I have my little bro, he got some money in his access bank and I've already instructed him to move it to crypto(he finally listen)

Im not asking which coin to buy etc, instead I want a situation where he wont be able to access that money. Words fail me, but what I need is like a "lock" kinda. 2-3 months atleast without a single withdrawal enabled.
