However, if naija's intelligence unit are actually in Kenya, then they're as inept and useless as all the institutions in Nigeria.

IKAs are currently suffering the effect of benin incursion which has created a form of confusion in the heritage of the ika people.
Many benin indigenes settled in ika,mixed with some of the people and created this confusion we have today.
The fact that ika is a "nation" does not negate its igbo ethnicity.
IKA is a "nation" of igbo people atleast under the current set-up in Nigeria.
