First and foremost op suicide is absolutely different from euthansia ,and to the poster above well said the link given has said a great deal with many contraductions, and i think there isnt really a difference in the active and passive in the sense that like the analogy given ,turning off of the respirator isnt it like using a lethal way to end a life we both knw by turning of that life support the patient would die so what is the point ?

You know what the school should have stated those rules at the point of admission but rather they were attracted to the money without a long debate they released him , only had to say i am here to pick ma cousin n gbola they put a clarion call for him. Am still gonna write them several email to stock imposing tenets n religion on their students only because they are minors ,but i think its a great step my uncle called raging on the school earlier against discrimination of other religions and stuff, i think the deal in the school use to be that no one leaves for sallah or any islamic break ,they wont fast during ramadan self

Mr Wilfred Jubril there is something that you should know, no matter how many times you change the bottle of that old wine you don't lose the qualitative taste of that old wine, now to address the issue of lagos na APC i think your article should just be addressed to fashola's administration because you seem to solely want to discredit him of every little credit he deserves, if i may ask you sir would you rather keep using that old car of yours that overheats every now and then or you tend to purchase another car that you feel should not overheat even though you are not sure of it, sir i must say at this point that i think you are an anti-ACN/APC if not you would not have written this collage of poo, compared to any governor of the PDP which you seem to favor may you tell us any which has performed better than any governor of APC? they may not be the best of the best, jakande might have been a better governor than the incumbent but would Obanikoro have been better or what impact did akala have on the people of Oyo state other than raging of touts. yes i may agree with you on the beautification governance takes more than that but was Rome built in a day or do expect a governor to touch every facet of the society under his administration? he should face one do his bit n leave the legacy for other to live on, it is not the case that i am saying that these governors are the best but they surely are better administrators than the PDP's

Christianity Etc › The Oblivious State Of The Nigerian Constitution by spenca(op): 7:24am On Oct 14, 2013
Over dinner there was a debate and deliberation on why my cousin was not coming home for the Sallah break all because he attends a Christian orientated school, to state categorically my cousin is in his final year in the secondary school, a boarder based on the school policies and a practicing Muslim. We were brought up in an orthodox Muslim family thereby we were taught not to discriminate against other persons because of their ethnicity tribe or religion but on how they treat and care for other people, enough of my family background, it is time I started addressing the theme of this write up which is why some schools at advantage of their students all in the name of education, I won’t want to go into the higher education fiasco of punishing student because they have not refuse to go to church and all, this comes to me as shocker not only because my cousin is always forced to go to church with his peers even though he is not a Christian which I have often warned him against now he is being asked to stay put in school when his family is having the ileya festival which is a big one in Islam but in this school the slightest christainic festival is held with all hands and even teeth now what brings the Nigerian constitution into this? It beats me each time that the Nigerian constitution is so alien to Nigerian and even the law makers themselves this is due to the lack of commitments from these so lawmakers. Chapter 4, section 38 subsection 2 of the Nigerian constitution which states that and I quote “No person attending any place of education shall be required to receive religious instruction or take part in or attend any religious ceremony or observance if such instruction ceremony or observance relates to a religion other than his own, or religion approved by his parents or guardian.” but many Nigerians are not aware of this and just sit to let our lives be ruled by ignorant people only because we have failed not to be ignorant ourselves. Like my cousins there are other Muslims in the school and around Nigeria which this kind or unwarranted authority term it impose unscrupulous dictates to us. But unlike some other families we are taking the bull by the horn and belling the cat, my uncle and I have a consensus yesterday to go have a heated talk with the ranking officer of the school later this afternoon after school hours and only God can stop us from not leaving that school without my cousin and this write up will be updated with the aftermath but my aim of putting this into writing is not only to inform others involved but to impact the knowledge of their fundamental human right to them which is redundantly put down in the fourth chapter of the Nigerian constitution.

Thanks soooooooooooooooooo muchhhhhhhhhh everyone!
Am sooooooooo Grateful to God for His Mercy and favour!
This is what actually happened:
After my Dad drove off, my lil bro said he thought he could get to school him self, then he walked down to Toll gate...a bus stopped and asked him if he wanted to enter or not...then he said, he just entered d bus and paid the conductor 2k, who didn't return his change back to him. He got down at Ijebu, confused and afraid and decided to start trekkn down...til he trekkd down to Ijebu Mushin market. Where he was in d midst of strangers! After wandering up nd down he decided to settle in a bush where he got soaked by d rain all night and d next day he slept on a table in d market square.
According to d guy that found him, he said he saw my bro d very day he entered d market cause pple wr lookn at him in a strange way cause its a small town and dey know themselves and he obviously doesn't look like som1 frm their town. He actually ignored, not until last night he got d BC on BBM...then he remebered he actually saw a guy on Glo tshirt 2days ago...so he decided to rush down to d market whr my brother was, and by then...he had alrdy pulled off his white trousers and tshirt! He just had a singlet and his bosser on him. He saw my broda walkn towards d bush, goin to sleep after gettn tired of roamn about. The guy then took his phne to chk d pic and name of the missing person, he then decided to call his name, and was shocked when my broda looked back! He then took him down to d station...bt guess what? Naija police men na! They rejected him and askd him to b shot or abandoned where he was found cause they arent sure he wil survive the night. Yes my broda ws weak! He hs been trekkn in d sun, rain and harsh weather widout food! So he cudnt even talk well...bt its dt d best thing our naija police men cud tink of? Smh!
The guy took him home and called my elder sis and Dad last night around past 7pm! Telln them he hs found d missn person so they shud come nd pick him cause they can't make him stay in their house cause he is so ill! That was how my Dad,uncle, cousins, aunties and frds followed my Dad down to Ijebu Mushin to pick him o! They cudnt recognz my bro...he ws so lean and weak...he cudnt walk! Pple shed tears when they saw him!
Btw before this God Almighty already told his servant that we wr gonna see him yday, bt we strtd losing hope wen it was late! I ve never seen my Dad cry before....he cried...he cried seriously before my broda ws found! Can you see the work of God Almighty?? He is the Greatest, the Mightest, He said He will never fail us and He never did! That God, my God is a living God! Azzzzzin! I wished I cud see Him now and Hug Him soooo tight! Am right here wid my bro in d hospital.

Praise the Lord!!!
To those mumu people that said he was not wearing glo shirts ,fools!
Nairaland General › The Inefficency Of AB Logistics by spenca(op): 9:04am On Oct 04, 2013
With the desire of getting ma little ornament so quickly i though of using a logistics company which i thought would be the fasted methodolgy of getting my item to my doorstep without much stressed then i recommended the so called AB logistics to the dealer i bought this item from, we have been on phone with this so called logistics to just pick up the item from the dealer not to even talk about delivery even after payment, it has taken a handsome of days with excuses after excuses, my point of writing this is not to halt your dealings with this so called logistics but it is to advice you of their non-challant attitude towards your item you asked them to pick up ,they make it sound like they are doing a favour for you ,without acknowledging the fact that you paid for the service ,your utilization of them item for pick up and time factor is not a concern for them ,they always want to do it their way and this way got no virtue in it but loads of vices and delays,it got to a point they started debating with me over my address ,amean this address is mine ,i live there and there was a lady that lacks prudence of urgency and time telling me horse poo. I have read many topics or discuss about this so logistics and there inefficiency and insufficiency to be called a logistics infact they lack every modicum of logic that ever existed. My fellow Nairalanders if i have taken what i read about this so called logistics to heart or i had considered it before even assuming i should use them i wont be writing this up . They tend to bring out that side of you that is hidden and you have been trying to get rid of, AB logistics is not worth a kobo and please ma little advice is for you to keep off them if not you will be writing another version of this. Infact its okay if i call them a fraud because they dont act what they put up on their site and all, orthodox waste of resources and time
