America has problem of illegal immigrants. Do they blame their immigration officers or sack them ? Remove the incentive for smugglers and you effortlessly solve the problem. Extra money made can be invested in electricity and other necessary infrastructures.

They have working system that despite what the smugglers do, you still see evidence of the work done. Over here, it is customs that will collaborate to smuggle rice and petrol so they can make ten times their income hence the need for sacks.

We need to be doing 2.5million to 3million barrels per day to alleviate our current poverty. This should be excluding for Local refining supply if possible.

What are the parameters used for ranking this states you mentioned... I hope that you know Edo state is far better than kogi states in terms of infrastructure and all andard of living.

They have relatively higher allocation than other states of relatively same size, they also have 13% derivation. It's not like the residents/citizens have it any good, one of the least their governor's could have done was to fight for more investments to their states .

Those states are probably better than every other state on the list but my point is they shouldn't even be on such a list. I'm surprised that a state like Osun is missing self
