Shegzdave: Trossard being our best finisher shouldn’t be a debate at all. This is how I rate the boys:
Trossard- best finisher Saka- highest IQ Ordegarrd- most accurate shot Nelli- Speedster Jesus- great link-up player Harvertz- Spy can help us Havertz is the space controller. If you understand quantum physics, he is what is called Dark Matter. It controls 95% of everything we see yet we can see it or explain how it does. |

BlueRayDick: If it indeed happened as reported, then I think its just a funny way of passing a lesson.
Like u rightly said, Arteta himself needs the lesson more than the players. I believe the players already have the right mentality . He(Arteta) owes us to do better in his managerial decision making in "tough matches" too.
Also, he has no excuse not signing a worthy deputy for Saka. In fact, I think that should be the sole focus of the team once they wrap this Merino deal up. Not signing a deputy for Saka can actually cost us more than not signing a traditional CF this season I think that getting a striker will add more value to the team than getting a backup winger for Saka. Currently there's no traditional striker in the squad (with Nketiah likely to leave) and this makes the team playing pattern very predictable. With a true quality striker, we can have Jesus as backup winger if he isn't starting. Secondly, substituting Saka will always be a rare occasion and it will never be tactical but rather a way to rest him. So why waste fund for a player that will not add any tactical advantage? My opinion |

Roland17: Nwanne’m, I will advise you pick between the US and Canada. The US is pretty cut and dry and the process is faster if you pick the F1 (student) visa route. For the F1, you have a few things that are going to be positive for your application.
1. Finances 2. Family in Naija 3. Background in STEM 4. Work experience.
Post graduate studies, particularly Ph.D. programs in the US are fully funded with a lot of grants to support, especially for STEM related courses. Post-graduation opportunities are also available if you excel exceedingly and want to remain in the academia. I always advise people looking for Ph.D opportunities from Nigeria to avoid the big named schools and target smaller State schools because of post-graduate opportunities if they want to remain in the academia. The bigger schools have a ton of people pursuing the same post graduate opportunities, in comparison to the smaller state schools and it gets harder.
By all means, if you can, please avoid agents because these things are pretty easy to process if you have a laptop, internet and a little bit of time. Take some time to research schools that offer the program you are looking for. When you narrow it down, reach out to the professors/ instructors of that program and start engaging them on your plans to apply. After applying keep engaging them, alongside your admission counselor.
Prepare to write qualifying exams, each school is different but have the mindset that you will be writing either or a combination of GMAT/GRE/TOEFL. Also, some schools waive the application fees.
All the best! Very helpful information. Thanks for sharing. I sincerely appreciate. |

Taguchi: Since you have the funds and no specific preference for the country, I recommend considering the UK and Australia and the US.
If you graduated with excellent results and if you can craft a good Statement of Purpose (SOP), you can secure admission to a UK university in less than two weeks. The process is quite straightforward, and you don't need an agent. A few weeks of strategic research, with YouTube as a helpful resource, should suffice.
Alternatively, if you are willing to pursue a PhD, you might want to look at options in the US. Few people are aware that it is common to be admitted for a PhD in the US with just a Bachelor's degree. The program will sha gulp around five years of your life, consisting of two years of coursework and two to three years of research. While an excellent result is not mandatory, a strong SOP is crucial.
Most PhD programs in the US also offer full funding. With a well-prepared application and an early start, you are almost guaranteed admission and likely funding. You can start your application now, aiming for the fall 2025 intake. For the UK, it's advisable to look at the spring term next year as September might be too late.
I don't have much information about Australia and Canada, if you are serious about migrating and have the necessary funds, I advise dedicating time to thorough research and starting your application process as soon as possible. You don’t need an agent for this process. Additionally, if you are willing to invest both time and money into your education, I recommend choosing a "reasonable course. Thanks quite informative. My top choice now is UK and I am drafting a research application. I don't mind having an agent as long as they are genuine. I actually have one now. |

liveLongNprospa: Take advantage of the skilled immigrant route to Canada. Since money isn't an issue, it should cost you a total of 35m but it's fast and the point requirements for certain occupation is low.
Plus you only need a minimum of 6 months experience in the last 1yr or so. Canada is my second choice but is fast becoming my first |

Theflint1: You'd likely need provide info more than just your course of study; things like your class of degree and what you've been up to post graduation would help people advice you better, those can be sensitive info, so maybe read up on the countries you dey interested in for travel section, or get in touch with a reliable travel agent (give them close marking, or get informed on the process from Nairaland, make dem no mess up your application at any point).
And maybe you need care about what you'd study for japa, cause of life post graduation, stick with STEM-based courses though. The only non-school based immigration I know of is Canadian PR and for that you'd need ace IELTS and target categories where the scores are low, since na just BSC you dey work with. For school-based waka, US is very difficult to get VISA approval without scholarship...UK is easiest, then Canada, no info on Australia. Very helpful. Thanks |

OkpaNsukkaisBae: If you're interested in learning languages to support your japa plans.. Why don't you consider Chinese language especially if to work? Work or business opportunities plenty for China. In South East they have centres in Oko Poly, Unizik, in SW they have another Institute in Unilag. There's also one in Abuja (Uniabuja). Just register, you only pay for registration fee, nothing again and start attending your language class. passing their exam come with scholarship offer to study in China... Unlike then, now you can study and work together. Ok thanks bro. It's not like I want to learn languages. Actually any route that can make me cross easily is OK for me. |

I wonder if those Egyptian women will be able to concentrate seeing what the others carry What's the point being fully covered with the other party almost naked? What's the point being almost naked with the other party fully covered? It's like having sex completely naked and your partner is covered and vice versa. There should be a general consensus in these matters no matter how hard it may be. For me people should wear clothes. But if we choose to be naked then let everyone be including the spectators. |

BlueRayDick: APC through Buhari ran this nation aground for 8 good bad years. Tinubu got there and compounded our woes .
APC supporters naturally don’t have shame and that’s what explains them trying to rewrite history and finger every past leader in the show of shame APC’s 9 years of governance has been thus far.
Every important metric has shown APC’s government has been terrible at managing the affairs of a plural society like Nigeria . Under APC tribal politics has taken the center stage , There’s general dissatisfaction with government policies , there are countless government policies and programmes that do not translate to success in real life , continuous government borrowings that do not benefit the common man, government’s promise and fail ; in fact people now think disappointment is now one of the constant characteristics of a government in power.
They can keep claiming OBJ didn’t do anything , Tinubu is the best thing that ever happened to Naija…. Blah blah….. But the scores of videos of elderly people who lived through various administration which we’ve been seeing on the internet recently shows propaganda is different from reality . Correct 💯 When they can't defend their failure they want to hook and yoke him together with anyone and anything. For 8 years Buhari blamed PDP for his failures, now Tinubu is blaming Buhari like he doesn't know who he is. Raumdeuter and Oasisx said Peter Obi would have done the same things Tinubu did as if it's enough excuse to swallow their failure and turn the other cheek. |

raumdeuter: Spy360 what do you have to say about what the presidential election candidate who you supported is saying Actually the message is for BAT supporters who keep calling on Peter Obi to address the nation. If you (and Oasisx) use your punctuations well it should read .. He is the person that was 'elected', he is the person holding the 'mandate' of the people... You lots should stop calling Peter Obi. He is not your president. |
