We noticed another tanker fell in the Enugu - Okigwe road in IMO State and people were rushing and scooping the petrol while policemen were just watching from a safe distance.

We had to tell the bus driver to speed fast before the tanker will explode.

Petrol is 100 - 120 in the east, the only NNPC mega station selling normal price in Enugu had a long queue.

Greedy people don't want to learn from past mishaps.Imagine people rushing to fetch spilled PMS from a fallen truck laden with PMS.They don't like their lives.
