Wow, i'm impressed. In Nigeria, the mass are crime addicts. But the leaders have been born into it. A country where the leaders steal more than those whose profession is aremed robbery. A country u fear the police more than the thieves. A country where the higher you steal, the less punishment you get. A country where police always have witnesses.
