RomanceRe: Should Breakup Be A Mutual Agreement by sparta(f): 3:36pm On Jan 12, 2009
Man, why should you break up with her for these reasons. Look people date for 7,8,9,10 years and they still end up marrying each other. The fact that you dont have anything for now does not mean you are going to remain like that forever. Are you not a man, i believe you are doing something to better your life. As for her stature, talk to her, she is your woman, she will understand and work on it. What if had gotten married earlier and she started adding weight, are you going to run to nairaland and ask for the best way to divorce your fat wife. As long as she aint complaining, you got no reason to complain either except if there is one Agbani Darego near your house that you are begining to eye.

Dont break her heart Tony,  tongue

hi,

I was at iyana iyesi on saturday( january 3rd 09) to see if i could get a good land to buy. Somehow i was not able to see the man that was suposed to help me. Where precisely in iyana iyesi because i realy like that place. However an aunt who owns a house there said its quite expensive too get a land there at the moment. its around 1 mil and its even very scarce except if you will be buying another person's hijacked property. she stays around rainbow bustop. Is your own offer close to that place or better still close to that main road? Kindly let me know.

Thanks.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Is It Possible To Delete All Old Topics On Nairaland? by sparta(op): 11:55am On Jan 05, 2009
Of what use is a forum if you don't have access to old posts.
I think the better thing to do would be to Archive old posts. Deleting them is not right.

Well if that is the best thing to do ,fine but are all old topics relevant especially in the job/vacancy section ?
Jobs/VacanciesIs It Possible To Delete All Old Topics On Nairaland? by sparta(op): 11:09am On Jan 05, 2009
Seun

Hi
Happy new year,  I pray you get  all your heart desires for this year. I have observed lately that there are so many old post on nairaland. I will like to know if it is possible to delete all old post till november 2008 that is if there are no negative implications.  I mean just do a thorough clean up. Its a new year and it will be nice if we start afresh. Nairaland used to be an embodiment of correct and recent information but now its so full of old, stale and false information (scammers are not in anyway helping matters but dont let them discourage you ,God will give you wisdom on how to deal with them). I respect this forum a lot and i will be glad if it can be what it used to be again. Its just a suggestion though.

Cheerio
