Please take your time and go through the final addresses and replies of both petitioner and all respondents. Also go through their objections to documents tendered. There was no where this was stated.

I mean, it's kindergarten law practice to get election materials from INEC. All the said documents were signed and BROUGHT TO COURT BY INEC under subpoena.

Those results were first downloaded before signing and stamping. Common, it's too basic.

If LP ask INEC for results of election, and INEC gave them blurred copies, do you expect LP to go and look for alternative? The Evidence Act says it is INEC copy that is the primary evidence.

You are beginning to sound funny in your attempt to defend Tinubu.

We agree about the fact that evidence counts.

There was zero evidence to show that Peter Obi won Benue and Rivers, lots of (uncontested) evidence that around 18000 polling units in states across the nation had blurred IREV images.

The devil is in the detail, of course Obi's lawyers wouldn't want you to know that.

Evidence is what is in front of the judges that all parties admit or that is not contested, not what is in anybody's head.

The Benue and Rivers results were obtained from analysis of hardcopies of results certified by INEC. This has already been confirmed by BBC Africa before hearing began. (See the link below). It is not contestable. It's there on the IREV. Go and verify.

The 18000 blurred results and images were certified as election results by INEC. Why did they certify blurred paper and useless images as results? They could have easily replaced them with the correct copies.

What this tells us is that INEC failed. They could not even contest or provide counter evidence for the tribunal to rely on.

However, Peter Obi provided 10000 LP agents copies as an alternative, which were not even disputed or countered by the respondents. The court therefore reserve the right to either cancel the election or make use of what is before them.

The key take here is that the evidence brought by Peter Obi was not countered by either INEC nor Tinubu. They couldn't have because those results were what INEC issued.

I am not sure where to start with all you wrote but I'll try.

President Tinubu can't be disqualified based on either of the basis you stated.

The rest of your information clearly came from watching videos of one or more Obidient you tubers because, sorry to say, they bear no relation to reality.

Benue and Rivers was specifically mentioned at the Tribunal because the Professor of Maths was called by LP to analyse voting patterns in those states, nothing to do proof that Obi won.

There is not a chance while we are are both alive that IREV will ever be used as the source of calculating election results in order to declare the winner for various reasons:
1) The AWS cloud itself could fail as uptime is not guaranteed as 100%
2) The INEC Server on the AWS cloud could be overwhelmed and fail
3) The IREV portal on the server could crash
4) Pictures could be badly taken by INEC staff.
5) Hackers could go in and manipulated the stored images or even replace them.

Only when there is fully automated process from source (thumbprinting to a machine) to destination (INEC collating server) can IREV or whatever portal be used as the primary source of information.

Some states in the US tried it last time with Dominion machines, look at the brouhaha it caused. Manual collation is going to continue fir a long time all over the world so your first sentence about the importance of IREV is out of the window.

I am done typing as I wanted to give a short rebuttal to prove my point which I failed to do as it has become too long, same as Obi failing to prove anything substantial at the Tribunal as it happens.

The bolded is assumption at best. Assumptions don't stand a chance in court. What stands is EVIDENCE. The question then is what evidence is before the court? The evidence before the court are the undisputed INEC certified true copies of results issued and signed by INEC. That evidence show that LP won Rivers and Benue. Whatever you say therefore becomes meaningless.

Tinubu will be disqualified by at least one of the following:
1. Forfeiture/fine/punishment for criminal activity.
2. Invalid nomination
3. Shettima's double nomination
4. Guinean citizenship
5. Certificate forgery

All these came with valid evidence which were never denied by his witness or lawyers. At least he will not escape one.

I watched a recent interview of Jandor ( the PDP candidate in Lagos state ) and he seem to be so sure he has Sanwoolu’s political coffin nailed .Jandor in the video claimed he has been gathering evidence against both GRV and Sanwoolu immediately after the primaries . He said he spent years in APC and he knows for a fact that impunity is what they eat and drink in APC .

In fact , he claimed the reason he chose not to form a merger with GRV was because he knew GRV winning the governorship seat would’ve been in futility cos GRV has his own baggages like not being a Labour Party member as at the time LP submitted its party register to INEC .

That Jandor guy looks like a spoiler but I doubt if the tribunal judges will follow him reason like he expects .

That being said , I think it’s wrong for this lawyer to be capping like this when matter still dey before the tribunal. He seem to be preempting the judges’ decisions which is an unprofessional thing to do .

First if party membership is what he has against GRV then it won't work. When a party register is submitted does not prevent acceptance of new members. It also does not prevent one from participating in the primaries. The most important thing is if his name was duly submitted to INEC as the candidate.

Secondly, the lawyer was not preempting the tribunal but stating what he presented to them. I think it's a good way of avoiding what happened in the case of Lawan when nobody was following.

Blind scan will scan the entire satellite position for any active tp. Auto scan will only scan the tp you have preloaded on the satellite.

Auto scan is like searching for a particular topic from a list of books you have selected. While blind scan is searching for the topic in the entire library.

Neither Peter Obi nor Atiku are claiming they won, the elections, in fact both of them agree that President Tinubu had more votes than them.

They are looking to get the most popular candidate and outright winner of the election President Tinubu disqualified, and in Obi's case a rerun ordered, on very flimsy grounds.

Yet you are here saying the winner was awarded to the wrong candidate. We shouldn't all have voted sef, INEC should just have text you to ask for who they should declare as the winner.

Without IREV the elections were flawed and full of fake manipulated results by APC. However the INEC certified true copies of results have been submitted as evidence without dispute. Those results show that Tinubu did not win Rivers and Benue states as declared by Yakubu. Also LP agents submitted 10000 results replacing most of the blurred copies issued and certified by INEC which
were undisputed.

The LP lawyers were wise to allow the tribunal decide which action to take. This is to prevent the use of techcality. So if the tribunal considers the elections as flawed, they will cancel it and call for a rerun. If they see it as OK, they will now have to calculate the true scores for each party based on the evidences presented and decide the winner. Either way, Tinubu MUST be disqualified.

The formation was not the problem but the distraction and the lack of speed to make up for lost possession. The moment NF brought in Elanga, that was the time for Arteta to have made adjustments. There was no need to continue to pin NF with 2-0 up.

Again, if Tomiyasu/Timber was where White was Elanga would not have ran all that distance without being caught up. At least to drag him wide instead of allowing him cut inside.

No matter the team, if you place men in the defensive third and outnumber them, they will always succumb. Then after getting the first goal, you allow them to come out and concede more. The only thing that is required is to not lose the possession. That would be almost suicidal. But even if you lose possession make sure you have sprinters as defenders. I saw some positives in that formation. The only draw back was Havertz not getting on the ball and releasing Martinelli more on the left. If Trossard was there, the game would have ended 3 or 4-0.

The NF goal was a defensive distraction as Partey and White were out of position and both lacked pace.

I prefer Gabriel on the LCB to Timber, I also prefer Timber on RCB to White.
