The under development of Orlu began since the state was established. All the governors that came from that side never did anything to improve the situation. Instead they focused on overpopulating Owerri. This shows that the idea that voting along tribal lines believing that it would favour the tribe is false and in reality does not favour anyone.

Only Igbos vote without thinking of tribe, that is why nearly 90% of them voted Obi. The rest of Nigeria does not know who can do the job, which is why Obi did not get up to 50% in any other region.

Tinubu got 53% in the SW. Obi got 87% in the SE. Atiku got 50% in the NE. Tribe was not involved. Just that people supported who they felt can do the job.

My post was directed at those who voted along tribal lines not necessarily every body from the tribe. This is because it is expectation that generally if a man is in power his people benefit more which over the years have been found to be false yet they still make the same mistake. In fact I even included those who live in that region who are not from the tribe.

I expect this discussion to be directed at them not me for saying the obvious fact.
