I disagree. There is no way they will cross check about 176,000 pictures before they will announce. Remember that the IREVs results are in picture forms not in text or data form. If the results from the polling units given to the INEC office are not blurred and the ones with the party agents are not blurred and they correspond I think there is no issue. If INEC had to sit down and download all the results on the IREVs before they will announce, it will take not less than two weeks. Because you have to download and still write down the figures andvthen compute. I tried it for my own local government and got fed up.
In fact,IREVs is not for the INEC to crosss check but it's for the people to view . The results sent to the INEC from various polling units is what will be used to announce.

The error in your response is that you think INEC is only the national collation centre. But INEC collation starts from the ward centres. From there it graduates to the national.

Now if any party agents objects to the process, the right thing for the collation officer at that level to do is to call for a review where the results are matched with the IREV. Please refer to the electoral act below.

For your information, apart from IREV printed results, LP also submitted EC8As certified as true copies by INEC. The IREV copies was to show that INEC did a mess of the elections. The EC8A already show that INEC manipulated results to favour Tinubu.

I can see that you are no longer denying that Tinubu is a fraud but hoping that it will not be proven in court. By September your eyes will clear fully.

For your information, the SAN that won the Osun Tribunal is Onyeachi Ikpeazu who is Peter Obi's lawyer. While the SAN that lost is Wole Olanipekun who is Tinubu's lawyer.

The blurred IREV results were CTCs obtained from INEC. The IREV was meant to crosscheck the form EC8A. INEC gave LP manipulated form EC8As and also blurred IREV results in 18000. Wait until they defend it or keep mumuing.

If you think the Chigaco University certificate Tinubu submitted is the same as the original obtained from the school on under subpoena then you are a noisy clown. APM raised the issue of double nomination and after going through the SC judgement of PDP Vs Tinubu/Shettima they saw they still have a valid case because the judgement was based on technicalities as a pre-election matter.

The perjury committed by Tinubu is too glaring even for the blind and deaf. May be you are worse than blind and deaf to see that Tinubu submitted fake certificates and even impersonated someone (a female funny enough), even his NYSC is fake. 🤡

As for the results, INEC gave 18000 blurred results to LP. Their inability to provide the results means court will rely on whatever LP suggests are the correct results. This was exactly what played in Uzodinma Vs PDP. Again, it was clear that the results INEC supplied LP showed clear manipulations. This was proven in court.

As for the so called glitch, LP claims that there were no glitches, so INEC will explain what they meant by the glitch and why it affected only the presidential election. They will also explain if not uploading real time was a violation of the electoral guideline. Video evidence was shown to prove it was part of the electoral guideline. Why did they delete information on the BVAS for Abuja? Is it to manipulate the results again to make Tinubu secure 25%?

Tomi was injured and White stood in for him. Fortunately (or not) White started playing well on that RB position, complementing Saliba on RCB and balancing the defense. He was the perfect guy for Arteta's three man defense whenever Zinchenko drifts into midfield during attacking phase.

Tomi didn't really get enough chance to prove himself due to his injury, so that when Saliba got injured was at a time he too was injured.

Roland was spot on when he said White was favoured because he played according to Arteta's instructions better than anyone.

The difference between Zinny and Caicedo/Partey was that Zinny was primarily played as a fullback throughout his stay at Man city while those two was just deployed due to injury to the said player in that position or emergency. It's just like Xhaka who we few times played as a FB.

Who does that?

First of all, Cancelo has already said he doesn't want to stay in England. So no need chasing him. We actually wanted to sign him.

Secondly, the role of an inverted FB is basically a midfield role. So it does not mean Caicedo will be a defender.

Caicedo has played in midfield and RB positions for Brighton which suggests that he will be comfortable handling both position at a time just as Zinchenko does, and even better in my assessment.

I believe the reason Arteta no longer considers him as priority was because Partey played that position late last season and even though initially he didn't do well, he still caught up with the demands of the position. Recall, Partey actually played some games as a RB for Atletico Madrid.

What this gives us is tactical flexibility.
