Few days ago some guy was beheaded and his head played as football by small boys and you think they just woke up and decided to carry out a planned assassination like that right? Talking about designs and experience bro have you seen my job, I'm too good. My structures is maaaaad bru, its jobs that's looking for me not the other way round. We were just too lucky to learn under real engineers and architects before we became independent. If you underpay me i will hold your job yes i do it. I can go as far as scaling the designs to a way you and your illiterate builder will get confused during setting out. With the small fund I have been able to save, I wish to build a three bedroom flat on my land. What are the processes, yes I am aware I need the services of an engineer, builder etc but I equally wish to sound professional while engaging them before they deal with me lol
