You are taking an unbelievable risk here. I had written many articles for an investment firm on Bitcoin as far back as 2011 on a pending crash. When Mt.Gox collapsed and the price of Bitcoin tanked, many people were taken out. Don't go recommending BTC to anyone with promises of return on investment. BTC is not forex that you can predict with a large degree of accuracy. A correction is overdue and I think you are much safer waiting for that correction to occur before you go in again.

Too much noisemaking when there are lawyers everywhere looking for these kinds of cases to prosecute. Get a lawyer and institute a suit against them claiming millions in damages.

What is low-grade about the road? I was in AI last month and could not believe my eyes. The governor is a civil engineer and it is showing in the infrastructural projects. It's also wise to add that after the "long leg" you will still pay heavy compensation to the gwari's who 'own' the land.

I gathered nasarawa state don't do land allocation but I know they have the most cheaper lands compared to other states surrounding abuja. processing of papers for the land aquired is easy,fast and cheap.
But BE WISE and THREAD WITH CAUTION to avoid stories that touch.

Land in Nasarawa is not owned by government but communally. You simply approach the indigenes who own the land, buy it off them, change the ownership at the LG level and proceed to NAGIS for R of O. So why buy farmland in Abuja when you can do same in Nasarawa at less the cost and less stress?

A post was made on a thread last week by someone. He was supposed to change CFA for Naira or something to that effect on behalf of one lady that met him. He got an SMS alert to the tune of some millions and was about handing the equivalent to her agents at the border, until a sixth sense told him to hold on. Eventually it was found that no money was paid into his account, yet somehow an SMS alert was generated.

This seems to be a new method of scam. That fellow has not made any payment. Do not send him the funds. Simply call his bluff and let him go to the bank he said he made the payment as well go to the police to report you. Call his bluff.
