So it's gone from KD-Steph-Klay to KD-Harden-Kyrie in a blink of an eye ![]() But make I no talk before them crucify me for here. |
But I see the Nets trading Kyrie for some valuable pieces. They've lost their depth with this trade: LeVert, Allen, Prince, and don't forget they already lost Dimwinddie. |
Harden about to become a 3 and D guy in Brooklyn ![]() |
birdman:It could be that what Kyrie needs is a change of city ![]() |
birdman:Yea, a more veteran coach will just say 'enough is enough' and everybody will listen, or get traded. |
mattfeuter:They're just going the same route the Clippers took last year, only that this one looks worse. |
iamJ:Lol. What's he averaging? I'm quite sure it's less than the 12 he averaged last year. |
iamJ:They need to sort themselves out. Even though his reason may be genuine he can't be giving his teammates the impression that he can just opt out of games whenever he wants. And truly, this job might just be too big for Nash to handle...two very emotional stars. |
If I'm the Nets I'm trading Kyrie's a*s to Houston for Harden. At least Harden is always available to play. It's 11 games into the season and the Nets have found out they have a big problem. Not just about Kyrie not wanting to play for unknown reasons, also because this partnership has shown signs that it might not work. It's strange that the Nets are 5-6 after 11 games, I don't care how much KD and Kyrie have played together. They're actually 3-3 when they've played together so it doesn't matter. And I'm sure the Nets are now realizing that they actually need a coach unlike what Kyrie said. |
This chap Lavine is special. Can legit be a second option on a championship team. |
iamJ:This is a weird season so far. AD is averaging 22. |
Kawhi and PG combined for 4 points in the fourth quarter as they watched the Warriors steal the victory. |
Can't be my team ![]()
|
Clippers...lol Those guys are not ready. How many points did they lead by in this game? The ghosts of last season still lingering. |
mattfeuter:True |
birdman:It's alarming. A result of the lengthy layoff perhaps? |
birdman:And he's 27; right in his prime. He needs to leave asap. A lot of teams would be willing to take up his contract. |
Man, the lockdown D on Steph, Kawhi and PG in this game is something else. No free meals tonight ![]() |
So Bradley Beal dropped 60 tonight, 2 less than Steph's career high. Y'all gon give that man his respect in this league. Enough said. |
So the Clippers rested PG last night so he could be fresh for GS (Perhaps the Fear of Chef Curry? ) only to lose the game. This is the second time this is happening. At least now they know they can't win a game without their two stars playing. GS vs Clippers back to back next. Those game would tell us a lot about these two teams. We go dey watch. |
Afromentalist:These phonies on this thread have been hating on LeBron for fun since time immemorial. But now that we are only being critical of Steph they're being all emotional I've now found something to troll them with . Make Steph no make playoffs first, e go bloody |
etidy:Lol, just as you have come here to praise Steph after an excellent game, we will keep coming back here after any sub-par game to slander him It is what it is bro. Now GS are 3 and 3. Not bad. Hope you can see the Draymond Green Effect on the team, Steph most especially. Steph looks like a new man all of a sudden. |
So the two people (himself and KD) Kyrie said he can look to to take a clutch shot, which in fact he emphatically said are better than LeBron in that situation, just missed a clutch shot each to lose to the Wizards. Jokes on you Kyrie Keep talking that sh*t. |
Android17:Cheap of you to want to put this on Draymond on his first game back. |
Man, it's gon be a long season for the Warriors. When they lose they lose heavily, when they win they win narrowly. Maybe it's their defence they need to even worry about. You can't keep shipping these large numbers on a nightly basis. |
Perhaps it's time to start taking the Hawks seriously ![]() |
9th in Defence. I expect that to get better once LeBron and AD are 100% locked in. And Caruso, who's one of the better defenders on the team, has barely played. And that 3 point shooting; it was our achilles heel last year. If we can stay close to this efficiency then this team would be unbeatable.
|
birdman:Coasting could be detrimental this year Too many good teams that are waiting on the brinks to capitalize on any slipups. I believe things will get better though ![]() |
steady986:I don't know if it's just a coincidence that most teams who made it deep into the playoffs (or at least made the playoffs at all) last year have had some form of struggle in these opening few games: Bucks, Mavs, Nuggets, Lakers, Rockets, Raptors. And the teams who had the most time off, who are mostly underdogs, are the ones doing well: Cavs, Hawks, Magic, Pacers, Sixers, Suns, Kings, Clippers...largely unfamiliar teams leading the pack. And I see this continuing well into February at least, when the fatigue level kind of levels out across the league. And in a 72-game regular season, every win will count. |
Got the W, but we really scrapped for it. We really need to work on our conditioning. Guys are struggling on the court. |
Man, Nets vs Hawks na wah o. And the Bucks, what the hell is wrong with them? They still lost that game? |
Happy birthday to the greatest and best player the NBA has ever produced. The King, The G.O.A.T, The Phenomenon, The Moving Train, The Magnificent, The Maestro, The General. More glory to you man.
