Amen . . . do unto others as . . . . . |
wesley80: What are the "more" he's done for his country? Eating his vomit on Buhari, leading a pack of ignoramuses to the streets to fight for petroleum subsidy that benefits no one in the long run or calling for the assasination of political leaders in a democracy? Which of those makes a hero? Perhaps you've been swayed by the cheap media activism that translates to no more than noisemaking, I wonder how his bravery compares with that of the pre - NADECO and NADECO days when folks where whisked into jails and torture chambers for the look on their faces! How does that compare with Bakare's Aje Butter radicalism that of course has to be played out in the full glare of the media for max effects? I expected to see the radical when GEJ moved those military men to the streeets in the final days of the subsidy protest defiant and all but guess who was missing in action? I know a hero when I see one and Bakare isn't even close.Call it Aje Butter radicalism, half bread is far better than none bro. |
Yuguda, Chime, Ajimobi among others.
Which other governor are you talking about, and can you list some of his "significant performances"??
Yuguda, Chime, Ajimobi among others. |
Foe i guess . . . |
Covenant uni is on hols currently, did they expel them in absentia? Or the news is the same old unconfirmed version being recycled? |
Uduaghan to me has performed significantly well when compared to some other governors but poor when we put his monthly allocation side by side to his projects. Deltans sure deserves better than Uduaghan. |
First Badagry, now FESTAC Town. . . .one day one day e go be Ikeja turn. |
Hehehehehehe!!! Scam things |
See them as them dey chop all my propaganda, chai naija people na otondos! |
Some religion allow uncontrolled expression of bitterness. Islam is at the very top of the list. |
PointB: Na wa o. This thread is ridiculous.Cemented indeed!!! Like Gej like Nnaji . . . |
ACM10: You don't even know that high rainfall is a trigger factor for flooding. Do you think that flooding during rainy season occurs in isolation? I think I should leave you to wallow in your ignorance and ldiocy. How can you tell me what i know and what i don't! Did high rainfall cause the flood disaster experienced in Nigeria or Opening of a dam outside Nigeria? You still need alot of upgrading to do bro . . . |
ACM10: What an ldiotic comment! NL has acquired a name as the home of armchair analysts. It is on record that Prof. Barth Nnaji resigned many weeks before the height of the flooding. It is also on record that power output dropped within days of Prof. Barth Nnaji's resignation. There has been cases of flooding in the past when power output failed to rise. His success was as a result of sound energy policies he formulated. His successor is simply incompetent. Barth promised us that there would be an incremental rise in power output until we hit 6000 megawatts sometimes next year. True to his word we were steadily marching to that level until Nigerian factor sets in. Go and tell people in the neighbourhood whom their power situation improved that Barth is overrated. The problem with Nigerians is that we don't encourage the good/competent ones in our midst. Nigeria is programmed in a way to elevate incompetent/mediocres to the top.How does flooding equals high rainfall? if not for the fact that you have no clue about what you are trying to talk. Did flooding contribute to your mental state you just displayed here on Nl? |
Always one excuse on another. This man like Fashola cannot point to a thing he has achieved for 7 years. very visionless, petty and incapacitated.
Good for Anambra . . . |
Hmm Aregbe dey try sha!!!. I hope Sincere 9gerian and co are watching. That's two reasons for GEJ to have headache Aregbe and Fashola. |
OP, if the Igbos couldn't make friends in '67-'70 and get their much needed food and aid supply through any other nation, i wonder how u expect their current generation, who are less connected to their real history, to form an alliance . . . Few Igbos who know nada will rather make enemies online and blame other group when evil befalls them. |
He deserves commendation for Resigning rather than go ahead to play Abuja politics as is widespread in the system but then i think he has taken too much credit for the rise in power output which was a result of high rainfall this year. |
I am offering free torchlights for those who are interested in finding gej project further. |
So Fashola has been busted abi? Isn't Lekki 10 a Public Private Partnership project again. |
olaayodele: Nigeria we hail thee.Allocation of slots in employment and even admission in to tertiary institution has been inexistence. The VC,provost,Deans, registrars,HODs of tertiary institutions all have their slots with respect to admission of students. Some of Nigerians complaining on this thread got admission in to tertiary institution through the same method of slot sharing. The above only happens in public schools. They even go ahead to sell out certificates at the end of the day, and i can bet it, most of those who paid for employement under the Imigration Service are from those who bought their way through school. |
Nice |
^^ Igbos have blowing whistle of false alarm. Mention one genuine alarm of corrupt practice by the Igbos. |
How about Cockroach/Kwashokor? Cos they can give us same result. |
afam4eva: Like i said in the other thread, it's only when an Igbo person favours his people that it hits the news.Next time, the igbos should blow the whistle the other way round. You guys shouldn't try to cancel out a crime with another crime. |
Later they will tell us it is one "positive burst of energy" that is responsible for their dominance of that parastatal like Achebe tried to make us believe. The Igbos should man up and challenge the Federal character principle openly instead of going thru the backdoor to effect changes. |
Going thru the OP's post history it is not hard to see what he represents here on NL. He is trying to potray ibos as succesful but doing it thru the backdoor. I wonder where else we have 90% ibos working if not in okrika market and **** industry. |
What about ministries that need to be scrapped? A redundant ministry has a 99% chance of producing epileptic results. |
PPP projects should go to Fashola because 1. It is a Public Private Partnership. 2. Private bodies have never done projects of these magnitude before. That said, i want to see a comparison of prices for certain FG projects Vs Fashola Lagos projects. -Lekki Vs East-West Rd. -Badagry Vs Lagos-Ibadan Express Rd. Etc |
And if i may ask, how were they able to record or capture the ID of the some supposedly random customer who deposited 15m in a branch of a old generation? Through the marked notes just like that? |
Imagine 36 international airport lifting fuel for export simulteneously. That will be one big economic integration oh. . . But meanwhile i heard he couldn't even complete a term for himself in Bayelsa. |
Amosun surely can learn one or two things from The NRC and avoid aiming at air conditioned overhead bridge. |
