Jodera: 65m for backup? E be like say we don get sheikh Zayed
Is Havertz even better than ESR in midfield abi new signing syndrome dey shack you?
Havertz is better than ESR. That's not saying that ESR can't be better. The value placed on Havertz is his talent not necessarily his performance with Chelsea. He was badly managed at Chelsea.
Jodera: 210k for this overhyped flop? 60m plus for this guy wey hardly score 10+ goals as a striker in a top club?
Only God knows the kinda JuJuman wey Havertz get.
Havertz is not a striker. We already have strikers - Jesus, Nketiah and Balogun. Havertz will either play alongside Odegaard or as a backup for him. Good signing for me.
airmark: Did your dad's lawyer tell you this? I will like to know his 'under the tree' chamber. 😄
You think those questions of the witness being an LP candidate and having sued INEC before, were asked for fun? LP lawyers were stupid to have brought a member of the party to stand as an expert witness, not even officially sent by her company, AWS. Court will use her papers to wrap Akara.
You are a clown.
Olanipekun found out early that no need to stress an already tainted witness ( ask your dad's lawyer for meaning), that's why he was taunting her. I will prefer a more intelligent Obidient to continue from where you stopped. You are too dull on legal matters.
So you know better than LP SANs that brought her, or hat she already stated in her statement that she contested primaries?
So you mean I spent the whole of yesterday pouring sense inside your empty basket head? Up till now nothing, complete empty head, no knowledge acquired or retained. How dare you waste my time? Look, I have little patience for dummies. Next time let me know you are a dullard before any conversation.
Kaycee54321: Been expecting to see some sort of speculations/discussions from the knowledgeable folks on this thread regarding Baba-go-fast's score card on policies such as:
- Over 40% increase in electricity tariff - Student loan; requirements to qualify and concomitant effects on general tuition fees - Subsidy removal; how people are trekking nowadays since they can't afford the crappy public bus - 'Regularisation' of Naira to the FX market; resultant effect on basically everything imported
And most importantly, how all these will affect the regular man on the street earning 33k minimum wage...
From my own end, all I see is taxing on multiple fronts...owo council and owo turning on a grand national scale.
Is there a good side to expect in future?
I haven't really seen much discourse. Just pictures from oasis (still gloating from his victory), some banter, some small gender fights and a very awkward silence on the pressing issues.
I'm honestly asking so me sef can learn.
My dear it is a very difficult thing to defend stupidity.
airmark: You can claim to be an expert witness, until the opposing counsel exposes you as biased and partisan, then your account is null and void. Just as they did to the LP expert witness today, it was heavily proved beyond doubt that she is a tainted expert witness.
You be olodo.
A witness that was a Labour party HOR candidate and that confirmed that she had sued INEC to court recently, during cross examination, is not partisan? 😄
Arrgh!!!
Her being a member of LP was not a secret na. Neither is her suit against INEC. By the way she is in court to testify against INEC, she didn't come to baby sit them. Being a member of a party does not make you partisan as long as your report is evidential. It's like a teacher marking his son's script. It does not invalidate the result as long as she follows the marking guide.
The key thing is that her report did not include anything about LP. That's all there is.
What the court will now do is to find out if her report has weight or substance. The INEC SANs couldn't get her to comment on anything LP. That's why they started asking her which states LP won and all those nonsense. She was too smart for them. Olanipekun even acknowledge that she is no stranger to court affairs.
I am sure you will keep arguing. I don't have all day for silly clowns.
Roland17: "What I can say is that I definitely won't go on loan again," he said.
"I'm not sure (about) the discussions that are going to take place, I'm not sure what's going to happen. But I'm just committed to now, I try to stay present. I obviously want to enjoy the moment with my team and my family," he said.
Balogun after yesterday's game where he scored his first goal for the US.
airmark: It's like you are blind to my past submissions about an expert witness, who must not be partisan. She is an expert witness and not a lay witness, so partisanship is not allowed. She has just gone there for fun.
She saying she wasn't repping Amazon, has already cancelled out her evidence. An Amazon rep officially sent, is acceptable and not a Labour party member, not sent by the company. You can't talk about an evidence you didn't author as a witness.
Obi's lawyers shouldn't be paid in full for this hogwash.
You were a lay witness and not an expert witness. How many times will I bang it into your ears? An expert witness must be unbiased, impartial. Ask your dad's lawyer the difference and the demands, before you reply me.
I wasn't shocked when Obi walked out of the court. Only a mumu, will see any hope after this session for Obi.
From what you have stated, you do have a point but have chosen to be blinded by sentiments as you cannot see what is before you. I was actually a lay witness but could have also been an expert witness if the court has ordered me to testify.
You will only make me repeat what I have already said. The witness was not partisan. That she was a member of LP does not mean that she cannot give a testimony without being partisan.
How?
1. She didn't appear by her own volition because she was subpoenad. Meaning that she cannot refuse not to appear.
2. She avoided every question about LP the examiners tried to rope her with.
3. Her report was specifically to show that there were no reported glitches on election day according to the Amazon health report.
4. Her report was obtained of a source that is in public domain.
5. She specifically stated that performance agreement between Amazon and their customers are stated on link she provided in her report. That if there was any nondisclosure agreement with INEC, it's INEC that should state so.
6. The resolve of the examiners to discredit her which they failed woefully show that they have no objection to the evidence she put out.
I know you will still argue these facts, as any mumu would. But keep mumuing until reality hits your airhead like okwute.
airmark: Spy360, excerpt as predicted is attached below.
It's not by chest-beating on what you don't know and throwing abusive words up and down.
Most of you are ignorants, yet would be attacking those with better knowledge of a field. Don't cry, when the witness' evidence is thrown away.
Isn't it obvious to you that the lawyers were tried to avoid the substance of the evidence but discredit her?
1. She already stated that she was a member of LP and contested the elections.
2. That she wasn't a rep of Amazon (as widely touted)
3. That she is an expert and appeared as an expert on a subpoena.
No 3 is the reason she appeared and she gave her testimony as an expert witness. Hence when they asked her about LP issues, like whether LP win 12states and FCT etc she avoided those questions. She gave an excellent testimony.
Why else did you think that the respondent's lawyers were visibly angry and shouting? Lol. They lost!!!
I have given a witness statement in court for my Dad. I told you that even Peter Obi's wife can stand as a witness as long as she is on court order (a subpoena- that is the court has called her to stand as witness).
airmark: They will ask the witness if she is a card-carrying member of Labour party. They will establish the fact that she is partisan, having contested as a Labour party aspirant.
Don't forget to bring the excerpts from the cross-examination here. 😄
Na wa for you. How does being a member of a party affect a subpoenaed witness under oath?
Obviously I have been arguing with an ignoramus.
Even if she is Peter Obi's wife, she can be a valid witness.
Dey play bros, just dey play.
We will both celebrate the disgràce of Tinubu from office. 😁😁😁
airmark: First off, you didn't know that counsels objecting, would give reasons in their subsequent addresses, that's why you were stupidly shouting 'objections without reasons'. Now that you have been educated, you can write an application for more from me about how Obi's legal team is losing the tussle.
Obi's legal team today tried to ambush the respondents again by serving their witness' statements late, but they failed as the court availed the respondents enough time to prepare for the cross-examination tomorrow, and unclad the witness as usual.
Most of you Obidients are ignorants, yet you would be chest beating foolishly.
Keep deceiving yourself because evil cannot triumph over good and truth will always prevail.
Today is the cross examination. I bet you the question INEC will ask is if the owner of AWS is still alive. You can run but you cannot hide from the truth.

Let's hear the cross examinations. Meanwhile, ode continue dey play
airmark: Obviously, you don't know anything about law.
You don't even know that the reasons for those objections will be revealed in their final addresses and they may be concrete enough to sway the judgement to their favour.
Don't shout injustice, when judgement is served based on the wack outputs of your Obi's legal team.
You be complete Mugu, a very mumu boy. Even when you see evidence you still dey mumu.
So if I bring a Punch Newspaper as evidence in court, it won't be enough because it is not from primary source, worse still when I am a Punch reporter? I don't know how else to explain a simple thing to your dull brain.
At least before final address, they will bring a counter evidence.
airmark: You be iti iboribo and not sure you have followed any tribunal case and judgement in your mumu life.
The opposing lawyers already exposed her evidence, not being from a primary source/NBC standard and in their submission, they will do the needful and just puncture it.
I will tag your dumb head, when judgement is delivered.
🤡🤡🤡
You are thinking like those agbado lawyers that only shout Objection with no reason.
Don't worry, case go jam you, then bring evidence wey only you sabi.
airmark: You are a clown and you must be one of those ignorants that will definitely cry foul when the case is eventually thrown out by court.
The witness ignorantly opened a window for the respondents to destroy her evidence as not being a copy from a certified source. An evidence on a cyberspace is susceptible to doctoring and same as transmission of it from one source to another. The opposing lawyers didn't dwell much as they had quickly found that hole to exploit and rubbish her evidence.
There's a reason Olujinmi was even laughing while cross-examining one of the witnesses hurriedly packaged to the court.
You be mumu I swear. And I hope you get roasted because of useless case. I hope you suffer for this stupidity.
With an empty head you should know that she is the anchor of the programme in question, 'democracy today' and she is testifyin on oath that in that programme this was what happened and you can get the information online just as I did even though I can get the same information in my archive. Invariably, what's here is what's in my archive.
Don't reply me if you didn't get enough sense to do so.
airmark: That's inconsequential, as the sense you claimed she pushed is unknown to the law.
There's a reason the opposing lawyer asked if she got the information from the cyberspace and if there was official copy elsewhere.
Lol
Let me advice you for free, anytime a prosecutor asks you for how you got your evidence, make sure you do not make him feel the source is exclusive but rather that it's available to anyone who wants to have it.
This same question was asked an IT expert on how he knew that the BVAS server failed due to human error. He said that he use a software. The lawyer asked him where he got the software, he said it's in his laptop and also in the lawyer's laptop. The judge asked, what if mine, he guy said it's in everyone's laptop. That ended the examination.
Evidence that is exclusive is no evidence, good evidence must be available to the public. The more available the better. That's why there's IREV in public domain.
So you saying that it's not in law, I wonder which law you mean.
Someone was subpoenad to give evidence that INEC chairman made certain comments, the best way to testify is to get an evidence that anyone is free to access.
iamoyindamola: Watching extraction 2 answer thunder must fire Keanu reeves for that nonsense John wick The werey was blocking bullets with his fvcking suits
This movie really attracted attention. Make I first watch part 1.
larride: Yes now, Tinubu will wave magic wand and jobs will reappear in 2 weeks.
Some of you people line of argument sef. Someone was caught stealing rail track that can lead to derailment of trains and death of hundreds of people and your defense is that the govt should create job because they are using student loan to shine.
Na people with special needs plenty for this una movement.
But he waved magic hands and student loans appeared in less than a week in office which you are celebrating.
You guys should stop using frivolities to cover up the hardship Nigerians are going through. If this government is too good for you, come back home.
Tinubu may have taken hard decisions to move the economy forward, but those decisions are creating hardship, inflation and unemployment because there were no measures to ease the pain and suffering.
It's similar to Buhari/Emefiele's naira redesign policy without palliative which most of us condemned.
BlueRayDick: The bold is the key learning point here 💯
It’s what u make out of ur life after university that people will see to reference either for good or bad !
What's the role of government in all of this? I mean, government is using school loan to shine, why can't they also use jobs to shine? I mean, I know that one has to hustle hard to succeed, but then what's the role of government in this? Or government has no role to play?
Giving student loan and threatening jail term for defaulters without equally creating an enabling environment for jobs or businesses to thrive is bullshit.
Anybody who can hussle to survive, anyone who can succeed outside government, will not need any student loan from government.
airmark: The witness from AIT unconsciously stabbed whatever proof she brought, when she confirmed that it wasn't an official copy and she got it online.
Obi lawyers need to up their game. I don't want to believe they deliberately want to lose this case.
Lol.
You didn't get the sense she pushed. As a media person you think she will not know the difference between archived copy and online copy?
What she did there was to let the judges know that the information she is testifying to is in public domain. That is, even though she has the information stored in the company's archives, and with NBC of which she has complete access to, she knows that she can also get that information online which is available to anyone including the judges, respondents and their counsels. She is saying that what is in my archive is also what is online.
Braamfontein is a safe suburb built around the second best university in Africa - WITS - and is a student town.
The University of the Witwatersrand is in Johannesburg, South Africa and is the 2nd best ranked university in Africa after UCT (University of Cape Town).
Please don't mind my Nigeria people. I want to do a PhD in SA. What are the basic requirements and send me a link. Thanks.
