Ok muki will be expecting poems rhymes
but back to sport now, before someone else lash out at me by tomorrow

Whats up with arsenal, we only hear of rumours of people leaving, Henry again the latest. Personally i think it was a mistake he made to stay last season. He would have earned much more and helped Barca to be in a better position.

No names will be mentioned, it would refer to the club and maybe players. I may include other clubs we dont like too, maybe i should just do it in a studio but i dont have the time. The firm i work for wants me to do 3 days at work evry week from monday so working from home is cut down.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Man Utd: Eat Ur Heart Out! by somze(f): 6:05pm On Jun 03, 2007
[s]i referred to your naming of mostly christians, but kept your name out to avoid confrontation, that did not work obviously and i zipped it[/s]

I'm working on one but i wanted a few people to join and i've got 2 - Its ANTI-ARSENAL mostly and may ruffle a few feathers, but that wont be something new judging by how much controversy i've found myself in.

@nateevs
I agree with you about mikel. I hope with players like robben and joe cole out of injury would help him to be more of a play maker.

About Pizarro, lets see. i'm not expecting much. Thank God, we got him from a free transfer.

@ayefele200
whats up? Are u in?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Strictly Chelsea Talk: by somze(f): 11:47am On Jun 02, 2007
We do not really have a playmaker in chelsea. Maybe Mikel can be redefined to what he used to be - referring to holland.

SportsRe: Did England Suck Last Night, Or What? by somze(f): 9:21am On Jun 02, 2007
There are only 2 things i agree with you on

Cyclone5:
England 1 Brazil 1

1. Simple ball retention was beyond England last night. And its not as if Brazil bothered to close down or put pressure on the players in possession. England just didn't have a clue about how to work and opening. There best tactic was long balls into the arms of the Brazilian keeper.

2. Those who keep bleating on about Frank Lampard. I hope you saw your lamp shade of a hero reflected in his full glory last night. All you needed was a a nice dress and a shop window and he would have been right at home.

3. If Beckham na saviour then na torture for England O. While he did no wrong, let's be honest, he has neither spark or the ability to break down a defence. Maybe he was trying to play it cool yesterday and not ruffle any feathers but that really is his normal game.

4. I am beginning to suspect that it was Maclaren who was pulling the strings and making a mess of things during Sven's doderring tenure. Sven was clearly too busy with the ladies to be bothered about footie never mind running a team.

5. And Maclaren had the gall to call it a good performance. Clearly he was watching the match on PS3!
1. England were closed down by Brazil in their own half whenever they got the ball.

2. Frank played a simple (but perhaps slow) game. Picking him out for criticism only shows anti-chelsea sentiment. Most of Gerrard's contribution was in defense, did it mean he had a bad game?

3. Oga, Beckham played very well. Most of the nice touches England showed were as a result of his presence. Hell, the goal was his making. England has not played such football in a long time and remember they were playing against Brazil. I am not saying they were superb, i'm just saying they have improved.

4. Mclaren was a mistake, i can not still imagine what the FA was thinking. Even Sven had a much better era. England has no attacking flair, they can not break open teams, no counter attack. The left side - lamps, Cole and shorey - saw much more of the ball esp in counter attack yet they were easily closed down by the Brazillians. Cole held on too long to the ball, Shorey does not understand quick passing and lamps seem to prefer to pass short or backwards and run forward. No creative spark whatsoever. The full backs could not even deliver efficient crosses when needed. Owen held on too the ball when a quick cross or pass would have been more efficient. England simply lacks attacking flair.

5. Well judging by his standards, it was a good game. During his time i've seen much worse.

Your choice of words regarding others in this post may have been uncalled for. If you had said it nicely, ThiefOfHearts would not have needed to respond.

na wa-o for this thread. How come this child(MICHELIN) has been allowed to post ignorant, dangerous, false, and retarded write-ups in this thread despite all available indication that she is not qualified to render marriage advice to anybody!

There're other sections of nairaland she could be of much use, but having her spew her ignorance on the pages of this thread is unacceptable and a deservice to our intelligence.
The poster knowing fully well that this is a PUBLIC forum, asked for advice. Everyone is entitled to give theirs and i have seen some that should not have been given but to attack the person is not right.

That being said, we should all consider our line of reasoning before we contribute to delicate matters as such as this.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Strictly Chelsea Talk: by somze(f): 7:48am On Jun 02, 2007
Signing old players may not be futuristic but its cheap. We have our youth team for that. We also have some young ones in the first team - mikel, diarra, sahar, sinclair; others may be considered as young too - robben, cech, JT, SWP, Joe cole etc

It may also be a good idea to curb cost as it would put us in the profit margin we are trying to achieve by 2010. It is also possible that we become one of the big teams in Europe - almost of the likes of ManU, Real, AC and Barca - if we continue wining like we have been doing.

as the woman you do not have to leave your home.but is just that your husband does not have respect for you
This is the kind of mentality that women needs to be emancipated from. Thought i addressed this in my last post. Women have thesame rights and equality to men, in or out of marriage. If a man can leave because his wife cheats (or some other reason), then a woman can do thesame.

Is there anywhere that bars a woman from leaving a home just because she is a woman?
