Yes Yorubas in the north are settlers and they know that. nengibo: Yea in the riverine part of the state, there are also Ijaws in ondo state(Arogbo & Apoi) its poor state creation that put them there, unless yorubas will say that the yorubas in the north are settlers too |

Do you have it on Kings in bayelsa state? Do you have yoruba oba in bayelsa state? The law in Edo state recognises only one king (oba) and no one else so keep your kigship to your enclave. GrandFinale2017: I'm from the Ijaw parts of Akwa ibom state and i support the ijaws on this. We will never stand and watch how our brothers are marginalized there in their ancestral land. Obaseki and the caged Oba should back off. Cc TonyeBarcanista |

Gelegele means alot of word in Bini, one is "truthfully" or "Of a truth". Afriifa: I am no much fan of History, but I learnt from historical facts that the Ijaws settled in the present day Edo State before any other tribe and was ousted out later by one of the historical tribe that made up the present yoruba with a quest to enlarge their empire.. after a failed attempt at first. the Ijaws were forced out, that's why you find the ijaws in Delta. rivers and bayelsa and e.t.c (still within the Niger Delta) becux they were scattered due to the war.. and I think the Ijaws in present day Edo state were the few lucky ones not to be affected by the war or were the ones that later came back to settle after the war.. because. I know for a fact what Gelegele means in my native dialects, even my kiddo that grew up North knows the meaning of that word.. if it weren't for bad politics rocking the Nigerian atmosphere. The Ijaws would have been revered as one of the outstanding tribes to maintain their ancient culture and tradition till dates.. an average Ijaw man has to fight everyday to protect what it has because mother nature has installed him with all the enviable qualities other tribes would kill for....

Oh dear, now I see why being naked in public is no big deal to you but to many others. I respect your lens and wouldn't fault you much based on where you're seeing from. The more naked pictures online or in public, the more perversed the society become. The issue isn't really about the naked bodies but the intentions of being naked. Most naked pictures online or in public are or were put there to sexualize the viewers or let's say to appear "sexy" or promote sexual appeal. All the same there is nothing we can do to stop the perversion than not add more to it or promote it. makydebbie: No, I mean, seeing naked women doesn't move me on anything, we've seen porn stars so what's there again. Like you rightly pointed out, creavity is not the strong point of the EPL or championships. Yes, the EPL and it's likes are slowing down on the kick and follow style but it's still glaring in the UK. I wouldn't for the life of me advise Musa to go to the championship nor league one when he can play top football elsewhere even in Germany, Holland or Turkey. If he can't move back to Russia, he should consider Turkey or Germany come Jan. I don't know if Spanish clubs like his kind of speedy attributes but he can try there too. komekn: I cannot completely disagree with you but things have and are changing quite a lot.
You have to look yourself as a player and critically evaluate your strengths and weaknesses. The reason why Leicester was always going to.be hard fit for KC. Then choose a club that complements your attributes not just consider the money.
In the EPL there are mostly footballing sides and effective delivery outweighs entertainment football and playing for the gallery. De Bruyne doesn't do unnecessary rainbow flicks, drag backs, step overs and cruyff turns to please the crowd. But he is considered one of the best midfielders in the EPL as it stands now, with the highest number of assists Some of these unnecessary skills and show boating slow the team down.
So in the EPL since the demise of Stoke under Pulis you will not find kick and rush teams anymore. Speed intension effective delivery with end product has become more pronounced. It's not flair football but very effective and intense. Skill is used for competitive advantage not just entertainment for the gallery.
The championship has a lot of kick and rush teams. However a lot of them will play good quality in the deck football. Fulham. Hull, Reading, Derby. Wolves Middlesbrough to name a few will play on the deck.
League 1 you will find Charlton Athletic, MK Dons, Peterborough and a very few other play good technical on the go football.
It's a different set of skill sets required to dominate in the EPL and Championship. Where skill has to be merged vwith physical resilience, speed and intensity |

I for one don't like he EPL, kills creativity except you find yourself in man city or arsenal not to talk of the championship Humility017: you're right though ... Action speaks bro. Except Musa doesn't play competitive football next year, he's surely going to be in Russia. Has alot of things in his favor. Plays well in the world cup and against big names[ Understand a bit of Russian language, understands the weather from his stay here. He's a pivotal part of the SE and has something in him that makes coaches call him to the camp, dunno what it it, but his teammates like him around. Lastly, his loyalty which all coaches look for is unquestionable. I repeat, unless he stops playing competitive football next year, he's going to Russia. Humility017: so you think I hate musa? |

Have you asked him, have you read any report saying he's comfortable, do you know the details of his contract with Leicester? Haba! How can you so confidently say such things. Recently I read him saying that the Hull City Coach Slutsky with whom he has a very good relationship from their time in Russia wants him at Hull City but that the only snag for him is that Hull City is a Championship club. He ended by saying everything is still under consideration.

Ajiboye I know but alampasu? What has he really done of recent? What about Emmanuel Daniel? Is Alampasu better than him or why this insistence on Alampasu? I know it's your choice but just need to know what qualifies him. Kog45: I w rather pick Uzoho, Ezenwa was just one of the flaw of Alloy Agu just like Keshi forcing Agbim on us,just too glaring Ezenwa lacks it all, people keep on referring to his performance against Zambia and Cameroon just cos of Akpeyi howler against SA,nothing so unique about Ezenwa.
I believe Rohr should give all the keepers including Alampasu,Ajiboye level playing ground.I don't think Ezenwa is better than Ajiboye, honestly Alloy Agu is not helping the situation.
The foreign goalkeeper trainer doesn't know much but always act on Alloy recommendation and if care is not taken it w affect the team.
This is the time to put experience aside and test the abilities of the keepers.
Ezenwa i saw against Algeria w have been a disaster than Akpeyi against Argentina.
Good CHAN is coming up we will definitely see much of Ezenwa if Ajiboye did not displace him cos likely it w happen
Uzoho i saw against Girona and Argentina just need more international friendlies to prove his readiness.
I don't care about rookies going to the WC.At 2002 WC we went with two local rookies in Enyeama and Ejide,so I don't mind if Uzoho,Alampasu and Ajiboye makes it.
We have seen much of Akpeyi and Ezenwa drama they are not better than the trio just using experience to make the team and despite the experience they always committing school boys errors.
On Enyeama hope he regain his form back but I still hold my reservation cos is coming back should be based on Uzoho performance. |

Do you even know what the church of God look like? People like you would have said the same thing if you were alive during the time Jesus was on earth physically to rebuke and deal with the Pharisees and saducees of their time. Those Pharisees and saducees also saw what Christ was doing then as an attack against the "house of God" which was then a house of robbers according to our Lord Jesus Christ. Repent today and seek the true God via the right way/worship. ifex370: Please stop fighting the pastors..

He's trying to play like Pique. Mujtahida: Your first point is spot on. He was coming in deep and playing like he wanted to play like a libero. I began scratching my head. One time he lost to the ball to Aguero. We recovered but that could have made it 3-0 and crushed us psychologically. He doesn't have pace. He should not be used for a three man back line. |
