Why are Nigerians hopeless critics?
This is an U-17 Championship for christ's sake.
It's not "do or die".

Are you people not tired of all these ghana thread?
I mean who cares?
You guys are making it sound like Nigerians are obsessed with ghanaians, which is very far from the truth except on nairaland.
Ghanaians are not the only nationality on nairaland.

Ajibel: Uyo shocked shocked i really doubt that. At worst, they'd move back to Abuja. Buh make i wait till then cuz i'd be suprised if they choose Uyo based on an insider info i heard.
There was a time, i learnt, LASG, approached the FG to buy the Nat'l stadium. Oh well they were turned down. Some viewed the rejection as politics...

Currently, Nig doesnt have good stadiums so the NFF wouldnt want to embarrass 'emselves by bidding to host a WORLD CUP shocked shocked buh maybe under-aged competitions embarassed
Nigeria has stadia good enough to host the world cup.
A little refurbishment here and there and they will be ready.
PoliticsRe: Women Who Are More Powerful Than Jonathan by solomon111(m): 3:16pm On Oct 27, 2013
addictiv: chai...these women don put gej under skirt....this cant happen if obj was in power.
And that helped OBJ to turn Nigeria into a 1st world country.
Idiott.
Why not go and tell americans that hiliary clinton is too powerful and should be executed.
PoliticsRe: Women Who Are More Powerful Than Jonathan by solomon111(m): 3:12pm On Oct 27, 2013
Orlando Owoh: You and I know the tribe that will shed more tears when GEJ leaves - Igbo.
I actually thought you were asking an honest question, not knowing that your brain have been calcified by mindless tribalism.
You're a slowpoke and a morøn.
The igbos have already been engrained into the top echelons of Nigeria's political system thanks to this present administration.
Not even GEJ or any other president can change that now without dividing the country.
Go hang yourself if you don't like that fact.
PoliticsRe: Women Who Are More Powerful Than Jonathan by solomon111(m): 2:14pm On Oct 27, 2013
Orlando Owoh: ACM10, the reason it appears these women are strong is because the President is weak. After all Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala who happens to be one of them was in OBJ's cabinet, but was made not to cross her boundary.
shut up.
Okonjo iweala was already a strong woman right from her days in the world bank.
Even the american govt and media respected her and was afraid that she would not bend to their whims and caprices, which was why they gave the world bank position to a less deserving puppet.
OBJ on the other hand was a total failure in govt.
I don't see why any sane individual would use OBJ tenure as a benchmark for good governance.
Most of the ministers in OBJ tenure were utterly useless, either due to OBJ domineering attitude or a complete lack of ideas.
Okonjo iweala who negotiated Nigeria's debt relief from the paris club had to resign instead of being handicapped by a corrupt and ineffective govt.
PoliticsRe: Lagos Wooden-Bridge Owners Make Millions Of Naira Daily – Investigation by solomon111(m): 10:07am On Oct 27, 2013
scribble: look at some of these Yoruba bashers acting like they've ever had to cross such a bridge before.

i bet you if akwa ibom people were given a choice to remain in Akwa Ibom under Akpabio or move to Lagos and taste real development, that the only people left in Eket would be mobil staff
pls shut up.
I'm sure you've never been to akwaibom before.
The only reason why any sane person will leave akwaibom to live in lagos is work.
I just pray the FG focus attention on akwaibom and make it a commercial hub by building the ibaka seaport and move foreign investments there, just like they are doing for lagos.
PoliticsRe: Lagos Wooden-Bridge Owners Make Millions Of Naira Daily – Investigation by solomon111(m): 11:49pm On Oct 26, 2013
For a state as small in land area as lagos, with the biggest IGR and one of the biggest federal allocation,i wonder why it should take the incompetent state govt ages to provide the minimum standard of infrastructure.
The only places in lagos benefiting from govt attention is ikoyi, ikeja and the island.
The mainland which makes up to 2/3 of lagos is a complete mess.
This fashola has to go and learn governance at the feet of gov. akpabio.
PoliticsRe: A Glance At Anambra Governor Candidates by solomon111(m): 6:45pm On Oct 26, 2013
obailala: The same Nigerians who claimed to vote Goodluck and not his killer party PDP... Now these same people in their 'wisdom' will not vote a 'tested' Ngige because he is in a 'Yoruba' party.... talk of plainly foolish priorities angry

I may not be sure of the credibility of Ngige or any of the other candidates but it is plain foolish and very annoying when the ONLY argument against Ngige is that he belongs to APC..
Is it the same Ngige that has not contributed any single bill in the senate in the past 2 years.
The same Ngige that could not defend his people during the deportation saga and you expect the same people to trust him to look out for their interest?
You're drunk.

The same people responsible for 100% of crimes in the East are perpetrators of 70% of crimes in the West
And hypocritical Idiotts like you will be complaining of tribalism in our politics.

why are you always against Nigeria dividing?
If you like buhari so much, you should pray for Nigeria to divide and elect him as the first president of arewa republic.

Well, maybe you should also address donams who was trying to sell buhari to us as Nigeria's messiah.

Donmams: Over 80% of the respondents have mentioned that Buhari cannot be bribed. I don't need a peep into his heart. His 30 years of Public Service is there for all to see.
Let's even agree for the sake of discourse that buhari can't be bribed,it does not mean he's good enough to lead Nigeria.
Would you mind telling us buhari's accomplishments when he was in power?

Cahmegga: May God be with 'em...and I stayed in Kano for some good years during the crisis...u guys shouldn't blame JTF pls..the weapons Boko Haram use are sophisticated...hearing the sound can make u pee in ur pants out of fear! Security personnels only show up at scenes of attack after like 30-40mins...who wan die?! In a country where u die and ur family are left to suffer....forget JTF! I can say this categorically, they alone can't stop boko haram! Na just God! Prayers alone can solve this....GEJ is clearly incapable of attacking the problem. He has "condemned" and "condemned" attacks and promised falsefully he would see an end to this problem...buh still, people die! With the politiKing pressure getting higher, its only natural for GEJ to aim towards retaining office in 2015.....that's top of his agenda at the moment...a trip to Israel?! Imagine that!! With our money! To do what?! If he wants to go there for "spiritual whatever", he should use his personal money! And not use public funds to pack people along like he is one super star musician...I wonder who is more corrupt, himself or his fellow Israel going madam who happens to be the aviation minister.....May God help us all! Smh
I hope people like you never find their way into our military.
Coward.
