It's not normal in any form that is true. Usual like matter there has to be equal amount of positive and negative electric charge for humanity to have the right balance. It distorts every notion of morality and common sense. |
Billyonaire:Bros. U de still de defend dis ur poo? U fall my hand abeg. A thief is a thief. Dis Jeff guy is a thief and deserves what is coming to him. |
Na wa! Wetin we no go believe? |
For this guy (Seun Egbegbe) to clear his name: 1) he needs to sue the shop owner, the area mob (other neighbouring shops), the police and those bloggers that broke the story in the first place. 2) show us the cash with which he intended to pay for the 9 Iphones at the police station, instead of being pictured holding 8 stolen Iphones. Like someone asked, who pays cash for 9 IPhones in this era? 3) As someone also said, Keelcech Shop, located at No 9, Medical Road, Ikeja, should apologize and let us read it on social media as well. VERDICT: Seun Egbegbe is GUILTY as charged until otherwise proven. |
midolian:Maybe, Seun, the grand Apostle of atheists should take up this challenge. If e no come back, we go know se e don turn to believer. ![]() |
With the spate of kidnapping going on in the country, I see no reason why a high profile billionaire pastor like Ayo should not go around with police presence. |
Smart101:@ Smart101, thanks for your brilliant suggestion. I have checked the link you suggested, and from the information I saw there, I am expected to mandate my bank to reverse the payment. From their last mail to me, VoguePay advises that I contact my bank to request reversal of the funds. I don't know whether it will still be possible for my bank to do anything at this stage, because the money been paid out already and receipt issued with transaction ID. In any case, I will contact my bank and see if there's anything they can do. Thanks. |

My guy, I will advise you to be patient with her. Be subtle and allow time help you evaluate your feelings for her. You certainly don't want anything that will break her heart. Maintain contacts, but let her mature to 18 - 19 years, before you make your intentions clear. I am sure if she shares the same feeling with you will reciprocate. Meet with her people thereafter and let them know you are interested in her academic and general well-being. If you are genuine, you are good to go. And since you want her for a wife, you might as well make her special by abstaining from having carnal knowledge (sex) with her until your big day (marriage), then you can consummate your love. I am senior to my wife with 13 years and we are the best of lovebirds years of enjoying marital bliss and challenges. What is important is that we know, understand, love and cherish each other. Goodluck! |
O! Such a cutie! Na so! Fresh! |
When the Bible says that money answereth all things, romantic relationships/marriages are not left out. Both partners need understanding in the handling and management of money. Yes! Money plays a very important roles in life and marriage. It creates a sense of contentment when there is money, even if it goes to satisfy only basic needs. |
I don't really blame you though. You see, I have been having the same 'spell'. I actually wanted God to manifest himself to me 'personally'. I needed to feel his presence in a way that is 'Godly'. I have near death experiences and had survived them. I felt there is a power somewhere that upholds and strengthens me, but could he be same 'God' being paraded around as 'Jesus'? I am researching and trying to see the connection. Could it also be that my fore-fathers who knew no sin (i.e. followed the 10 commandments, even though they have not seen the Jewish law) and had strict compliance with swift justice to the offender. Then, you could open your doors while you slept at night and fear no harm. But you see life itself is mysterious. We know very little yet about the forces at play, but one thing that is that, there is a higher power (divinity) - I call him the |God of Precision|. Hagar called him the |God that seeth me|-Genesis 16:13. He created and reigns over all things. Different tongues have given him several names based on their perception of him. He is the seen as the 'beginning' Himself. Look inwards within you and follow your heart... What gives you peace inside.. follow. Hence you are not given to evil. God no go vex! |
Lol, that is not a stamp; it's a "SEAL". Chai! Nairaland! Chosen1984: |
It seems that the only language our corrupt and selfish leaders /rulers have come to understand is violence, hence the resort to violent tactics to twist their arms. When you make peaceful change impossible, violent change becomes inevitable. I pity! cstr9: |
Candyrain:Fortunately or unfortunately, you are right. And Nigeria cannot be like the proverbial ostrich. We, like our former colonial masters must rise and determine the way to go in this marriage called "Nigeria" since it is no longer workable. The far-right Dutch politician Geert Wilders congratulated the UK on its decision, and called for a Dutch referendum on EU membership. “We want be in charge of our own country, our own money, our own borders, and our own immigration policy,” he was quoted as saying in a statement on his website. |
doll912:No Law, No Sin In his letter to the saints at Rome, the apostle Paul explained, "sin is not imputed when there is no law" (Rom.5:12‑13 KJV). Is there a law in the Bible that prohibits polygamy? No. There is no such law found in the Bible. And where polygamous relationships are noted, there is nothing negative said about this form of marriage. However, there are many laws noted in scripture that regulate the polygamous marriage and there are also many scriptures that clearly show that polygamy does not violate God's law. The married man whose wife is still with him does not sin when he marries another wife (who is not another's wife). And likewise, the married man, whose wife has departed from him, he also does not sin when he marries another wife (who is not another's wife). |
