The better you are, the more appearance and ratings you get. In fact, stats drop when you play more. That's what you guys don't know. Its easy to get 50℅ on goals scored if you played only two games and scored one goal. Than when you played 10games. That means you need 5goals.

Go and learn the tenets of a CM. Their basic duty is not the attack or defend or give defense splitting passes. They could do those when the need arises, but their basic duty is to keep possession which is by caressing and recycling the ball .

Stop linking Guen with Emery trying to change the focus of the argument. We all know Emery is shiiit, but leave Guen out of his matter.

I gave you an assignment, go and check what the player ratings say of different sites then come back and prove to us that Guen is the worst player at Arsenal.

The funny thing is that, caressing the ball is part of his job as a centre midfielder. I am waiting for any one who thinks he has sense to prove to me that a normal CM should not caress the ball and recycle possession. Hevis not an AM, but a CM for fuks sake. Let's be less stupid and think.

The lad was poor in the first half when we played 3-5-2 but picked up when we switched to a 4-5-1 formation after half time which earned him our second best player on the night after Lacazette. The absence of leaders in the team may have affected his game reasoning and perhaps hindered his progress, but the lad is putting better performances than most of the clowns we have currently.

Like I said before, he is like a one legged man in the land of the lame. In a shiity team like Arsenal, Guendouzi manages to give a decent performance. It may not be enough for a top team like ours or any top team at all, but he is among the best we have currently.

If you doubt, check player ratings on any site you wish, or else you want to tell us that you know more than every analyst that exist today.

3-5-2 is the only formation that allows your 3 best attacking players to be on the pitch at the same time and play in their natural positions.
I have never really liked all this Auba on the wings stuff.

Play Auba and Laca through the middle with Ozil behind them and get your width with Bellerin and Tierney.

In the 5 seasons from from 1991/1992 to 1995/1996 Ferguson won the league 3 times and came 2nd the 2 other times despite being no 9 in expenditure.

Fergie won trophies locally and in Europe with and without money. His Aberdeen records exist.
And if we delve into the 1st 5-6 seasons of the EPL we will see multiple years in which he won titles without spending the most for that year.

But the excuse artists for Wenger are blaming lack of money for a life time of choking in Europe.

92/93 season Fergie won the league despite being no 7 on the expenditure list.

93/94 season he won again despite being no 2 on expenditure list.

95/96 season he won the league with kids despite being no 40 ( yes no 40) on the expenditure list.

96/97 he won the league despite being no 6 in expenditure.

In summary Fergie won 4 league titles in 5 years despite never spending the most in any year.

Finally. In their first 5 seasons together Wenger outspent Fergie in 3 of those seasons but it was Fergie that won 3 EPL titles with Wenger winning 2.

The only point I can relate with is the 95/96 season.

Money was not the only difference.

The question is if Wenger had unlimited resources as Fergie then, would he have achieved more than Fergie?
Personally I believe he could.

But just as Sod pointed out, he was stubborn and arrogant and insisted in grooming and building stadiums instead of title cabins.
That was so unselfish of him though, but life is being a little bit selfish. He is a legend no doubt. He built Arsenal.

I watched the match and it wasn't as one sided as you make it seem. Main thing is Wenger found a way to bottle all his attempts at European glory, even when he faced inferior teams.

Checking the stats 10 man Gala had more shots than you guys. Most of the memorable Taffarel saves in extra time when Hagi had already been sent off.

Also Taffarel while a good GK was never at any time the best GK in the world, not earlier in his career in the era of Walter Zenga and Schmeichel AND definitely not later in his career in the era of Schmeichel and Oliver Kahn.

Taffarel was the best goalie at the 94 world cup. He was the shot stopper that helped Brazil to win the WC. Internationally he was the best.

That's not taking anything from the Gala side. They were by all means deserving.

If you get a good coach and Auba, Lacazette and Pepe start playing as well as their potential suggest, those 3 players can fetch you at least £350m in today's market or you think any club will offer more than £70m for Coutinho now?

It's the same problem Mourinho had at Manchester United, he bought Bailly and Lindelof for over 30m, he bought Mkhitaryan, bought Pogba, Dalot, Lukaku etc and of all his signings, only Pogba and recently Lindelof (the jury is still out on him) can be classed as good buys, you might include Lukaku. If you are the board, will you support such a coach again when he comes asking for another CB? Klopp has earned it.

I already made this point bro. A good manager will ease the risk. A manager with little or no pedigree will be a huge risk to take.

If Klopp had failed with Mane et al, he wouldn't have got Allison, VVD etc.

If you really watched that match, Arsenal dominated and were very unlucky not to have killed the game at normal time. Galatasaray goalie- Tafarrel was the best in the world then. He saved their ass including in the shoot out. Arsenal were unlucky.
