It’s fake news but what is news is the fact that this was a dedicated scam attempt and it was successful.Somebody or a group of persons paid a lot of money to have that news circulated today while subtly providing the name of the supposed website he(Hushpuppi) used in purchasing the said cards. “www/stimuluscards/com”.Now a lot of Nigerian fraudsters and wannabe fraudsters visited the site as early as this morning and of course supposed sellers of these cards were waiting for their would-be victims.Long story short, these unsuspecting yet gullible fraudsters paid serious amounts of funds in BTC to the shady administrators of the website and until this moment they have all received nothing.No cards,no refunds!

Please I need help.I have the contact of someone who is supposedly schooling in China and is currently helping me to process a scholarship program/offer to study computer Science and Engineering in one “Changsha University of Science and Engineering” where he studies.He has already requested certain documents, all of which I have provided and I have already paid 350k to him as well.He has also said that I’ll pay $1500 as scholarship processing fees once my admission letter and visa application letters are granted and sent to me but now he told me that the pre admission letter would be out soon and requesting that I’ll pay the $1500 and then the admission letter would follow and I’m confused even pissed.Is there anything like a pre admission letter? Is there any other way I can confirm the authenticity of this scholarship program? I do not have a problem with him exaggerating the charges to make a profit but I can’t afford to be scammed.Please those who have the knowledge and experience regarding this should advise me.Thank you
