This is my point all along. Poverty, insecurity can be reduced by 50% with functional LGA. Issue that LG will solve with 1M naira in three days, it will take state one month and 10M to solve but federal government will need 100m and 3months to solve the same problem.

The problem here is the state governments. After the autonomy, people still need to elect the right chairmen and hold them accountable.

We also need the governor's influence on local government elections to be eradicated.

Assign her no duties. Make sure she has absolutely nothing to do for about a week to a month. She can do any of her normal duties but nothing more. Also avoid her and only respond to her greetings. When her brain resets start assigning duties back to her but don't resume any jokes or allow elements of familiarity even when she tries to introduce it.

You haven't put her in her place hence she has grown in boldness. And yes if you are that senior to her and have authority to do so, give her a 2 weeks unpaid suspension to reset her brain.

Haven't read through completely but this is good news. Also the LGA elections are the very worst and only ever represents the interests of the sitting governor. This also needs to be revamped so that the people's voices/votes can be genuinely heard.
