Just put little salt and savlon/dettol in hot water(the one you can tolerate) den sit in it for sometime. I tink u need to do this 3 times in a day.@ all FTM's a friend told me to do my kegals a lot cos it prevents episiotomy. Wuldn't hurt to try it. You can google more for more info.
