Penguin2: Okay.
So essentially, you are not hoping on Tinubu winning the case on its legal merit but by brute force, distortion of established precedents and laid down laws of the land.
I can’t fault you for having such mentality though. Did INEC not do the same thing? That's just it. They know that Tinubu is a fraud but are relying on the weakness of the judiciary to win the case. But when the evidence are enormous, even the judiciary can not twist it. Tomorrow INEC will begin their defense, we will all be here to see how they will defend fraud. |

garfield1: That is what happened at the various collation centres.complsints in results were resolved there but pdp and lp foolishly took their complaints to the national level.so far, they haven't brought proofs of unresolved complaints at collation centres Simple question, did the form EC8A results show evidence of manipulation? Yes? No? |

duro4chang: I disagree. There is no way they will cross check about 176,000 pictures before they will announce. Remember that the IREVs results are in picture forms not in text or data form. If the results from the polling units given to the INEC office are not blurred and the ones with the party agents are not blurred and they correspond I think there is no issue. If INEC had to sit down and download all the results on the IREVs before they will announce, it will take not less than two weeks. Because you have to download and still write down the figures andvthen compute. I tried it for my own local government and got fed up. In fact,IREVs is not for the INEC to crosss check but it's for the people to view . The results sent to the INEC from various polling units is what will be used to announce. The error in your response is that you think INEC is only the national collation centre. But INEC collation starts from the ward centres. From there it graduates to the national. Now if any party agents objects to the process, the right thing for the collation officer at that level to do is to call for a review where the results are matched with the IREV. Please refer to the electoral act below.

garfield1: Boy,the SC judgment in osun was a tribunal case.it has sealed the fate of irev.lp downloaded irev, inec didn't give them.axcording to guidelines 93,the most important copy is the hardcopy.if a photocopy of your result is blurred, are you not supposed to check your original to verify? Continue the show of shame Atiku never said tinubu certificate was forged.he is saying there's inconsistencies in his name.degi case was inconsistencies in his surname.tinubu surname is constant.you can only prove forgery of his nysc by subpoenaing nysc which they failed to do.
Again, the fct matter does not affect obi.better forget this case to avoid heartbreak boy Continue living in delusion. I guess you were recruited to spread false narratives about this election petitions because I don't see how a sane educated person cannot see facts. For your information, apart from IREV printed results, LP also submitted EC8As certified as true copies by INEC. The IREV copies was to show that INEC did a mess of the elections. The EC8A already show that INEC manipulated results to favour Tinubu. I can see that you are no longer denying that Tinubu is a fraud but hoping that it will not be proven in court. By September your eyes will clear fully. For your information, the SAN that won the Osun Tribunal is Onyeachi Ikpeazu who is Peter Obi's lawyer. While the SAN that lost is Wole Olanipekun who is Tinubu's lawyer. Dey play ▶️ |

duro4chang: If the results slips on IREVs are blunt what about the hard copies? INEC will not use IREVs results to announce the results now. The electoral act demands that INEC should crosscheck the hard copies with the IREV before declaring a result valid. They didn't do so. That was why Dino Melaye walked out of the collation centre. Even you guys who support Tinubu know within yourselves in sincerity that the election results were manipulated to favour APC accross the country. Well, LP have prepared their forensic analysis of the true results and submitted to the tribunal. If INEC cannot explain why there was manipulation in their result sheets then the court will rely on the alternative given to them by the petitioners. |

garfield1: Oga,the supreme court has buried the issue of double nomination.the appeal court will not go otherwise.obidientscare the uninformed and ignorant ones. There is no case of perjury.none of tinubu certificate has been proven to be fake, the NYSC has not said it is fake unlike that of Enugu gov.the document where bola tinubu is female is his transcript,he never submitted it to inec.mYbe in your villa, they use transcript to contest for election.. Inec did not give lp blurred copies.it is what lp downloaded from irev.inec will bring the original copies during their defence to rubbish lp as usual...glitch is absolutely irrelevant.lp must show that the glitch was causes by inec and show that it helped to rig elections. The 25% case does not affect obi as he won't partake in a rerun. The SC judgement was a pre-election case not PEPT. Keep deceiving yourself o. The blurred IREV results were CTCs obtained from INEC. The IREV was meant to crosscheck the form EC8A. INEC gave LP manipulated form EC8As and also blurred IREV results in 18000. Wait until they defend it or keep mumuing. If you think the Chigaco University certificate Tinubu submitted is the same as the original obtained from the school on under subpoena then you are a noisy clown. If you think that NYSC certificate should bear a different name from the one you used to graduate, then you never went through tertiary education. The same name issue denied David Leon governorship by SC. As for 25% it's a constitutional matter that the tribunal will explain. garfield1: Oga,stop the copy and paste.the apex court said shettima was never guilty of double.again, the apex court has never ruled on FCT 25% You are totally uninformed. APM raised the issue of double nomination and after going through the SC judgement of PDP Vs Tinubu/Shettima they saw they still have a valid case because the judgement was based on technicalities as a pre-election matter. The perjury committed by Tinubu is too glaring even for the blind and deaf. May be you are worse than blind and deaf to see that Tinubu submitted fake certificates and even impersonated someone (a female funny enough), even his NYSC is fake. 🤡 As for the results, INEC gave 18000 blurred results to LP. Their inability to provide the results means court will rely on whatever LP suggests are the correct results. This was exactly what played in Uzodinma Vs PDP. Again, it was clear that the results INEC supplied LP showed clear manipulations. This was proven in court. As for the so called glitch, LP claims that there were no glitches, so INEC will explain what they meant by the glitch and why it affected only the presidential election. They will also explain if not uploading real time was a violation of the electoral guideline. Video evidence was shown to prove it was part of the electoral guideline. Why did they delete information on the BVAS for Abuja? Is it to manipulate the results again to make Tinubu secure 25%? The Tribunal will also determine if 25% for Fact is sacrosanct. There are so many ways to kill a rat. On Monday, the show will resume. I'll like to see their defense. For me, it's hard to defend evil, lies, deceit and corruption. |

Only Havertz!!!
This was exact same thing they told Chelsea that he was Mr Versatile and that he's a generational talent that can play anywhere in the attacking 3rd, three years later we're hearing "Chelsea wasn't stable, He's not a CF, bla bla bla"
Hmmm... For the sake of arsenal, I just hope he performs very well!! Havertz was brought to strengthen the entire frontline. His being a backup for Saka is more in case of injury or fatigue not necessarily as a sub. He was a RW when at Bayer. He plays AM for Germany. Personally I don't see him as a striker and from what Arteta said, he will be deployed in midfield. |

No wonder, Arteta is reluctant to sign another striker. Arteta wants to build a team where marking out a player doesn't end the game for us. Goals can come from any where. I prefer that to having a 30goal striker and not win the title. |

This my nwanne eh! You have never trusted him right from day 1. You even called him rookie. Funny enough the coaches you suggested then have all been sacked by their respective clubs- Conte and Allegri. iamoyindamola: But tomi was below average na Tomi was not below average. Let us put context here. Tomi was injured and White stood in for him. Fortunately (or not) White started playing well on that RB position, complementing Saliba on RCB and balancing the defense. He was the perfect guy for Arteta's three man defense whenever Zinchenko drifts into midfield during attacking phase. Tomi didn't really get enough chance to prove himself due to his injury, so that when Saliba got injured was at a time he too was injured. Roland was spot on when he said White was favoured because he played according to Arteta's instructions better than anyone. |

The question Mostob is asking is if you were to risk a player among the four considering the quality of their backups who would it be? Saka -Nelson Gabriel -Kiwior Ramsdale - Turner Saliba - White I think it would be Saliba all things being equal. Hence he is least untouchable. The most untouchable is Saka. Jodera: Everyone knows Rice is a downgrade on Partey but it's just because he's young and there's also a potential that he'll improve at least to be better than Partey. Partey himself don old and with him African age, we suppose dey expect any sharp decline from him anytime soon.
My fear na this Havertz for that midfield sha. But something is telling me that Arteta would probably want to use him as a CF for aerial threat and presence. Something we lack with GJ and Nketiah Rice playing for West Ham made more interceptions, tackles, forward passes, forward ball carrying, and created more chances than Partey last season. The only player that did better is Rodri. He is by no means a downgrade to Partey. |

3 people struggling for one DM position?
As at now sef, one of Partey and Jorginho is at risk. Jorginho and Partey has a year and two left on their contracts respectively. So I think we are using the opportunity to get a very good player for cheap for the future. Lavia is at the level of Camavinga. He will come for less than 50m. |

Jodera: The difference between Zinny and Caicedo/Partey was that Zinny was primarily played as a fullback throughout his stay at Man city while those two was just deployed due to injury to the said player in that position or emergency. It's just like Xhaka who we few times played as a FB. No dey ever use Zinny as example with them abeg! When we bought Zinny, every Tom dick and harry knows that he'll come to play Lb and not Midfield.
It would be gross foolishness to buy one of the best CMs in the league just to deploy him as a fullback (whether quasi or not) because of tactical flexibility nonsense You can call it nonsense but if it's going to win us the league, then it's sense. I have always said that Zinchenko role is a midfield one and not a FB one. The same will apply to Caicedo if at all we sign him. |

Jodera: I ask a question. Why should we use the ingredients of Rice to cook soup? How does it gel.
If we need that tactical flexibility and tweak, let's get Cancelo then. What's the need of buying Caicedo just to play fullback? Like what's the advantage?
Using Wolves game, last game of the season, where nothing is at stake for wolves who are already thinking of holiday is a joke.
When we tried that nonsense against Brighton and Nottingham (two important games for all teams involved— ie arsenal, Brighton and Nottingham), we knew how it was useless and how our attack was dead and predictable. We know how we came up short. In fact, Arteta have to ditch the idea 10min into the second half against Forest
E better make we hold our money than buying Caicedo, one of the best Cm in the league, just to convert him to FB.
Who does that? First of all, Cancelo has already said he doesn't want to stay in England. So no need chasing him. We actually wanted to sign him. Secondly, the role of an inverted FB is basically a midfield role. So it does not mean Caicedo will be a defender. Caicedo has played in midfield and RB positions for Brighton which suggests that he will be comfortable handling both position at a time just as Zinchenko does, and even better in my assessment. I believe the reason Arteta no longer considers him as priority was because Partey played that position late last season and even though initially he didn't do well, he still caught up with the demands of the position. Recall, Partey actually played some games as a RB for Atletico Madrid. What this gives us is tactical flexibility. |
