The mentality of the club is so poor, mediocre is even a compliment.

The board and management must begin to look at themselves. They have not provided enough impetus to drive in a win at all cost culture into our players.

For the rest of this season, Arteta would do well to make Mustafi a leader. One who could give orders in-game. One who could saddle the responsibility of us not losing another match till season is over.

Besides replacing any player, how can we solve our defensive woes?

For the having a never lose or concede mentality is the key. Mentality is what keeps most teams going when they are on a particular streak. It also increases concentration levels and makes everyone proactive.

Most of those players joined believing the hype everyone of us fell for. They have their contract intact and get paid. The club's culture becomes secondary until some like Auba who because of external interests would want out others like Ozil would want to hold the club to ransom and get better deals.

Don't blame the players. You can not be better than the system you find yourself. If no one is holding you accountable for you performance and the club's, then you chop your money and go.

You guys should prepare the words to use in abusing the coaches because we may have more than 2 coaches again next season.

For me,after following this club for over 20 years and have blamed Wenger wrongly for being stingy in the transfer market In his late years with us and Emery for confusing the players with different systems with no clear direction,I have made up my mind not to criticize any coach anymore because *we can not sow yam and reap maize or vice versa.*

We have failed for a decade to invest in the team properly and have not shown anyone that we have ambition for big trophies as a club but we think we can achieve what our rivals achieve with their *big investments in their squads and serious ambitions that they show when they notice any area that needs reinforcement in their teams.*

I can't fool myself anymore and those who think any coach will help these unserious bunch of lazy players to achieve anything can continue to dream. Good luck to them.

Young players for future (Guendozi,Martinelli)
Academy boys (Willock,Nelson,Saka nd Nketih)
Loans(Ceballos,Dennis Suarez,Soarez,Mari)

We lost to Brighton, have you seen their line up? Even if we exchange players for the day, brighton would still win. our club as a wholelacks the culture of a serious club which has led to a very poor mentality in and around the club. Guendouzi is quite a good player against weaker opposition. His ability to retain possession is a valuable resource. Only if he can replicate such against tougher guys. He's got time though.

Saka is supposed to be playing in the AM position but he obviously doesn’t want to as he is drifting to the LW which is his preferred position.

Consequently, we have no one connecting the midfield to the attack which is buttressed by the numerous back passes as we are unable to do anything tangible with possession.

I think that Arteta is trying to be fluid in his play. Allowing players to switch positions at will.

Why I like this formation is that it gives us a lot of attacking options while our centre spine stay defensive.

It's a trial, hope it works.

Thing is Half syarting arent just good for Arsenal majorly due to inconsistencies. A day you expect Tafi to have a bad game he is the saviour,even with goals. Smh.

There is something we must consider. Our players though average are not the worst in their profession. The problem is poor culture. When a system is bad, it negates every effort and affects everything. The current culture in our club is poor. The mentality is poor. And it all boils down to the board and management. It has affected everything, from manager to players and fans. Even our social media presence suggests a sick environment.

There is a need for a big change starting from the nucleus and that is the board and ownership. If not, clownish events like the ones we witnessed on Wed will keep repeating themselves.

Guys help. Are those mytv channels on 51e still showing on normal decoders? Some were free a couple of weeks ago.
