Transfer in the last days of last administration is the reason the forces of corruption prefer a probe from as far back 30yrs which will buy them the much needed time to pull off stunts. That's a sign that corruption is a spiritual weight on mankind, if not why not the forces of corruption just return their fresh 'harvest'.

The reason is that Buhari is very scared of failing Nigerians and he is doing everything to make sure mistakes are avoided which rendered the past three regimes (OBJ, Yar Adua and Jonathan) inneffective overall and unable to address Nigeria's major problems such as poor power supply, poverty, unemployment, insecurity, weak and corrupt institutions, abysmal healthcare et al. I don't expect you to believe me but I can tell you that Buhari is shunning 'awon boyz' and their interest and focusing on what will transform our nation. That is a very, very good thing for Nigeria.

The man is trying not to play into d hands of the corrupt 99 percentile. If he should appoint political jobbers or weak-willed technocrats then his govt is going to suffer heavy stagnation in delivering.

You sound so confused not to see the pattern being started here. it is all about one admin probing questionable activities of another in a bid to recover lost funds for critical structures. When another admin comes in they can probe the alleged 'dashing' of funds to Aregbesola by you

It is only natural that most of the probe and investigation of the Buhari led govt will be towards PDP members cos they held sway at federal level where most corrupt deals took place. Initial attempt to make it look like a Jonathan thing does not appear to be sinking in well enough.

Jonathan's ministers never imagined he could lose the election and they imagined they would hand over to another pdp regime by 2019, which would cover this mess again till 2027. I keep on asking myself, what would have happened to this country if Jonathan was re-elected? God really does love Nigeria.

If Jonathan was re-elected, VAT will be around 15% now, Subsidy will be gone and the so called independent mkts of fuel would have formed a cabal round it and be selling at minimum N200 a litre now. ND Amnesty program would have been stopped and the foolish ones amongs us will have been shouting ''fresh air'' even more.
Let GEJ admin be probed, next time PDP shouldn't assume corruption will be the order of the day till eternity and learn to probe previous admin.
