Malami spoke on Tuesday at a press briefing which took place at the ministry of justice in Abuja.

“It is recalled that Kanu was arrested on 14th October 2015 ‘on 11 count charge bordering on terrorism, treasonable felony, managing an unlawful society, publication of defamatory matter, illegal possession of firearms, improper importaton of goods, among others.

“A judge at the Federal Hgh Court, Abuja on 28th March, 2019, revoked Kanu’s bail that was granted him on health ground and issued a bench warrant for his arrest on the same date, over his failure to appear in court for hearing.

“He has, upon jumping bail, been accused of engaging in subversive activities that include inciting violence through television, radio and online broadcasts against the Nigerian state and institutions,

“Kanu was also accused of instigating violence especially in south-eastern Nigeria that resulted in the loss of lives and property of civilians, military, paramilitary, police forces and destruction of civil institutions and symbols of authorities.”

The IPOB leader has been arraigned before Binta Nyako who ruled that he should be remanded in the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS).

The case has been adjourned till July 26

The Court of Appeal in Nigeria is constitutionally required to have at least 3 Judges each who are versed in Customary Law & Islamic Law.

The likes of Uche Onyemenam, JCA from Ebonyi State came in from the Customary Court of Appeal.

The outpouring of the Holy Ghost happened on the day of Pentecost, when Moses brought the law from the mount and the new testament promises that that this time the law will not be written on tables of stone but on the hearts of men...so there has to be a dedicated time for inviting the Holy Ghost to saturate the lives of his children. The outpouring of the Holy Ghost happened mostly when the people were in one accord. An example happened in: Acts 4:29-31

The prophecy of the outpouring of the Holy Ghost (Joel 2:28) was fulfilled in Acts 2:1-4 and since this period any gathering of GOD's children for the infilling of the Holy Ghost is greeted with the presence of the Holy Ghost. This is why such services are to be held very regularly not because men of GOD are in control or determine it but because the presence of the Holy Ghost is here with us already and the indwelling will readily be satisfied by the Holy Ghost since His presence is here with us already.

It would be a huge disfavor to the body if there is no dedicated service for those who hunger and thirst for the indwelling and infilling of the Holy Ghost to meet, to worship and get satisfied as declared by Jesus in Matthew 5:8.

So I guess your indirect response is that your denomination does not explicitly set aside a period for worshippers who hunger and thirst for the Holy Ghost to be filled, right?
