@ Smart101, thanks for your brilliant suggestion. I have checked the link you suggested, and from the information I saw there, I am expected to mandate my bank to reverse the payment. From their last mail to me, VoguePay advises that I contact my bank to request reversal of the funds. I don't know whether it will still be possible for my bank to do anything at this stage, because the money been paid out already and receipt issued with transaction ID. In any case, I will contact my bank and see if there's anything they can do. Thanks.

My guy, I will advise you to be patient with her. Be subtle and allow time help you evaluate your feelings for her. You certainly don't want anything that will break her heart. Maintain contacts, but let her mature to 18 - 19 years, before you make your intentions clear. I am sure if she shares the same feeling with you will reciprocate.
