If you use Uber in Lagos, you'll have experienced extra charges using your GTB card. Uber acknowledged they were using DCC, which caused the variations and released a statement that cards from StanbicIBTC, Diamond, Skye and UBA worked perfectly.

So I went to Twitter to confirm and it was indeed true.

Second cue:
Heritage bank had stopped DCC sometimes last year but I received a message from them recently that they have a new monthly limit of $500 for DCC transactions. The banks are relaxing their policies and we'll probably see the likes of GTB too in the same vein.

Even my laptop can't play GTA V on maxed out settings without issues. Yet you are considering an onboard Intel HD 4000, 6GB of RAM and freaking 4th Generation Core i3 CPU. LOL!

If you want a brand new gaming laptop u must be ready to spend at LEAST 200K. Instead my advice to u is buy PS4 like 90K and GTA V 15K. 105K.
