Everybody who is thinking about voting or talking about BB2011 knows little about Nigeria history. The North via Bhuari will do anything to get to office.

Remember 'BORN TO RULE' , that is the North Mantra.

Let me ask all the BB supporters if the North will vote BAKARE for President and BHUARI for VP? Even when the whole country vote a Southern muslim, Abiola, they ended up killing hiim and that is why they allow OBJ by default.

We need good candidates irrespective of their region or religion, and without a shadow of doubt SOUTH has more better qualified candidates than the NORTH, but they will insist that they produced the Presidency.

Anyway, let us look at the breakdown of Regions

SW
SE
SS

at least well over 25% for GEJ less than 25% for BB

NW
NC
NC

at least 25% in 2 regions for GEJ and maybe 25% for BB in all the 3 regions, but will still fall short of 25% in 19 states.

GEJ is the true change, the first time non usual military or northern candidates will be contesting.
If GEJ can checkmate IBB and Atiku, it will not be difficult for GEJ to see off BHUARI.

All that Bhuari is enjoying now is the feel good factor of Bakare selection for VP, and once that wash away, then people will see that BB is no more than Ribadu is disguise.
] What most people calling fo Buhari don't know is that, what this people want at all cost is power, thank God Northerners will vote more for GEJ than any aspirants. I still prefer GEJ in him alone I see changes. I ask myself PTF was just giving contracts to people those days, I knew people that made millions from PTF and yet people are saing Buhari is honest. All the laws made by Buhari and co were broken by they and cohorts, a 14 year old boy went to Mecca, 14 suite cases of money found their way back to Nigeria. I watched on TV today NDDC 700 km coastal road from Lagos to Calabar, what a beauty. Lets pray things will work, if GEJ don't win , God saves Nigeria!
May I ask you to give me 5 notable projects that have been successfully completed by GEJ since 1999 he has been occupying political positions?

I am asking you this question because I am ready to vote for GEJ if you can show me he can actually build and develop an idea successfully. All I have known about GEJ since his shot to main limelight are nothing to be proud of.

He has imported dust-bins from United Kingdom at the time manufacturers are leaving Naija for Ghana.

His Presidential plane has been used to ferry an accused murderer from prison in Ibadan to Abuja.

He has supported Ohakim's disruption of Ohaneze meeting because he was afraid they were'nt going to support him.

He has accused IBB of been behind October 1st bomb blast and have called the same man his mentor.

He has recklessly reduced the nations foreign reserve with nothing on ground to show for it.

His friends are confirmed looters and accused killers: OGD, IBB, OBJ, Anenih, Akala.

We are praying that GEJ shuld not win because he will continue all this rubbish.  And God is already saving Nigeria as more and more people are switching to Buhari-Bakare everyday. Until you can show us GEJ achievement since 1999 .,.,.,

Mumu. So the 15 million voters in the SW are all Yorubas? How about the millions of Igbos in the SW? How about  100s of 1000s of SS people in the SW? Who will they vote for?
Its obvious u know nothing about SW. SW can b easily divided in2  two: Lagos (with 6 million voters) and others with (9 million voters). ACN will easily take the chunk of the 9 million votes from other SW states. Quote me anywhere. Lagos is cosmopolitan with most Lagosians well-lettered. The SS and SE people resident in Lagos along with the Yoruba residents usually vote on conviction and performance rather than ethnicity.  What has GEJ achieved since 1999 to convince well-lettered Lagosians he is d right man for the job? Nothing. They have seen Fashola's ACN performing against a bullying predecessor and they have seen GEJ celebrating criminals abandoning the real business of development.

excanny:
Dude, you should be under the influence of something for you to include the NC.

Jonathan already has 11 states(5 SE+ 6 SS). Thats remaining 25 states.

Most definitely, the NC will not vote any northerners, considering the nefarious activities of the fulani herdsmen in Jos and Benue.

What is left for grabs?
Let me list the NC states FYI Kwara where Saraki (a Buhari fan) looms large, Niger state (which voted against GEJ) at PDP primary they are mainly Fulanis and Buhari is Fulani, Kogi (predominantly moslem) with strong historical allegiance with Buhari, Nassarawa (where GEJ was welcomed with stones), Benue and Plateau (predominatly xtians) where GEJ can manage to have a few vote.

Tell GEJ his time is up we are going with Mr Integrity, Vote Buhari Bakare 2011 for the future of our children

I am not a PDP supporter, but I think he has achieved some lil things;

1. He has ensured an independent and powerful Judiciary that is not influenced for any reason.
2. He has made genuine and visible efforts towards raising the power sector from it's dead state.
3. He has ensured that petrol products are sufficiently available to avoid the pain of long queues in fuel stations.
4. He has made genuine efforts towards tackling security issues (Aba Kidnapping saga, Abuja bomb blast, Jos Killings etc)
5. He has created a better representation for Nigeria in the international community, thereby restored abit of Nigeria's diplomatic prestige.
6. He is the closest leader Nigeria have ever had to the masses. He makes efforts to visit Disaster areas, and makes efforts to counter such disasters (Lagos/Ogun floods, The lead poisoning issue in zamfara etc)
7. He is the first Nigerian leader that ensures that Nigerians are rescued from troubled countries.
8. Within his time, the economy, in terms of GDP, have been performing very well.
9. He has made a genuine effort to counter the educational issues being encountered by Nigerian students, by establishing new universities, appointing Nigerian academicians from developed countries, and making the biggest allocation in the budget to education.
10. He saved the banking sector from total collapse through the mop up embarked on with Amcon which was established by GEJ
11. He has recorded some milestones in the aviation sector, with the certification of Nigeria as being airworthy by notable international aviation bodies.
12. GEJ has maintained relative peace in Niger-delta and the production capacity of Nigeria has risen to over two million barrels per-day.
13. GEJ was the first Nigerian leader to ever fight against the disqualification of a fierce opponent (Atiku during the primaries), even when the said opponent was really guilty of the reason that warranted his disqualification (Not following due process to get back into PDP).
14. Under GEJ, Electricity supply hit almost a commendable 4,000 MW (3,800MW) due to intense investments in the power sector.
15. Under GEJ, there is a roadmap for power.
16: Under GEJ, the FOI bill came into place (Was not fought against)
17. Under GEJ, minimum wage has reached a record 18,000 Naira.
18. Under GEJ, opposing Politicians e.g. Fashola and Obi have all enjoyed full government support and presence.
19. Under GEJ, Citizen's voices were heard through social media (Facebook) and their proposals were attended to (Case of the embassy in America).
20. Under GEJ, Niger-deltans are seeing genuine plans made towards giving them the benefits of the oil gotten from their lands.
21. Under GEJ, A provision was specifically made for Job creation in the national budget.
22. Under GEJ, the Lagos seaport was further dredged, and the biggest cargo ship ever to sail to Nigeria anchored in Lagos state this year.
23. Under GEJ, Nigeria's soccer woes (I love soccer cool cool cool) were properly looked into, for the sake of the happiness of Nigerians (Majority are soccer fans)

I can dig out more. All these were done in 9 months. That is why APGA, my party endorsed him. The guy has delivered some unimaginable dividends.

Oh boy I cant stop laughing after reading through your list of achievements and LIF your party has committed the dullest political flaw of endorsement, ask AD in 2003.

So they can go ahead and reject GEJ in 2011, he will still win
A good %tage of the voters in the SW are not Yoruba
Those will vote for GEJ
Jonathan has said it that he does not need rascally SW votes.
Which Ramon be this? SW rejected OBJ in 1999 and he lost in SW but elected in the North, SE and SS. This is a different issue for Mr Clueless: GEJ. He is being rejected by SW (15 million voters), NW (19 million voters), NE (8 million voters) and many parts of NC (8 million voters).

So tell me dude where is GEJ votes coming from in a free-n-fair election?

Your children has no future if anyone from the NORTH wins and becomes the President of this country. They are on different pedestal than the SOUTH. To them, our agitation for urgent development is too much for them.

At some point in this country until OBJ second retrun to power, if you don't have a Northerner to co-sign for you, you have no chance in anything in Nigeria.

If you want to return to that vote BB. The first time a proper power change to south will be GEJ, and you will know what the North is made of once we have them in power again.
That's it. Power change without locus or reasons. South-this, South-that. Give me 5 notable projects GEJ has successfully complted since 1999 when he has been occupying one political office or the other? Nothing.

I was in d NYSC service and a friend from my state with the same religion made away with our money while a quiet Mallam (a moslem) bailed us all out until relief came. So Mallam is my enemy for being a moslem and from the North.

Good one everybody. I was at a Nigerian gathering over the weekend where I quickly introduced my Gospel for change having realised many of them were on their way back home and are registered voters.

It was a heated debate, as many of them, though hate corruption, but cannot just xplain why they wont vote Buhari. Their excuses are the same old story: he was lopsided in PTF deliveries, he is a jihadists, he doesnt like Christians and he is a northerner. Interesting none of them would be voting for PDP at d state levels.

I was the Heathrow Airport yesterday with a couple of my friends where we were targeting Nigerians going back home and reminding them of Buhari4change 2011. It was a daunting task but a big success. 10 registered voters were enlightened of many quiet achievements of Buhari and they have started seeing him in a new light.

We plan to make it a routine every weekend to the Airport with handbills. The greatest challenge has been time but we shall get through. From my xperience there are so millions of undecided voters out there waiting to be convinced on BB. We should do everything to talk to these people b/4 they sentimentally waste their votes to GEJ.

BB2011 is just a flash in the pan,i can now understand why Pastor Bakare attempted to frame GEJ for offering $50,000 bribe to his so-called SNG.
Please, has Buhari explained to PASTOR Bakare on why he executed Bernard Ogedengbe, Bartholomew Owoh and Lawal Ojulope for an offence committed by them as alleged by the regime after a national debate in spite of public pleas? The execution of these gentlemen were made possible by a retroactive decree courtesy of Buhari/Idiagbon regime. Where mainly southerners who were caught with 'Vitamin C' at Lagos and PH Airports were labelled as drug barons and summarily executed. Yet HEAVY drugs found their way into Nigeria through Kano Airports with several military (northern) officers as King pins.
Buhari will win in a maximun of 5 core northern states, and that's were it ends. GEJ will take the rest. As for Ribadu,PDP is on the verge of releasing videos of when Ribadu as EFCC chairman openly declared Tinubu as corrupt, and they are going to ask him if he was 'mis quoted'.

PDP will always form the national govt. cos they have no ethnic affiliation, they manage their crisis very well, and each core member on PDP understands the true meaning of POLITICS, no permament friends,no permanent enemies, just permanent interests.
Bakare tried to frame GEJ bah? But was Bakare the one that used the state craft to carry a broad-day murderer from prison to Abuja? Was Bakare the one that welcomed a convicted looter as a hero? Was Bakare the one that gave PDP delegates the bribes at the presidential convention ground? May be Bakare is also the one helping to free Ibori from facing justice now?

Buhari will win in only 5 states bah? We shall compare notes in April. GEJ was walked-out on the Kaduna (Sambo's home state), he was stoned in far-away Nassarawa (a supposed PDP stronghold), he let-off his a big gaffe in Ibadan against the SW people and ACN are still capitalizing on dat as a campaign gimick. There is APGA to battle with in the SE so where are your dreams coming from?

People like u are either beneficiaries of the whole decadence in d system or u are just too ignorant to see the mess around u. So because GEJ is hobnobbing with alleged bombers (IBB, Dokpesi and Chiroma), killers (Folarin), looters (Bode George) so that is what u call ability to manage crisis. What is your own definition of crisis? A disagreement between a looter and a killer? So the likes of u are not concerned of the poor fishermen in the creeks without potable water to drink while IBB has billions of pounds stashed away offshore? Your own crisis does not include the fact that manufacturers are leaving Nigeria for Ghana and Jonathan is importing dust-bins from UK? So you dont see anything wrong in a Senator ordering the shooting of people in a broad day-light only 4 him to be given a presidential treatment to Abuja?

It is not enough to make wield allegation without reliable sources about people smuggling Vitamin C. Try something else.

So if PDP released a video showing Tinubu was once refered to as corrupt by Ribadu is that news to us here. Who told you we are voting for Tinubu? Who told u Tinubu is an issue here? Tinubu is just lucky to have performing Govs around giving him rep simple.

The issue here is a stop to corruption, celebration of criminals, reckless spending of public funds, careless respect for human lives.,.,.,

A vote for GEJ/PDP is a vote for killers, bombers, looters and anything unclean Bode George, OBJ, IBB, Ciroma, Ibori, Odili, Dokpesi.

Many of us can still wear the same shirt on Monday and Tuesday but wearing blood-soaked shirt on any day is not acceptable to many. GEJ is sorrounded by individuals with blood-soaked and light-fingered hands.

Ribadu (with any mistakes) is 1000 times more acceptable than a GEJ that celebrates killers/looters on national TV everyday. Here is a president that linked IBB to October 1st bombing of innocent lives coming on national TV to call d same "killer" his mentor. Here is a clueless President that gave his Air-Force 1 to a day-light killer to ride from prison in Ibadan to Abuja on PDP presidential primary night. Here is a President importing dust-bins from United Kingdom in 2011.

Evil be gets evil. Now that we know IBB has always being GEJ mentor we can only imagine where he learns his acts from. Please my SW brothers including Tinubu all we need is more and more votes taken away from GEJ/IBB/OBJ/George/PDP in the SW.

The only reason he still has any potential voters in Lagos for instance is the religious and "southern" sentiments. He lacks charisma, he exhumes no confidence, no notable achievements, dry, boring and dishonest. How the heck is he going to get significant votes from a well-informed cosmopolitan Lagos voters. In the SW hinterlands his PDP has failed in most states and people are more dan ready to sweep them out.

Wake-up Mr. GEJ it takes more than goodluck to be a popular leader. We love u but you are just too incompetent and dishonest to stick out neck for.

For all lovers of good-governance and positive change in our fatherland may I remind you that the ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in the times of tranquillity but where he stands in the times of turbulence and daunting challenges.

Day in day out GEJ/PDP has never dissapointed of us by honouring more criminals, making horrendous statements, lavishly and recklessly emptying d treasury. He is never popular in the North (not even in the North central where he was welcome with stones), his popularity has been dissapearing on facebook, Nairaland, Nigeria village-square etc with many more young and educated Nigerians seeing his true mediocre colours. He has used his 'valveless' mouth to tell the SW (with 15 million votes) he is inapt for d tasks at hand.

For those who believe GEJ will naturally win a free and fair election in April wake-up from your slumbers because a wind of change is gradually gathering-up. More and more people are volunteering for the change we believe in. We do not need to be members of CPC or ACN to stop GEJ/PDP. I
have spent this weekend preaching the gospel of change to many Nigerians departing to Nigeria from Heathrow Airport.

Good news I have succeded in winning 10 registered converts in 6 hoursit wasnt eazy. I will be back at Heathrow (with friends) next weekend but this time around armed with BB manifestoes, posters and achievements. We will make it a routine till the elections are held.

If you believe in this Gospel for change. If you believe you are not a failure and you can turn bad situations around for good. If you want to test your full potential as a positive influence for a better and healthier Naija join 1000s who are dedicating time to make peaceful change in our fatherland.

Failures of Abraham Lincoln

by Ron Kurtus (11 January 2007)

Although Abraham Lincoln is rated as one of the best American presidents, it is often pointed out that he had numerous failures in his career, until he was suddenly elected as president in 1860. This was mean to show that even a failure can become president, if he doesn't give up. But the problem is that, although Lincoln did have many set-backs, he was really a highly successful man by the time he was elected president.

Questions you may have include:

What is a list of Lincoln's failures?
What is the true chronology of Lincoln's career?
What has been the purpose of the failure list?
This lesson will answer those questions. There is a mini-quiz near the end of the lesson.

List of Lincoln's failures

A common list of the failures of Abraham Lincoln (along with a few successes) is:

1831 - Lost his job
1832 - Defeated in run for Illinois State Legislature
1833 - Failed in business
1834 - Elected to Illinois State Legislature (success)
1835 - Sweetheart died
1836 - Had nervous breakdown
1838 - Defeated in run for Illinois House Speaker
1843 - Defeated in run for nomination for U.S. Congress
1846 - Elected to Congress (success)
1848 - Lost re-nomination
1849 - Rejected for land officer position
1854 - Defeated in run for U.S. Senate
1856 - Defeated in run for nomination for Vice President
1858 - Again defeated in run for U.S. Senate
1860 - Elected President (success)

That looks like a pretty glum résumé, making you wonder how he ever made it to the top. But when you really think of it, to run for office or high positions so many times, you have to have something on the ball and have more successes than meet the eye.

For all lovers of Good governance who are tired of OBJ/IBB/GEJ/PDP and fellow hawks you can do better in informing these uninformed than sitting down and just watching while another clueless fellow drive our bus into the jungle for another 4 years. I have been calling my friends regularly convincing them why it must be BB and nor Ribadu and why they should not touch GEJ not even with a long stick. Inspite of my buzy schedules, my facebook page is updated with BB's achievements on a daily basis since last week. I have been finding ways to make donations to the campaign. With my friends we are planning self-sponsored posters to be pasted targeting areas we know Buhari is not very popular. Tonight I will be sending out a message to all my facebook friends telling them what BB has done in the past, what GEJ has done it past and why they need to make a choice now without prejudice.

It is not enough for you to come here and whine. Do something like Jarus has done with Taofeek. Use the numerous past achievements of General Buhari to preach the Gospel of Change without fear now or leave your children to face the future consequences of your present inaction.

@9ijaMan

can  YOU OR anybody answer this question from buharis camp on the PTF ACHIVEMENT
, what his rationale was for making Salihijo Ahmad's firm, AfriProjects Consortium (APC)?, the principal consultant for Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF)? And for those that have no idea, APC recommended companies for award of contracts to PTF.The firm's partners were all northerners, and within its organisation, Hausa-Fulani's had the highest posts, and also made the bulk of the members in the partnership. Is it an accident that Buhari, who was in charge was also a fulani man?

If Buhari had a good judgement, how come APC is no longer in existence or handling any other consultancy job currently? Why did the APC collapse after the death of Salidjo Ahmad? What killed Ahmad ? How was Salidjo related to Buhari? CAN YOU

we shouldn't shy away from critically looking into his past activities instead of sentiment. If Nigeria was the western world like USA, BRITIAN .He should probably be one of the most investigated persons alive.
Who si karl Max supporting?
I will naturally assume you are supporting GEJ. I am one of 100s of convertees from GEJ camp volunteering to preach to popular gospel of CHANGE WITHOUT FEAR. For almost 12 months of my supporting GEJ I spent days trying to dig out positive impacts of GEJ even from his days as a Deputy Gov in Bayelsa State. GEJ has served as a Deputy Gov, a Governor, Vice President and now as a President yet ascribing any outstanding achievement to his name is like a learning rocket science.

Even the worst Nigerian leaders left something behind. For example Abacha built NigeriaLNG, OBJ built refineries, IBB built conspicuous Federal secretariats especially in all the new states created under his regime. If Governors are class-mates, GEJ class-mate Saraki's achievements in Agriculture  are commendable, Donald Duke left Obudu and Tinapa, Odili built a new Govt office, Turaki built over 25 computer centers, the list is endless. Why is it so difficult to see GEJ achievements since 1999?

Back to the People's General who I am proud to be associated with. It is so easy to track the General's achievements. He has held 4 major "looting-prone" positions and performed creditably in all of them. He left footprints you and I can criticize or commend.

So why will a right thinking person choose a non-performer over a performer with "accused mistakes"? Nigeria is the only home I have and I want the best for my fatherland and Buhari/Bakare remains the best option we have.

It's funny that these GEJ haters are just knowing how the Presidency operates. Well, one can understand their plight because this is the first time we are truly having an open government where people make it their business to abuse Mr President to no end.
To these detractors, they are not surprised when GEJ and his VP cover unimaginable distances within one day to attend to official functions within and outside the country, but when extra caution is being taken to ensure their good health with 6 physicians who operate on shift, they shout to high heavens.
Whether they want to acknowledge it or not, GEJ has performed reasonably well trying to help Yar'adua to finish his tenure. He deserves to be given his own mandate.
@ KBrown
Have you taken time to go through the list thoroughly. The simple and obvious is that GEJ is not only wasteful, he is just inept to lead a country like Nigeria out of our present predicaments.

For those who are still doubting d possibility of Buhari/Bakare emerging as people's choice in April go back to 2010 discussions in NL and FB especially from the time of Yaradua debacle.

Most saw hope in GEJ matched and prayed for him. We erroneously believed he was going to see this sudden and unxpected elevation as an opportunity to prove his mettle and turn things around for good in the country.

GEJ fb page used to be a rally-point for 1000s of his supporters, of whic I was one. We defended him everywhere from NL to Nigeria Villagesquare, SR, NEXT etc.

GEJ has shown many of us he is not who we thought he is. Even the Monster of Owu left a robust foreign account, GEJ has practically depleted d reserve with nothing to show for it. His Babaringa is now a safe haven for killers like OGD and Folarin. Heavy public looters just need to promise GEJ their vote and they become immune against the law.

GEJ, at a faster rate than even OBJ, is taking us back into the past. He imports dust-bins from UK. He bribes at the slightest opportunity. He can not even answer the simplest of questions on CNN without making his countrymen feel uncomfortable. He releases 2 press-reports daily on the same issue (this is kinda crazy), 1st one to tell the public govt side of a major issue and there is always another one to edit/counter or totally refute the 1st one. How can an unstable xter like diz be entrusted with the stability of over 150 million people.

On the other hands Buahri we have always known. While we all know him as a man of integrity we have always seen Sharia written all over his face.
But like a determined man with purpose and focus he has challenged us to prove his Jihadist stance. He visited almost all the churches in the south selling his candidacy. He has publicly released his economic policy and many have even volunteered to make them readily accessible for those who are patient enough to take a closer look at who exactly Buhari is.

Many people have posted so much achievements of this man, which many of us have been deliberately ignoring.

But at this critical moment in our live as a nation I Solomon( a xtian), my 5 close friends (all xtians), and my "honey" grin have decided to put sentiments aside and support Buhari/Bakare 2011 (for the future of our children),

Godman_n:
This Fraud must be exposed.
In hush tones, we have been told that he cannot be predicted because he hardly has his own mind. We are told he has neither conviction nor idea, he shares no interesting ideology and has not shown any particular intelligence or motivation required to tackle the numerous and daunting problems facing our nation. We have been told years ago that he was picked because those that never wanted to respect our democracy and vacate their position at expiration of their tenure wanted a man they can remote-control, and found one in him. He with his sick boss was packaged and forced on us in a ruthlessly rigged paper-thumping and shameless chaos they called election. The cabal that refused to respect our constitution and hand over to him when his sick boss died also told us he is plain minded and has nothing to offer.

Yet in all this, despite the gravity of the challenges that we face as a people and as a nation, at a time when our economy has once again been made to be on auto-pilot; we have chosen to go the ways of the unserious, the way of frivolities. We have all chosen the ways of the opportunists and sycophants. We have chosen to sell a lie to our people and our nation. Our external reserve has been looted, our consolidated accounts are in red, our borders, once again, are in the hands of the lords of the present world order; who found in us a market only to be exploited, but never to be allowed to produce. No one seems to take notice, no one seem to be bordered; but one lonely voice in the wilderness.

From north to south, from east to west, the sane voices have been drowned by that of the greedy unprincipled and sycophantic voices. A fake messiah has been packed and sold to us. The masses of the South that have never been educated or informed have all been deceived once again in a celebration of the fake messiah. In him we have found and empty vessel to dump all our failed hopes. A messiah who has not shown any capacity to be different, we have been made to dump our fallen hopes on. He will fill up all the valleys and level all the hills; even when we have never seen him posses a digger or a shovel. We have become a country built on fraud and lies. We have become land of liars. They have found in us people that can easily be deceived.

In 1999 the whole country was deceived in a fake transition to democracy. The sane “Afenifere” was lured into a trap by the military wing of the cabal; a predetermined transition was quickly arranged to transfer power to one of their own. The masses of the North were sold a dummy in Obasanjo, as the only southerner they can trust. Those of the West were made to see the essence of the struggle as fight to have someone from their ethnic stock in power. The contractor politicians in the east and south-south were contended being recognized as peripheral members of the cabal in power hoping to have the contracts flowing by so doing. Of course, the masses of the east and south-south have never had a say, since the days of the civil war.

During the Obasanjo regime the revenues accruable from a second oil boom in history was wasted. The Russians of the old Soviet block used their resources to rebuild their fallen empire and once again gained a voice in the committee of nation; the Venezuelans build up their country and gained a stature in the world; the Arab world build the wonders of Dubai with theirs while ours went down the drains, to the private bank accounts of a few individuals. Hiding under privatization they rationed the remnants of our national heritage to themselves and their cronies. People that could hardly pay their house bills after eight years as governors of states, bought over choice airline while the masses of our country lavish in perpetual poverty. They bought up choice places in London, United States and Dubai.

In less than twelve years, we are back to square one. Same method, same lies, same corrupt politicians, same manipulation, same fake messiah, same uninformed and easy to deceive masses, are all involved once again. Why must we allow ourselves to be used again? Are we cursed as people and as a nation? Can we not see the sane lone voice shouting to be heard among the contenders for the office of the Presidency? Why have we refused to take notice of the lone voice in the wilderness of the Sahara shouting that we repent and take back our nation from the cabal? Must we repeat the sins of the Jews of the old that failed to welcome a true messiah in their midst?

Christ the true messiah of the Jews did not appear among the powerful; He was never corrupt like the fake messiahs of today. He did not use the old method to bring a new dawn as our liars of today want us to believe; that circumstance compelled our fake messiah of today to be corrupt like his masters; that our fake messiah despite showing all the attributes of the rotten old ways will usher in our new days. We are being deceived once again. Christ’s example was a clean break from the dirty past. A true messiah shows in the ways he distances himself from the evils of the past. A true messiah is never a beneficiary of a corrupt past. A true messiah never tells a lie. A true messiah does not break promises. A true messiah has mind of his own and shares a coherent and true principle. A true messiah is never a manipulator or a schemer. A true messiah practices whatever he preaches.

Among every generation is a prophet; among any suffering group is a God-sent that is willing to liberate his people if only he can be recognized and his voice heeded. Among the contenders for the office of the Presidency is a man sent by God who is willing and capable to lead us out of our numerous denials. Among them is a man who never broke a promise; a man who never told a lie; a man that did not loot our national treasury despite having had several opportunities to steal like the people of his generation. Among them is a man who has been tested several times and has been proven to love this country and our people as himself. Only such a man can bring our new dawn; our new nation. Only such a man can truly bring our true “fresh air” different from the corrupt past.

We should not expect the cabals to give up without a fight; we should not expect them to lie low without mud-sling. We should know they live by lies. We should have known they will manufacture make-believes that will scare us away from our true messiah. We should have known they will fall back to their ever manipulative ways.
The few that is educated among us should have known that majority of our people are ill-informed and un-educated; we should have know that it is our duty to lead our people in the fight to liberate our fatherland. We should be ready to make the sacrifices needed to awaken the dormant power needed to pursue the looters out of our public offices.
Mr Godman.

The issue now is not the history of how things went wrong or who did/didnt what. The issue is who can clean all this age-long mess? Who will not release a day-light killer to get Oyo delegates votes? Who will not condone inappropriate use of power by Ohakim to disrupt peaceful meeting of Ohaneze? Who will not spend millions of pounds importing DUST-BINS from UK while manufacturing industries are going moribund at home? Who will not have 133 aides sharing the cake while Bayelsa state has not been adequately reached by national grid. Who will not negotiate for/ with looters (OGD, OBJ, Bode George, Ibori, IBB, Atiku) to cling on to power.

Many of us actively campaigned for GEJ to be substantively ordained as d President during Yaradua debacle. We supported him with prayers hoping with his youthful energy and peoples deafening yearning 4 good governance my man will turn out good and choose to write his name in gold.

GEJ is surrounded with looters, killers and dumb heads that cannot even estimate how much they have stashed away in foreign-lands. Forget south this and south-that sentiments we are tired of GEJ and PDP infections. We have risen above our fear for d 'Man of Integrity" . We have brushed aside his few mistakes and now concentrating on the fact that where GEJ has always failed he has remained strongest.

Buhari has had the best opportunities to become a Billionaire 4 times and 4 times he has refused to b. We want a disciplined society where people will once again start having respect for human lives, where looters will be treated as lepeers.

We know who can take us to our promise land

Strange bed fellows. What is the strategy here? Someone to enlighten us. Political sagacity is no more a consideration in choosing the Vice? and when they loose the elections, instead of looking inwards, they blame it on rigging? OK. What is their thinking?
No matter the demerits in the choices of these candidates they are still 1000% looking much better than GEJ/Sambo options. We have had tastes of what GEJ and Sambo can pull in the last 11 months or so. They have shown their capabilities and characters locally and on international stage.

If it is about strategic choice, in as much as I would want to see everyone encouraging an Igbo Vice-presidency, I understand Buhari's and Ribadu's choice for SW Vices. SE Governors, have unwittingly, excluded the zone form other options by declaring very strange 100% support for GEJ even when no other zone(s) has dared done same.

GEJ/Sambo is the worst choice we have on our hands now. Together they have being shielding looters, killers, and importing dust-bins from UK. They have depleted the nation's foreign reserve with almost nothing commensurate to show for it. Their campaigns have been trailed with so much negativity and unpopularity that you will wonder how they can possibly win in a free and fair election.
