CodeHouse:
It seemed I once promised such but didnt have the time to complete it as planned at that period cos most times personal and contracted projects always have a way to cos distractions but if you were actually reffering to me then I would say I am glad I spent my time doing something else instead of programming for you.

Some of us have slight health issues that you dont even care about, what is wrong in sending a mail, some of us have our phone numbers written in our NL signature, just a minute call or text message would do to say: ."Guy hello how are you today, hope you didnt forget to help me with that task.. "

We never even spoke before and you just expect an anonymous person to do your task for you, just like that without even showing cares..

I have a very good friend in here, he calls, sends mail, text for one assistance or the other and most times I am always in the middle of one project or the other and over time he got to understand me and cares for what I do and my time, now he asks questions and I reply to him on whatsaap and I sent written codes to him once on whatsapp..

Infact the first time I got a programming job from a company out of Nigeria, I called him to know, he knew when I was even on my way to the embassy and all of that.. this is a friend from NL I never saw.

When I arrived at the said country, I got a refferal to do another job while I was in the middle of one, he was the person I called back in Nigeria to know if he could do the task..

If you want a challenge between you and I in order to prove to you that I dont just design, that I also code verrrrrrrry well, kindly mention me.

I would not come on NL to argue with anyone as it is the norm here, back to the topic... @OP have you also noticed the numerous java, python, etc whatsapp groups and the reasons for their evolvement?
There was nothing to complete in my own case. I never asked for beautiful ui and never forced anyone to do my task for me. I did it myself with the aid of ms-dos command in less than 6 days (my first encounter with ms-dos batch scripting) but wanted the whole thing i was promised to metamorph into something bigger and far more inspiring. I remember coming back to the thread to do multiple mentions. In the end, I am a better programmer without getting the expo . . .

Dude, you really need to go back to school and learn use of English language, thats why zombies are usually making mistakes, incase you didnt notice, the former president was talking about lobbying and not padding, you should have tried to find out the difference before disgracing yourself with this post, lobbying is a practice found all over the world were agents try to lobby senators to pass their ministries budgets on behalf of the ministry, it's done even in america (Google lobbying in capitol hill) and its not the same as padding where criminals smuggle un approved figures into the budget, learn the difference pls.
one of the rule of answering questions drawn out of comprehension passage in english language is reading the passage to the end before answering questions. You should stop being so vile.

Politics › Jonathan On Budget Padding: Throwback News by Standing5(op): 12:53am On May 10, 2016
For those still blaming Buhari for challenging the budget padding tradition at the expense of a delayed passage of the 2016 budget.

President Goodluck Jonathan said on Friday that he would sack all Heads of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) who lobbied the National Assembly to distort the 2012 budget. The President stated this in his remarks shortly after signing the 2012 appropriation bill into law at the State House in Abuja. Mr. Jonathan said the attitude of MDAs lobbying for increase of their budget by the National Assembly had been responsible for the difficulties in budget implementation. He said that he already had security information on some heads of Parastatals and Agencies who lobbied the National Assembly to increase the 2012 Budget and says he will make scapegoats of them. “One of the greatest problems I have noticed from the day I resumed office as a vice president in 2007 till date is that Federal Government budgets have not been based on proper planning. “In most cases, when the budget comes out from the Planning Ministry and Finance, along the line, people distort the budget, especially some heads of MDAs go to lobby the National Assembly to put figures that are not based on planning. “And that is why it has been very difficult for federal government to achieve targets.

Buhari through his megalomania gave raise to this latest arms struggle by the avengers.People are already disenchanted with Buhari command and control approach to national issues.

The Avengers shouldn't be underrated cos they are capable of hitting targets beyond the Niger Delta region like the Fulani militias on rampage.

Looking at the living conditions in the creeks, they are in order to demand full resource control and violence as we all know is the only tools to get the government into a round table.
So Buhari can't probe looters again abi . . .

To put it simply, you are funny. If the Ijaws cannot utilise the 13% oil derivation funds that go to the states where they reside, the monies that oil companies pay to their states and communities as tax and benefits to develop their region due to corruption, how can they now rid themselves of corruption if they take over all the resources in Nigeria?
The corruption they are experiencing has its foundation in the loopsided resources sharing being ochestrated by the FG. As long as the FG keeps playing a false big brother the little units like LGAs will suffer.

Oyo (N100 billion or $0.6 billion)
Kaduna (N97 billion or $0.6 billion)
Borno (N94 billion or $0.6 billion).

The government of President Buhari has ordered a military response to the menace caused by the "Avengers". I hope we do not witness another Odi Massacre. Any battle in ijaw land will only draw-back their quest for development. The Kanuris should have learnt that from the Boko haram excapade they got involved in.

Are the Ijaw youths bombing oil facilities at their own detriment? Is this shortsightedness? I wonder.

Kindly leave comments let us analyse this issue.

Stop spewing half wisdom OP . . .
The Ijaws feel trapped by the government structure force down everybodys throat by the FG. The FG being controlled by greedy parasites has decided to embrace a sharing formula that takes money/resource from the productive states n give parasitic states and the FG. This has promoted corruption from Federal level down to local govt level and in turn improverish people in the local government areas where oil is being explored. If only 50% of resources running Nigeria came from the North n West n East, then it would av help avoid this pattern of corruption whereby the local govts are neglected.

Why don't you start by asking your state governor about what he did/does with security votes? Some Governors get N1 billion flat without a single account/audit for that purpose.

Corruption will never end when it is fought with prejudice.

Come 2019 when bubu is booted out, PDP will resume with greater impunity while fighting APC hard. That cycle will continue until zombies and wailers are ready to fight corruption..

A man who claimed he had less than N2m in his account won the election through highly expensive and sophisticated platforms like APC situation room, APC radio, sophisticated banners, tv ads, APC toll free calls/polls, short movies, celebrity endorsements, and other world most expensive campaign strategies, etc., and he feels he's 'cleaner' than DASUKI?

In my own school of thought, Buhari is as corrupt as Dasuki, and if I were a judge, they'll both be jailed.
You can rant all you want, why didn't GEJ go after Buhari? If Buhari was truly corrupt, why sponsor vile documentary against him with stolen instead of empowering the justice apparatus to go after him?
