Did the leaders father the students? We have a situation whereby private schools pay tax but av no supply of public water. The government's primary function is not to adopt the children of docile citizens who probably earn without working under same govt.

If our northern people must force such nonsense down our throats then there should also be a National Farming Reserve Commission NFRC that equally has the kind of power the NGRC will vest with, to protect farmers who av been at the recieving end.
When you expect docile southern rep to act you won't see them. When Federal character law was being passed years ago there were southern reps who folded their arms and looked on. They allowed Federal Character be passed for northerners indefinitely so we av a system whereby the Northerners are no longer striving to catch up in terms of education For 40+ yrs, whereas under normal circumstance a child born when the law was passed will take 22-25 yrs to be well educated we still have them claiming backwardness just to keep exploiting the south.

I don't totally agree with OP. The advantages to Nigeria is that it helps Buhari bypass people with the tendency to award inflated contracts and budget padders. The exchange of currency in intl forex market is quite stable.
