Chris Broussard taking a total U-turn on the Clippers. Lol ![]() |
Afr0mentalist:Lol. By now you should know that Denver can win this series. You don't win 3 game in a series by chance. This notion that the Clippers can just show up and win the game has to stop. We've been giving them the pass since the beginning of the season. |
donlittle25:Are you saying Morey forced D'Antoni to play small ball? I highly doubt that. |
birdman:I think D'Antoni is liable here too. Although Morey has the final say in team building, D'Antoni has to be in on it. It's probably D'Antoni who wanted the small ball. |
D'antoni bailing on the Rockets after tearing them apart. Lol |
Doc about to do it again
|
I'm certain that this latest notion on Twitter that Jokic is better than AD is emanating from Clippers fans and everybody that hates LeBron and the Lakers ![]() |
Blueelf:Their pricks always stand when it comes to the Lakers. They know they have to beat the Lakers for them to get any kind of respect in LA and the league. But they seem to be fallible against every other team. I blame the Lakers though, if we swept them during the regular season nobody would be talking about them. |
Just look at the last 2 quarters. This is unacceptable from Doc and the boys.
|

And 4-1 was the result of that rest |
If I say Doc Rivers is overrated now people would be calling for my head. I'd argue that he failed with a more talented team of Griffin/CP3/Crawford/Reddick/Jordan. But of course, we're not allowed to say that. |
etidy:Lol. |
SmooshCHN:Lol. I really want the Clippers. I want the Lakers to emphatically end that myth that the Clippers are. I'm more than confident that we'll beat them in less than 7 games |
Na this same Clippers una talk say go give Lakers problems? Right now I fear Denver more than the Clippers |
Boy o boy. I underestimated Denver. Am I sure the Lakers want to play them in the WC finals? |
aliondo:We'll go small when we need to. Javale and Dwight won't play monster minutes. But against traditional big men, it's good to have a center in there so you don't have their big man guarding AD. That's always a luxury. |
Vogel having both Javale and Dwight on the court to end the game was comical Perhaps he wants blood to flow properly in their legs in preparation for the next round where they'll be needed. |
Blueelf:Says it all |
Blueelf:Be wise and choose Lakers ![]() |
LordYahweh:The Celtics starters have to play 45 minutes each for them to have a chance. |
BascoVanVeli:That comment is a no no. There are a lot of things that are bigger than sports. |
So, Skip Bayless is getting a backlash for his comments about Dak Prescott not showing toughness for making his condition of depression public. And rightly so. That was insensitive. There's no one who scrutinizes sportsmen as harshly as Skip does. He sees sportsmen as people who are some kind of immortals or machines who are not supposed to have emotions. I just hope he learns something from this. |
There was a scare at the end sha, but we came out on top. The refs let Houston have their way a lot when they tried to steal balls from our guys. But it's aiit, we survived thanks to three massive plays from Caruso...a steal, a three and then a deflection. |
Kdtrey5:Lol. Imagine the great Danuel House stopping LeBron from making the conference finals
|
The moment Vogel threw in a rookie for his first important minutes in these playoffs I knew he had figured this matchup out. That was a strong message. And what's with Houston attempting only 13 threes in a half of a basketball game? I give Vogel the credit here, he's got D'Antoni doing things he's not comfortable with. They're driving to the basket more, thus the high amount of free throws. But that doesn't seem to be the answer either. And the rebounds are truly killing them now. I mean, what were you thinking? It's basketball, you'd yearn for a big man at some point I promise you. |
Nobody's talking about how Jamal Murray has been underwhelming in this series. When just a few weeks ago we proclaimed him the next Allen Iverson . Man is averaging 18 ppg on 37% shooting and 30% threes. Down from 31 ppg on 55% shooting and 53% from 3 against Utah. Baba don jam defense ![]() |
etidy:They are, but if they can't kill a game when the Raptors are playing terribly then there's a problem. The Raptors have played terribly this whole series and yet we have a game seven. And let's be honest, they have a good starting 5 quite alright but this is not a deep team. If not why does the most used player off the bench play just 19 minutes in a game that went to double overtime? When they have 4 starters playing 50 minutes. And the bench scored a measly 16 points. This is not sustainable. You can't play the Clippers like that. If not anything else the Celtics lost this game because of fatigue
|
Let's even forget the superstars on both teams, the rockets don't have enough bench scoring to compete with the Lakers. |
aliondo:Probably, but he was never going to be a factor. |
Pat Bev making all defensive team ahead of Avery Bradley is still a mystery to me. |
Westbrook play well?...it don't matter Westbrook play sh*t?...it don't matter Lakers in 5 |
The Rockets have been found out |
