This sense of entitlement is misplaced.

It's like a child insisting his parents must provide the same level of amenities enjoyed by children of his much richer neighbour.

We don't earn enough from export in order to be able to import those things you & others would like to. That is the problem.

What is your personal contribution towards ensuring we export more? At an individual level, we can all do or produce something that contributes to Nigeria's export and thus dollar earnings.

Every one blaming and waiting for government to 'sort it out' is a big part of the problem.

Obasanjo came. We blamed him. GEJ nko...we blamed him. Buhari, same.

Some are even expecting whoever becomes the next president to somehow magically make these economic problems disappear. How about collective individual responsibility.

Indians are working their asses off to move their country up the development ladder. Ditto, the Chinese. But us, we continue to blame and wait for government.

ASUU may likely suspend the strike in order to appeal the judgement of NIC as directed by the Appeal Court. This will seem a more safer way to pursue its course. However, suspending the strike doesn't mean go and lecture on the part of the lecturers. This people are already battered by hunger and need money to take care of themselves. Letting go eight months salaries almost a year's income has shattered their interest in the job. I am think how dissatisfied they are already. I am of the opinion that gov should try and address this issue from an humanistic view point and not being too legalistic. After all it is the failure on their part that led to this. To cap it all, things will NEVER EVER be the same again in the university system.

They didn't work for 8 months due to the decision they took on their own.

They deserve no salary for these 8 months.

(3) have a work Identity.

(5) Let your business be visible

Let people around you know what you genuinely do.
