Are we fighting corruption or PDP members?
As long as they [PDP members] are found wanting. If they want an end to the seemingly PDP member hounding, they should peacefully release the names of APC theives they connived with.

Don't tell me u are a certified DUNCE that don't know the difference between ECA account depletion and the alleged $2bn misappropriation case against the former NFA of which the matter is still in court and judgement has not been reached as of this moment.

It is only mentally challenged people that don't stay on the subject in discuss and u are indeed one.

I don't do beer parlour gist, strike me with well documented facts and not this ur chelsea vs arsenal street fans talk u are dishing out here.
Stop acting like u don't know excess earnings were channeled into defence budget for subsequent year and then looted. How did defence budget jump from $1b to average $3.8b annually if not through depletion of excess earnings?
Put your electrifying intellect to work please.

Pls, who are these holy APC people and which planet were they imported from to come and save nigeria?

When the 36 state governors demanded for the sharing of the ECA fund's, there was no PDP/APC Dichotomy because they all acted in unison then so were are all these holy criminals criping out from?

The same people across various political parties that forcefully demanded for the sharing of every dime in the ECA account are now the same people lamenting of paucity of funds?

Is Nigeria a country of clowns without memories?
ehn ehn? You mean the APC also shared insurgency money. What an electric brain you have. Oya clap for yourself.

Lagos — Lagos State Governor Bola Tinubu, yesterday demanded that the Federal Government releases immediately, the over N6 billion accruable to the state from proceeds of the sale of excess crude oil, threatening to go to court if it fails to release the money.

Never knew that Tinubu was also in PDP when he also got fed with the funds after threatening to go to court if they refuse to give him his own share of the money!

Nigerians and Amnesia seems to have an irrevocable contract.
So you expect Lagos to keep mute while the FG uses all excess funds to "fight insurgency". If not for extra-budgetary projects like yourself PDP wont be the largest møckery in Africa right now. It was a case of opposition governors intervening before the PDP finishes what had accrued. Nobody wants to talk about the spending that took place before APC started agitating for the excess funds.

The arguments being churned out by these Jonathanians can sometimes be very twisted and laughable. Okay, NOI the finance minister of Nigeria warned Nigeria to save for the rainy day, but now the blame is on Amaechi and Tinubu for the inability of the FG to save.

Isn't it ironic and laughable that the Jonathanians who keep criticising this present government for blaming past leadership are now the ones blaming a future government for their inability to save in the past?

By the way, NOI warned of the need to save during OBJ days, Tinubu and co were alleged to have opposed but what eventually happened??... the FG under OBJ and finance ministry headed by NOI were able to save for Nigeria. Fastforward to GEJ era, the same NOI calls for the need to save, Amaechi opposed and what eventually happened??... the FG under GEJ which made the highest revenue didnt save. Observing these two above situations, the joke is obviously on GEJ for being an ineffectual leader. But strangely, GEJ's supporters now put the blame on Amaechi (who wasnt even in govt).
Bunch of self contradicting ineffectuals. The argument put forward then has been proven already. The PDP were being fed the funds via outrageous projects.
Politics › Re: Okonjo Iweala Warned Nigeria To Save For The Rainy Day, But Tinubu Opposed Her. by Standing5(m): 11:31am On Jan 30, 2016
The FG was accused of spending it on The ruling party then, a fact that has been proven already.

The only reason I will continue to blame madam NOI is that she refused to resign even when she noticed the monumental corruption taking place under GEJ as the finance minister.Though she may not be part of it directly but she was an accomplice. Don't let of forget that the reason Ameachi and co opted for sharing the fund was because Jonathan and his finance minister were illegally withdrawing from the ECA without due approval/consent of the states - this is tantamount to stealing. In my opinion,ROI has already foreseen what is happening to our economy now so it is not new to us.We should just support PMB as he is God sent to sanitize this nation.
That does not mean there should not be opposition but they should be constructive. And not this type of PDP opposition because PDP has failed Nigerians. How I wish APGA or KOWA party could rise up to the occasion ,I swear I would join them. Though I was a GEJ supporter but when he started messing up I switched to APC. If my Sai Baba start to mess up(which I doubt judging from the steps he has been taking since assuming office) I will switch to a credible opposition but not PDP.

It is impossible that some codes work inline and not external.
All javaScript codes can work properly inline or external. But your usage matters, you might have made a mistake somewhere.
Inline is better. When you use external, the user browser is forced make one extra http request for that file. In case u are not aware, it is possible to inline some assets like images in binary format. It may make the code less readable but more efficient in terms of speed of page load. In other words, if you can bare the pain of reading and editing the code, end users benefit.

The Petroleum Uni there has been marred by infighting amongs Warri indigenes who think it is their exclusive property. There are many place more seren and with more water bodies than Warri.

NavierStokes:
From the comments I am seeing so far, the emphasis is being put on the slide in the oil price while neglecting the attendant danger of lost crude. At the moment what we should be doing as a country is to lower costs by becoming much more efficient in our production. A break down of the costs of crude production reveals a relatively high operational cost, i believe our aim as a people should be on how to drive down that cost component, to still make a profit i the midst of this all.

In a downturm such as this the least efficient producers will be driven out of the business, more like a survival of the fittest.
So what is driving our production cost up?
