Politics / Re: Pat Utomi To Run As Delta State Gov In 2015 by solomon111(m): 10:18pm On Jan 03, 2014 |
Delta state wants to diversify her economy. The best person to achieve that is pat utomi. The party he contest in is irrelevant especially in Nigeria where the political parties are mere temporary abodes in the preservation of personal interest. Deltans should be wise. |
Politics / Re: Pat Utomi To Run As Delta State Gov In 2015 by solomon111(m): 7:06pm On Jan 03, 2014 |
Only a mad or illiterate deltan will not vote for utomi regardless of his political party. I believe he can rise above the trashiness of the APC. Delta state has too much potential and resources to be left in the hands of mediocres and political jobbers. 1 Like |

Afam4eva: I think Igbo should be left to decide personally who they want to vote for and should not be cajole based on ethnic sentiments. But for me personally, i think the devil i know is better than the angel i don't know. I'll stick with Jonathan for now cos if what i'm hearing from APC is anything to go by, there's going to be a Northern presidential candidate and a SW vice and i don't see how that portends anything for Ndigbo. As much as Jonathan is not a messiah, i think his tenure as president has touched on some salient issues facing the east and even Nigeria. If our eye is on the presidency, then as things stands, we stand more chance of sticking with Jonathan as even if he decides to hand over to a Northerner after his tenure in 2019 or even 2015, most definitely, there would be an Igbo vice. That's my personal submission.Lagos is probably the state that has benefited the most from this administration. That 200billion seaport should be built in akwaibom. I wonder why akpabio is silent. |

lekkie073: storyYou're a morøn. The so-call federal money oduah used is oil money from the niger-delta, and the last time i checked the niger-delta is not complaining. Maybe you should wait till the SW become a less-parasitic region contributing to the federation account before you can complain. 8 Likes |

Politics / Re: Awo Was Greater Than Mandela – Ofeimun by solomon111(m): 10:16am On Jan 02, 2014 |
Mandela and awolowo can be said to be in the same class. Both of them are politically overrated figures, who were at best ethnic cum national 'players' ,though mandela was more humane and sincere in the accomplishment of his 'ethnic' agenda. None of them can be compared to the higher class of pan-africanists like azikiwe, lumumba, and nkrumah. |

Politics / Re: Why Is NTA So Poor In Everything And Always Showing HAUSA/FULANI Culture? by solomon111(m): 11:43am On Dec 31, 2013 |
NTA has always been 'Northerners television authority' since independence which is probably why the station has been mediocre. And hausa fulanis are known to be very conservative,a negative characteristic also evident in NTA. |
