Jodera: The only match that nonsense worked with Partey was against Wolves and wolves was on holiday. When things where hot and Partey was deployed as RB, we lost 3-0 to Brighton and 1-0 to Forest. In fact, it was against Forest that the nonsense was brutally exposed. I don't know which guess work Opposition coach wan dey do when we're literally harming ourselves.
I don't know about Caicedo and fullback towards end of last season but it'll be foolish to buy Caicedo and play him as fullback because of one stupid kini kan tactics.
The only reason I supported Zinny own is that it's fullback he normally plays for man city before coming here. It's just my guess. By the way, when Partey clicked on the role, we saw how Wllolves were easily dismantled in few minutes. Whether you accept or not, it is a tactical move that can succeed given a more reliable player like Caicedo. He did play as RB against us. Na him injure Martinelli. |

Jodera: Caicedo or Cancelo? Caicedo. He played RB towards end of last season for Brighton. So I expect he can be an effective inverted FB just as Zinny is on the left. That will be two massive tactical options that will make opposition coaches do guess work anytime they have to play us. |

For Pep and Arteta to be ready to pay huge fees for Rice means he is a good player and suited to their tactics.
I think Arsenal can also sign Caicedo or Lavia is Partey moves. Caicedo can do at RB what Zinny does at LB, may be even better. That gives us a second option, and headache for coaches. Partey tried that towards the end of last season to a degree of success.
105m for Rice is a huge responsibility. I hope he is worth it. |

While it is true that blasphemy is a crime under criminal code and sharia law which they operate in the north; but this is not the time for him to say such nonsense like " We will deal with blasphemers" . Nobody has investigated to confirm the guy even committed Blasphemy, so the governor saying that nonsense when police are still trying to investigate the whole thing just shows the guy na gbef. What it tells you is that the governor is not different from the murderers. There's this sympathy for them. That they are defending their religion. Even Atiku got caught up. I think it's difficult for them separating logic and sentiments. So they just let it slide. We can only hope for a more tolerant generation. Because the victim was also a Muslim. Zxcvbnmghtr: Enemyofpeace Atiku and Peter Obi have both closed their respective cases without proving how they won the election. So, the idea of the court declaring any of them the winner of the election is out of the equation.
This is just laughable. With all the barrage of evidence and CTCs? Lol The second part of their plea is to get Tinubu disqualified on three grounds. Shettima’s so called double nomination that has now been thrashed by the Supreme Court.
That was a pre-election hearing. This is a post election hearing. There's no way out. A video was played in court on how Tinubu told Buhari 4days before the day they claim , that he has nominated Shettima. The only response from APC lawyers was asking if Buhari was still alive. Lol 25% of FCT that the two parties seems to have abandoned as they didn’t push this argument seriously. Even if they’ve pushed it, section 299 already made it clear FCT should be treated like a state so it won’t even matter.
This argument is only meant for the court to interpret. Nothing to push. No need for argument The third argument is to get him disqualified by a combination of certificate forgery, dual citizenship and drug conviction.
Tinubu may escape the drug conviction, but he cannot escape perjury. It's so clear The certificate forgery is of two nature. Chicago state university and NYSC. As regards Chicago state university, the University already issued a public statement that Bola Tinubu graduated from the University. That alone is enough to settle the matter. All the gymnastic about the color or font of certificate is nonsense.
The document presented by Tinubu's lawyers was a mere letter from a secretary in HOD office. The evidence presented against him was a transcript on subpoenas. Both are incomparable in terms of weight. It's like USA Vs Sao Tome On NYSC, I would have expected Atiku’s legal team to subpoena NYSC to prove the authenticity of the certificate submitted by Tinubu but they failed to do that. So, how did they arrive at the conclusion that the certificate was forged? NYSC is the only authority that can confirm the authenticity or otherwise of an NYSC certificate.
It's the document itself that is challenging Tinubu. Already the document he presented was not his own as it didn't beat his name. So what's the point calling NYSC? You only call NYSC if it was forged with his name on it. Just like the case in Enugu On the drug conviction issue, it is as empty as the lawyer PDP brought to as witness to prove the case. The witness simply helped PDP to ruin a case that was faulty right from the start. There was no criminal conviction or indictment in the forfeiture. The communication from the US government to the IGP already cleared him of all allegation.
I doubt that the drug may scale judgement. But it will affect his goodwill with the judges Overall, Atiku and Peter Obi simply wasted everyone’s time. They had no case of rigging so they had to throw in a lot of allegations hoping one will stick. Sadly, they proved none. The two cases will be dismissed with heavy cost to the petitioners.

A Break Down Of What Happened At the PEPT
All the prayers will be DETERMINED in the FINAL JUDGMENT.
(Brief Summary of prayers pleaded in court) :
1. Eligibility
That It be determined that:
A) At the time of the Presidential Elections, 2nd & 3rd Respondents (Tinubu & Shettima) were unqualified to contest
What was tendered in court.
- BAT has multiple nationalities. Atiku's witness presented his Guinean passport - *Fact* Derisively BATs lawyer contended it had expired. Nationality does not expire with passports.
- BAT committed perjury by submitting a Chicago University degree that was shown to be forged - *Fact* - Tinubu Bola A. Who was admitted to CSU for a degree was shown to be a woman and American citizen - *Notarized document shows the Tinubu Bola A. Is a woman and American citizen* Let the courts decide
Shettima was shown to have been nominated as VP, 4 days before he withdrew from the senate nomination. - *Most people who are unaware point to the Supreme Court Judgment in May 2023. That merely threw out the case on a technicality* The technicality was that PDP challenged it, as a pre-election matter (can only be done by a fellow APC candidate. PO n Atiku can only challenge it as a post election matter. Let the PEPT tribunal decide this incontrovertible fact.
B) All the votes recorded to Tinubu were wasted due to qualification/disqualification of Tinubu and Shettima
- See above
C) On the basis of the remaining votes (after discountenancing Tinubu and Shettima) , Obi scored majority of the lawful votes cast in 2/3rd of the States And the FCT, therefor met the requirements to be declared winner
*This proof was submitted in the documents and evidence filed before the PEPT. That was why INEC and APC fought their own CTC documents* LP lawyers submitted their written arguments n are not required to plead it in court. That's why you never heard much about it. They only submitted INEC CTC of the forms EC8A, EC8B, EC8C,and EC8D to the burtress their asertions. In addition, PO challenged the results of 32 states, including Abuja, where his votes were under counted. *Once these votes are fully allocated to him, and votes removed from BAT, it will become apparent he won the popular vote and met the spread requirements*
2) 25% in Abuja That it be determined that Tinubu failed to score 25% in the FCT and hence ought not to have been declared winner. - *Supreme Court in 2007 held that 25% of Abuja is a sine qua none. Thus, BAT n Atiku can not be declared as winners*
3) In Alternate, a Fresh Election
Order the cancellation of the elections and order INEC to conduct a fresh one that Tinubu & Shettima shall not participate in
- *This will only happen if BAT is disqualified and PO can not be declared absolute winner due to PO not meeting the spread (25% in 2/3 states).* Atiku can not be declared winner since he didn't get 25% in Abuja*
4) Alternatively, they get elected by the majority of lawful votes cast
That it be determined that
A) That Tinubu was not duly elected by a majority. Therefore, his declaration as winner is unlawful, unconstitutional, and of no effect
B) Based on the valid votes cast, Obi scored the highest number of votes in 2/3rd of the States and the FCT and ought to be declared winner
C) An order directing INEC to issue Certificate of Return to Obi as duly elected President be issued
In Further Alternative to 1-4 Above:
5) Void
A) That the Presidential elections conducted on Feb 25th, 2023 is void on the grounds that it was not conducted in accordance to the Electoral Act 2022 and the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 as amended
- *This was shown by INECs shenanigans*
B)Order the cancellation of the Presidential Elections and order INEC to conduct fresh presidential elections.
*Only comes in if PO can not be declared absolute winner. Only LP n PDP will contest this*
I've taken my time to explain all this, as I can see most people are actually ignorant of what happened at the PEPT.

It’s only fair we put a reasonable price tag on him so whoever wants him can come get him. We will be unfair to him making his exit hard with a huge price tag. The bolded- How? He is an Arsenal player and like every other Arsenal player, he would be given a chance to prove himself and fight for shirt. He will be unfair to both the club and himself if he demands playing time just for the sake of it. That's a wrong mentality. That said, for me he is a good player and good enough to play for us. I see him as a player that is capable of performing better than the ones we already have. If he wants to leave, it should come at a cost. A huge cost. |

BlueRayDick: I’m reading West Ham are interested in us adding Nketiah to the Rice deal.
I’ve seen rice play and I don’t think he’s worth the whole hype around him and the price West Ham are calling for him. If he joins city he might just end up like the Kalvan Phillips guy .
If Arteta and Edu feels they need Rice , then they should find a way to get a good bargain. As far as I’m concerned , adding Nketiah plus close to 100m for Rice is a no no.
Nketiah is not a mediocre player and we should not portray him as such . If Nketiah wants to leave due to completion in our atttacking options, then we should sell him for good money and not add him to any yeye deal. The propose bid is just about 90m. If Nketiah should be included it should definitely drop below 60m maximum. However I do not Arteta will want to do a player swap deal. West Ham rather is rumoured to be interested in Man City's Kalvin Phillips. But Rice doesn't want City. They have Rodri and just signed Kovacic. |

OasisX: Chibuike Ugwuoke, a cyber security expert, on Wednesday, presented metadata which he claimed to have extracted from the INEC result viewing portal (IReV).
Under cross-examination on Thursday by Abubakar Mahmoud, INEC’s lawyer, Ugwuoke said the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) Act stipulates that all technologies used by INEC must adhere to the ISO 27001 2013 standard.
However, Emmanuel Edet, another LP witness who is the head of legal services at NITDA, said such requirements do not exist under the NITDA Act.
“The NITDA Act does not contain any cyber security standard code – ISO 27001 2013,” Edet said.
The witness also said no provision in the act makes reference to INEC. Hmmm, all these agbado infested news reporters will just be capping rubbish. Thank God I am knowledgeable and will not be deceived. The first witness said ISO 27001:2013 just as any other standards is a requirement for public institutions according to the NITDA act for protection of information. The second witness said the act does not demand ISO 27001:2013 to cover cyber security.
So both witnesses are correct because the two questions are completely different. The NITDA act covers protection of information but not cyber security. The thing is INEC deleted information on the BVAS for Abuja without storing it. That's the first witness. For the second witness, recall that it was NITDA that informed Pantami that INEC servers were under attack. Who should protect the servers? Ans: AWS, unless INEC deliberately attacked their own server. Something that AWS knows. Make una dey play.
