Congratulations to the 2020/2021 NBA champions, the Brooklyn Nets. This is their year. With both LeBron and AD out injured and unlikely to be 100% in the playoffs, and the Nets having Justice League for a team, nothing in the world can stop them. Congrats KD, you did it again ![]() |
The Warriors floor was so dirty that we had to use them to clean the floor ![]() That's two blowouts against them this season. Should have been three ![]() |
The Warriors bench shouldn't have laughed at Kuzma after he airballed that free throw. Now look what he doing right in front of them ![]() |
joshboo:The talk no treacherous join? ![]() |
benji93:My friend go sleep |
Bradley Beal 37 points and the win against Portland. It's almost as if this guy can score 30 in his sleep. The Wizards are slowly racking up those wins. 10-17 now. In the east anything can happen ![]() |
Man, it's like I'll start taking the Suns seriously o There's something CP3 always brings to a team, instant elevation, even at 35. But unfortunately his teams fall short when it matters most because they're not good enough to compete with the best. We go dey use one eye dey watch these Suns sha. |
Warriors fans always get emotional whenever you say someone's better than their players ![]() |
Scary Terry for the win. |
joshboo:This is like saying Klay can be compared to Harden (when he was in Houston) because Harden is the number one scoring option and Klay is not. That's not a very bright argument. That Beal is a number one scoring option and Klay isn't should be a plus to Beal. Can Klay be a number one scoring option and primary ball handler on any team? And only a casual would say that Klay is a better player just because he's a better shooter. That was how they fooled us into thinking that Steph was better than LeBron because he could shoot the lights out. It only took one more playoff series for them to realize that it takes more than just shooting the lights out to be called the best. |
joshboo:That what they always say when they've been presented with overwhelming facts. |
This obstinate tendency for people to defend the players they love is something else. A player is on course to be scoring champion and here we have people saying Klay is better. |
joshboo:Lol. This excuse you people always bring is getting boring. Did Klay carry his team to win the championships? Wasn't he a 2nd and 3rd option on those championship teams? The best playoffs run Klay has had was in 2016 when he averaged 24 points. Other than that he's always averaged 20 or below. Beal has had 3 playoff runs where he averaged 23 or more. Klay averages 19.3 ppg on 123 playoff games, Beal averages 22.7 on 40 playoff games. Bear in mind that Beal has never been on the kind of teams that Klay has all his career. Klay is a better shooter but Beal is a better scorer. Beal is also a better rebounder and a better facilitator. You can say Klay is a better defender but Beal has always averaged more steals than Klay, both in the regular reason and in the playoffs. The man is averaging almost 33, 5 and 5 this season and we're still here comparing Klay to him. Omo, una stubborn o ![]() |
Kilishihunter:He's been balling of late. He's too good to be averaging 18 |
Jamal Murray: 50 points from 25 shots, zero free throws. That has to be the most efficient 50-point game in the history of the NBA. |
Teams better bring out their artillery to stop Joel Embiid in the playoffs. It's just a matter of health. If he's healthy then nobody's stopping him. |
Bradley Beal finally getting the respect he deserves. Some people here told me Klay Thompson was better than him. It's amazing how we always mistake good shooting for good all-round player. It's just like comparing KD to LeBron. We know KD can shoot lights out, but he'll never be a better player than LeBron in this league. Now all Beal needs is to go team up with a legit superstar to get a shot at the championship. |
Julius Randle is quietly becoming an all-round type of player sort of like LeBron is. Can score at the rim, shoot the 3, pass the ball, rebound, defend multiple positions, post up, and is an above par ball handler. Man can legit be a 2nd option on a championship team. |
KNIGHTBlaed:Do we need to bring out their clutch numbers for you again? Where were you when I was splattering those numbers all over this thread? |
KNIGHTBlaed:E say KD is a better defender. Lol. Enough said |

Steph Curry having a taste of what he enjoyed for 3 years ![]() |
Afromentalist:You're saying Messi is more popular than Aaron Rogers in the US? It's possible that some Americans know the name Messi, but can they recognize him if they see him on the street? |
Afromentalist:If it's in the US then Ronaldo and Messi shouldn't be that famous |
etidy: |
So Colin Cowherd had the effrontery to put this up on the internet back in 2018. Lol. Americans really think the world begins and ends with them. If he doesn't know that Ronaldo and Messi should be number 1 and 2 then he should pay more attention to sports outside America. Brady and Rogers are nice guys, but they wouldn't even be in the top 50.
|
Imagine mentioning Jokic and Bradley Beal in MVP race. Lol. Denver that is in 7th and Wizards that are in 14th in the freaking East. And imagine Mitchell being in the MVP race but not LeBron. Omo, I knew there was something wrong about his basketball knowledge all along ![]() |
The Lakers after surviving that P & R onslaught from OKC

mattfeuter:The man no serious |
Rob Parker compared Tom Brady to Robert Horry. And some people here rate this guy. Enough said. |
Rob Parker on Tom Brady: Just because you've won a lot of championships doesn't make you the GOAT. Rob Parker on MJ: The man won 6 championships, he's the GOAT. ![]() |
