If its reality, then you what of his displays in the CL - like against FC Porto when Chelsea was 1 goal down. He changed the game when he came in and gave us more fluency OR what about Valencia. Those were big games. ManU in FA Cup.

He hardly looses the ball, and takes helps our possesion by his effective passing. He even makes the first team ahead of makalele.

He would obviously improve next season but he has been great for the time he has played, esp from carling cup.

He's past dealings with oil sure make him a business man and you throw a good argument with his management acquisitions, but i still don't see the effect the management of Chelsea has made to aid us on the pitch since last season. I'll address that at the close of my post.

For Chelsea to succeed as a commercial product, we need to win the hearts of neutrals and glory hunting fans around the world. The main way to do this is to continue winning trophies. Two trophies - CL and EPL - are of the most importance. However, this is not enough. We need to play attractive football or at least something close to that. In JM's 1st season, our winged display with the likes of Duff, Robben and Cole drew admiration. We were not as fluent as Arsenal or as counter attacking as ManU but that style gave us a trademark. Also our die hard spirit and winning attitude would come in handy.

Another thing that may help is making an Icon or something of a Celeb from one of our stars. It has to be a good looking person that plays well on the pitch, is fluent in english and possible has sex audience appeal. I'd pick out Mikel Obi for that. Some polishing is needed though.

We have to play friendlies in other continents and do some sort of tour. Establishing business relationships in strong commercial cities in US, Asia and Africa where club merchandise can be sold too would help tremendously.

One thing we can not forget is that we would have to build a trophy cabinet that would be the envy of others. We can not win the CL or EPL once and rest on our laurels, we must continue and show some consistency in winning stuff.

Now back to the management. I think our management have made some dreadful decisions that has cost us a lot this season. One fact is that the only true blue we have in management is Chairman Bruce Buck. Chief Executive Kenyon and Director Tenenbaum are not strictly Chelsea fans. Its just business and I fear they lack that extra passion a supporter has. Management has failed to curb the wages being wasted paid out. One thing that continually bothers me is Crespo, who we continue to pay half of this £90k wage a week for doing nothing. How the board can let Shevy and Ballack ask for so much knowing we have pillars like JT and Lampard too is beyond me. If the so called galacticos refused to take less than JT and Lampard why not offer them the same.

Another thing i don't understand is HOW they can overrule a manager in making transfer decision. JM wanted Gallas to stay but they sold him. He did not want Shevy and Ballack, yet they bought them. He wanted a defender in January and was refused funds. His job was linked with a new manager every week since January and they waited till late April to squash the rumours. Does not Kenyon know how all this can affect the dressing room spirit?

Having said all that, the management has been great in some other areas. Our UK fan base has grown from 1m to 3.8m in 3 years, our European fan base has Chelsea’s UK fan base has grown from 10.6 million to 19.2 million in two years .

last time we went dutch we ended up with MALOU Kalou, i know we had robben from there too but think of how soft and injury prone he is. He has never fully recovered from the injury he had in his 1st season. But do u remember kezman? Its a risk but i like the statistics of this alfonso fellow.

Graham was a terrible manure ref.

He has single handedly cost us a lot of games, most notably -

If there's anything this season has taught me is that Graham Poll world cup error was not a Fluke. He can be that terrible a ref.

Berbatov is a no go area, except we want to dish out another £30m. Buying him for a high price would put him under immense pressure to perform and defenders already know how good he is so he'll be tight marked next season.

Torres, maybe but the last we tried he was still expensive.

I definitely remember Eto'o and most of his annoying acts/comments. I dont want him. He would show only hypocrisy to move to liverpool after he accused us of boring displays.

I think kenyon has made a few mistakes that have been very costly to us. Anyway thats past now. Our management has to work together to and stick as one to help the team. The long silence on our manager's job security was uncalled for, but again you never now what Roman has in his mind to do. With Frank Arnesen, i wonder what is happenin to our youth structure - yeh i know they won a cup but when would we see another Terry.

Kamara sounds ok as an understudy.

Eto'o too would be coming for nations cup so he's out of the question. Besides he's outburst against our manager and drogba does not make him a viable candidate.

Villa, like you noted would be too expensive and i dont think he would fit in. Personally i think we should spend no more than £10m on transfers. Why we cant force crespo back is still beyond me.

Crespo is another waste of money, we pay him 45k a week for doing nothin. Crap. I'd force him to stay in England all thru and play or terminate contract by mutual concession.

Meanwhile who do you think we can buy?

I'm fascinated at how fast you can pick out non-arsenal posts while ignoring the bulk of aggressive posts in your backyard. If you had the presence of mind to have read you fellow arsenal fan A-40 posts then perhaps you may have been less biased than you are. I have however learnt that being unbiased is not one of your many strengths.

Like a said in my post sometime back. She needs to talk a holiday - possible on this man's bill - to be alone and reconsider her prospect and what she wants out of her life and marriage. She can then take a decision and stick by it. If she decides to return to the marriage, she should make sure they sign some strong legal documents first.
