PoliticsRe: FRSC Now To Bear Firearms – Oyeyemi by spawnx: 3:41pm On Dec 03, 2016
I don't believe arming the FRSC is the best. Why not equip them with non-lethals, such as Mace or Tazers.

He said ''God clearly told him, he can not engage in MMM'' and he still went ahead to allow another voice overpowered that of God. He must be kidding!

God's voice is incomparable.
God gives freewill. You can choose to listen or the other voice comes through.
PoliticsRe: Power Shortfall To Hit N3trn By End Of 2016 by spawnx: 5:58am On Nov 28, 2016
Let them stop complaining and give power. I have only bought about 20k worth of power since the beginning of the year due to no regular power supply. How do you intend to generate revenue when there isn't power supply.

Blaming it on meter bypass and power theft. How many people would be involved in this to drop revenue?
HealthRe: Fibroid Removed From A Woman In Imo During Free Medical Outreach (Photos) by spawnx: 11:28pm On Nov 24, 2016
This is what is required of representatives and senator. If every one of them was doing one project or the other, it will go a long way in making life bearable for the citizen.

The Federal government can't always help at this level that is why we elect councilors, reps and senatorial officers.

We need to get it right.

Well done, it is a step in the right direction.

I don't think it is wise to line up arms and live rounds in front of criminals. what if one of the criminal is suicidal and grabs a gun; locks and load, fires into the crowd.

well, what do I know?

Just be realistic and be reasonable.

nigeria became a destroyed country.

If there is regular electricity supply the country would rapidly move forward, but the country "leaders" lack the capacity to get things right.
My Nigeria is not destroyed. It will flourish again

My dear for civil service and governmental agencies, it's all about a cabal or syndicate, which ever you like to call it. Sometimes when you want to do the right, you seem like the odd man out.

Science/TechnologyRe: A Nairalander Kills A Gaboon Viper That Swallowed A Fish At His Place Of Work by spawnx: 12:36am On Oct 20, 2016
It is called a Gaboon viper.
Gaboon Viper
Common Name: Gaboon Viper or Gaboon Adder
Scientific Name: Bitis gabonica
GABOON VIPER
The largest African viper, this snake has a striking coloration and pattern that nevertheless offers it camouflage.

The gaboon viper ( Bitis gabonica ) is considered to produce more venom than any other venomous snake.

A single adult male may have enough venom to inject lethal doses into 30 individual men. Not only do they produce more venom than any other snake but they also inject more deeply.

Although sluggish and docile by nature, Gaboons are unpredictable and capable of great speed in short bursts making them extremely dangerous

Am still in school studying Business Admin but as it stands I have more feel for technical equipment .. So that's why I might dump my career course and move into computer science or anything technical related.
Slow down. Haven't you put some years into the Biz Admin? You could try your hands on some technical courses when on break and build on it. You have a beautiful mind and can be whatever you want, try focusing. Also the internet is available. Digest information and educate yourself. It will come handy.

What is important and necessary to one person/country is not necessarily same for the other.

Those abandoning fossil fuel now had maximized the benefits from it in the past.

IMHO, no developing/underdeveloped country should pledge to such talk on global warming yet. Not until they also have maximized their benefits from those energy sources.
I quite agree with you. fossil fuel hasn't been utilized in developing nations. Industrialisation has been at its lowest in Africa hence no cause for alarm.

It is quite unfortunate how safety is often overlooked. The pit, from the picture; has been in a poor state for a long while. The overgrowth around it leaves some clue. The area should have been cordoned off and repaired after she survived the first accident (a near miss).
