NoMoney:
The consideration is N130b adjusted for Net Working Capital and Net Debt as at the 31st of March 2019

Net Working Capital = Current Asset - Current Liabilities
Current Asset = Inventories + Receivables + Prepayment + Cash = N69.496bn
Current Liabilities = Trade Payables + Borrowings + Curent Tax Payable = N70.936bn
Working Capital = N69.496bn - N70.936bn = -N1.44bn

Please note that Networking capital has factored in all the Cash and most of the debt.

Outstanding Net Debt = Long term Liabilities = Long Term Borrowing +Deferred Tax = -N2.44bn

Therefore Total Adjustment = Working Capital + Net Debt = -N1.44bn + -N2.44bn = -N3.88bn

So in my opinion the adjustment is N3.88bn
Adjustment per share = N3.88bn / 5billion share = N0.78 (ignoring the 5m shares owned by crown flour mills

final purchase price = N26 - N0.78 = N25.22
Thank you my bruv,

Let people be jumping up and down...I just applied for a loan from my bank that I intend to use and buy more DF. That is how serious i take the stock.

This is not a gamble but a guaranteed ROI when I get the loan.

I jumped ship into CASH. I'll remain on the sidelines in CASH until the storm is over.

I'm not about to loose my money to a conversation in CBN about how to cover loopholes.
And you believe a fake news that did not come out until CBN governor was nominated for a second term, you think Buhari will listen to that Bullshit.

Una go dey alright las las.

You're waiting for N21 on Dangote flour? Better sell what you have at current prices and even take profit on that one and run as well. By the time all the adjustments are done, you may not see up to N17.00.

Why wait to take say N17.00 in a few months time when you can take it know.

As for me and my house, We've jumped ship into CASH which is KING in this time.

Offloading is what I've been doing since morning.
Jump out to buy what?

I remain in these three stocks...and will only accumulate on them. Make una Kontinue dey jump up and down

Of course we know it’s fraud...MTN looking for ways to dump their shares on unsuspecting investors..reminds me of multilinks too... grin
The dumping part is not even my pain, it is the fact that once minority shellholders come in all the beautiful numbers will disappear... Admin expenses blow up, all sought of loans and expenses will spring up.

We end up financing the lifestyle of the reckless management. They don't regards us

chai your dangflour doing ok cool
People will still doubt if DF can get to N26...it is expected that after a run up they is bound to be some profit taking which must find a support and continue up. Dangote selling DF news still stands and since nothing will change that, then I will wait until it hits N21-N26 or wait for OLAMS to credit my accounts.

If I get a good stock, I accumulate until exit...If DF enters bid again this week forget it...TP above N21 next week

I added to my CHAMS holding today....How do you expect a stock that has done over 100% in price to keep running up. It will breath and then continue upwards.

I continue to add to my holdings in CHAMS, DF and FIDELITY....

This 3 cant go wrong for 2019 FY end I can assure you with 100% confidence.

CHAMS will hit N2.00...this year. Those that have patience should wait and watch. If you enter a good stock running up... Wait and enjoy the momentum.

Don't be in a hurry to sell your winners! How many Companies in Nigeria can turn around from a loss like the way this company did. And the founder spoke interns why and where those losses came from.

The day we hit N1.00 , then N2.00 will be in not more than a week or 2 weeks trade.

So how do you get your own share of the money? “The final price to be paid to the shareholders of the company would be adjusted downwards to exclude shares held by Olam through its subsidiary.”
Dangote will not sell to Olams at anything less than N25...this is over 30-40% upside potential at today's closing of 16.00. When you add other incentives Olams
gets from the deal

Make una stay for inside house... It is raining outside.

How can Oando pay her CEO higher than Nestle.
And you will say they have investors interest at heart... The guy even chop close to Nestle and Seplat CEO put together. See how much Zenith CEO takes home.

Well we know the companies that would stand the test of time. This alone gives a clue on companies to take serious in this market.

Exactly sir, they will carve out the juicy part of a company, and hold controlling shares there, leaving the shell /chaff for the average shareholders
I don't know how we can go about this, but i feel through this forum we can make a positive change. Can we have members here register a forum or organisation that would protect the rights of shareholders. I mean most of the irregularities in the market are first pointed out on this forum and we can have a voice that would demand a change and see that this companies are held accountable.

I remember the Oga taking on AIICO on this same issue of taking minority shareholders for granted and other cases that initiated from discussions here. You can imagine if we all join hands to this course, protecting the rights of the common investors. Cases where we need to write this companies we would write them, where protests are needed we come out in solidarity, and if we need to take it up with the authorities we do so as one voice until justice is served.

I am telling you this companies would wake up...and our voices can become very powerful for the next generations!
