It seems whatever was left of Rihanna and Chris Brown‘s relationship just went up in smoke.

Chris Brown tried to make a peace offering to Rihanna on New Year’s Eve, sending her a letter apologizing for all the pain he’s caused her.

But Rihanna wasn’t having it, and she even lit it on fire!

For four years, she was known to wander the streets of Mushin Local Government Area Lagos State.

She slept on the road, ate from bins and went about in tatters.

People noticed her protruding belly Some months ago, and dismissed it as fibroid growth.

However, on the morning of December 25, 2013 the woman, who identified herself as Amudatulai, a native of Ibadan in Oyo State, went into labour and self-delivered a baby girl as residents watched in awe.

Those with shops near the woman heard her screams around 6am that Cristmas morning... when they tried to take her to a hosital she refused.

In fact no one was with the insane woman when she actually delivered but she was assisted with the after birth prcedures by a midwife.

After her delivery she was sheltered along with her baby in a shop on the street.

The dimly-lit wooden structure had a mattress and a mosquito net for the new baby.

excited residents gathered round the shelter to catch a glimpse of the baby and give her money.

Upon being asked Amudatulai how she felt about her new baby, and the attention she was getting.

She said,

"I am so happy today. I know my portion is joy in this Lagos. And my joy will not end..."

At this point, she began to rave and abuse a woman beside her, asking for papers to show ownership of an unidentified portion of land.

Eyewitnesses said she immediately named the baby girl Mariam Olorundamilare Odunayo (Olorundamilare, means God has given me the victory, while Odunayo means, the year of Joy).

A resident, who identified herself simply as Mama Adoyo, said Amudatulai delivered the baby by the dump site situated along the newly-tarred road.


She said, “I have known her for a long time. She used to sit and sleep on that road. When we saw her protruding stomach, we didn’t know she was pregnant. We thought it was fibroid. But around 6am on Wednesday, she was crying and screaming

“I later moved close to her and when I saw it was labour pains, I asked her to let us go to the hospital, but she said no,

“I kept my eyes on her as she was screaming. Suddenly, the baby came out. We didn’t know on time, but a driver who was passing by called our attention that we should move closer to her because she had given birth.

“We had to quickly call a nurse who came to cut the placenta. The nurse later injected her and cleaned her up.”

Mama Adoyo said one of the community leaders donated money to assist in buying some materials, as other people in the neighbourhood trooped out with old and new clothes for the mother and child.

The go pro is very versatile and the footage can be merged with 7d or 5d footage as long as it's well lit. if not well lit it's grainy. Also high quality memory cards are recommended or it'll just stop recording.

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) is a Nigerian union of university academic staff, founded in 1978, with a history of militant action.

Currently ASUU has engaged on another strike which begun on the 1st of july, and is already 4 months and 12 days old as at the 12th of November,2013.

Claims made by ASUU in regard to the strike are centered largely on FUNDING and a certain EARNED allowance which it claims to be in an arrears of (92 billion Naira)

As you can see it involves mostly foreign companies selling their goods to Africans while Africans dance and jest for them, not realising the company they're dancing for is probably owned and run by their age peers of other nationalities

The general state of Black Economy is one of CONSUMPTION we hardly produce any large scale goods or services like cars, electronics etc. however guess which race is most addicted to high end tech toys? yes the Black race.

I don't think a victimisation/racism (Oh the white man made me unproductive) can be blamed here. I think our mindset should be blamed....

We simply have to start thinking about how we can be a money making race; an industrious race; and a technologically advanced race.

I think we should all seek or create an African made alternative to every item or service we purchase from now on.

Many of us are industrious entrepreneurs and i advise these to think global....I urge Black millionaires in America to invest in factories and real estate in Africa.. let's build a GLOBAL BLACK ECONOMY!

Black cars, bikes, factories, oil rigs, computers made with NO white or asian fingers involved in the processes - from the raw material stage to the production and packaging stages right down to marketing stage this is my dream.

Black people must help each other to establish credible governmental institutions so that corruption - which is a tool of non Black Big business - can be stopped in African nations.

Fire fighters battled from the dawn of 4th Nov 2013 to stop the fire at the Great Nigeria Insurance Building, Lagos Island. The fire has been contained from spreading but still rages on within the building. Lagos Fire Service and Julius Berger were on the scene as nearby shops and banks were closed.
