If you sell the land and deposit the lump sum in you account, you’ll attach an LoE stating how you got the money and possibly attach proof of ownership/receipt of sale of land with your documents. Or better still put the money in Fixed deposit and submit the certificate with no issues.
You can open/put your money in a dorm account too. No story there

Please which of the BCS programs is needed for express entry? Certificate, diploma or professional graduate diploma ?

Bnt tutored me. They charged 100k at the time, 2020. They did good, we had frequent classes and because I registered very late, they organized extra classes for me as well. But you’d still need to put in effort.

Hello all,

At last I got my PPR today after 5 months and 3 weeks , almost 6 months and 26 days after bvl�������������� The waiting was excruciating.

Special thanks to the rear gem on this platform @makano. He is truly competent in visa processing. I almost gave up but he gave me some advices yesterday on how to mail IRCC

which I followed through and my PPR came within 24 hrs����� �

Infact my application was part of those he posted yesterday with bvl and no PPR for 26 days.

This is my timeline:

Application date: 10th Nov,2021

Biometrics: 12th Nov,2021

Medical request: 15th March, 2022

BVL: 24th March,2022

PPR: 20th April, 2022


Like I said earlier, special thanks to Makano. I am a silent member on this group but I got a lot of information here that helped me. Makano kept reassuring me when I was down.He is vast in the visa processing and also very compassionate. God bless you greatly sir.

Good Morning Mommas, I don't know if this is normal or not.
I have been feeling drops of liquid in my undies since yesterday afternoon till now and whenever I wipe, I comes with tiny particles like discharge. But the color of the discharge is light green or lemon. The liquid sometimes trickle down my thigh and am also feeling a lot of pressure on my bladder that I can't even hold pee for minute.

Should I be worried? We are 40+4 days already.

Pelvimetry is as painless as whatever. Did it in 2011, I don't think the procedure has changed. It's just like you want to take a picture
As for the pawpaw and pineapple and diarrhoea, yes diarrhoea can be a sign of labour but you should rectify that with your doctor.

Biko Sabi Mamas, how is pelvimetry CT scan done? Is it painful? And how important is it?
Also can diarrhea be a sign of labor? I started pawpaw and pineapple therapy on Monday (as instructed by my doctor) but have been going to toilet ever since then.
Could it be any of the fruits? Help a ftm

I asked in a scan centre last two weeks, the lady said 7k. The scan centre is around igbogbo/selewu ikorodu.

It wasnt a condition present during my early stage, in fact it was discovered the week i put to bed, since its was almost my due date, i was admitted and monitored, but the BP and odema refused to go after 3 days on admission, hence I was scheduled for an induction which later failed after 2 days of labour, finally had my baby through emergency cs,
So for this journey am always alarmed by BP issue, I haven't been given any medication for it so far, but I occasionally boil and drink corn silk and guava leaves, it help with the feet swelling and controls the Bp too.
