Year on year club judged that staying still was good enough and then started falling away as those Teams lower than us improved. How do people not see that.

This really applies to most work/business situations. If you don't do enough to improve/better your skills, those below you will catch-up and eventually surpass your level.

That summer of 2015 when all we did was sign Cech is a classic example of just aiming to stay still. Club desperately needed an Aubameyang type Striker to take massive strides. God knows what could do with Aubameyang and Giroud as back up but Wenger decided Giroud was enough.

If we showed just a little bit of ambition and signed a proper striker to play with Ozil -who was one of the top three #10s in the world at the time, we could've won it. No doubt we could've won it.

All these Decisions and Summers and winters without signing anyone are coming to bite us now.

If you place that picture into a different context you will realised how lucky we were to have Arsene give us CL consistently despite little effort in the transfer market.

Since after Arsene we have been buying and buying yet little to show for it. It doesn't take buying to achieve success but buying well. If Arsene had the calibre to players we have now at his disposal, he will still finish top 4.

Arsene didn't have the luxury of unlimited resources as many of us think it, yet he managed to steer us into top 4 every season. We should be more appreciative now than criticising.

The mistake was from the club as there was no proper transition. Emery though a good coach was a misfit. The damage was that he gave out contracts to players that extended beyond his exit. This has made it difficult for the in coming coach to easily adjust the squad to his taste. Currently we have players not registered, yet the squad looks incomplete.

So our problem was not that Wenger did not buy, but that his transition and that of his successor was not properly planned at all.

I am happy that Lacazette at started at no10. This is a continuation of his renaissance and hopefully it will bring value to the club.

I'll also like to see Nelson, AMN, Balogun ESR, and Azeez given more playing time. At least now that we are falling, let us use the remainder of the season to develop more players. Even if we can't use them we can sell them for higher fees.

Arteta put himself into this mess by bowing to board pressure to sideline Ozil even when they couldn't provide an alternative. Now he is getting every thing wrong plus increasing pressure. He cannot think straight now and may need a psychologist to calm him down.

We need Wenger back in some capacity. He is the one that created this system and he can change it or improve it...

Arterta finishing 7th, and winning Carabao cup

Lampard finishing 3rd and getting to Round 8 of UCL

OLe finishing 4th and getting to UCL semi final.

Whether as a player or a coach, I will prefer 7 FA cups to 7 UCL Finals without a trophy to show for it. The reason is long term effect. At the long term only those with medals can prove they were successful in their careers.

There is still an element of surprise as he has never played that role in PL.

It is good that most Arsenal fans want Arteta to stay on despite our bad performances in the league. We are getting more matured.

Pepe is in strong contention to start invthe league when he returns. Also I don't mind trying out Lacazette in AM Vs Spurs. It will come as a surprise for Jose.

Laca's performance at attacking midfield is about his best this season. Amongst all our players he seems best suited to that role. I am happy he is evolving. Since he is not scoring he can be creating, something I know won't be a problem for him as he plays well when he is angry.

1. Why are you confused? Is it that you don't love him but want to marry him simply because he is the father of your son? Or that your father wants you to? Either of these is not a good reason. Marry him because you choose to.

2. He is insecure because of his financial situation. This means one of two things,- he is seeing you as an only hope for a wife as he has no money, so when he does have what happens? Or he sincerely hopes to marry you and is scared of losing you due to his lack of money.

3. Any woman (or man) who can not assure their spouse of their place in their hearts is not good material. It's your duty to ensure he is safe even when not with you. So don't be tired of picking his calls. Sign of tiredness tells him something may be going wrong.

Arsenal will most likely resign Jack Wilshere come January on a earn as you play contract. An AM will also be signed to give more options. RB Salzburg's Szoboszlai is a major target.

There are different ways to kill a rat. Your idea is also good and workable. But I doubt if that is what Arteta wants to implement. He wants an AM. Simple. And I believe that's what he needs based on his system.

I am a huge fan of Arteta but I also think he is inexcusable especially after we judged Emery.

Emery himself lacked wingers, I remember how we cried for wingers until he bought Pepe, but yet he had an attacking plan using his fullbacks. A good coach finds a way to manage, probably that was what our useless board expected from Arteta. Perhaps too if Arteta had manged the situation he would not get their attention in Jan.

Arteta's decision to strengthen defense first was the right thing to do. Had he had Ozil available it would have been a lot different for him and all these talk will not arise. Let's hope good sense will reign in January and we get a decent AM to complete the team.

Yes our failure to sign an AM was our undoing this season. Probably the board lacked both money and sense and chose to manage till Jan when they would probably have both. Unfortunately, it is becoming to late unless something miraculous happens.

Due to the lack of an AM, I gave us a top 4 target (being generous in fact) but it seems now that a top 8 finish would even be appreciated.
