The truth is kolscienly is very very good.... He is arguably one of the best defenders in Europe currently, but even as an arsenal fan I must admit smalling is the best defender in premier league currently, he is just a little ahead of Kos. The sluggishness of matersacker has always put kos in difficult situations which always impact on kos' appraisal. I believe if kos is permanently paired with Gabriel, no one will be able to match up to boss kos.

If you say Smalling is better than Koschieny, then my friend I say you know little about defending.

In which area is Smalling better? Tackles? Speed? Recovery? Doggedness? Match reading? Stamina?

Exactly bros, one game at a time. All we need is to be consistent in our performances, grinding out results whether we play well or not. Gibbs and Chambers would be key in that regard. Hope Sanchez, Welbeck and Wilshere return before chrismas.

For me the unpredictability of this season is a huge opportunity coupled with the fact that Chelsea are no longer serious contenders.

He can demote Dinho and Deco if he's got Messi, Iniesta and Xavi.

I may be wrong but Pep's teams lose momentum once key players are out. It happened towards the end of last season.
