a World War I spy and was executed by firing squad.
I want to believe that most of this Nairaland babes have probably gone through a lot in the hand of fvck boys which makes them so bitter. There is only one I respect though. She is a reasonable lady
virginprincess: Who the hell are you that i should be sweetalking/pampering?,you better avoid me and everything that has to do with me on this forum,if you want a girl from nairaland that will sweetalk and pamper you maybe magnoliaa can do that for you,for me i can't.
jagorinho: No. Nigeria still has the talent but no fighting spirit and dedication, Ghana has little to no talent but immense dedication and fighting spirit, but Cameroon, hmmmn , I rest my case.
Both Nigeria and Cameroon average teams. They are just like Brentford and Leeds united but they can pull up an upset at any time Don't be surprised if this same Cameroon gets a point or more against Brazil That is football for you
sukkot: yeah i dont even see morocco as african. but thats just me lol
