FamilyRe: Advise : My Wife Is Pregnat For A Stranger by steaming(f): 12:39pm On Oct 20, 2009
"wisdom is profitable to direct"

do not be in a haste to make your decision. there are always 2 or more sides to a story. u guys should sit down and talk it over very well. we all make mistakes and some mistakes are costlier than others.

we do not throw away the baby along with the bath water. she has made a grave mistake but two wrongs bros dont make a right.

talk it over with her pls, i dont support her in anyway. but what makes you think u wud be happy urself if she goes, or u would even find someone else dat wudnt disaapoint u again!

its hard dear but Gods grace is sufficient, it wud take time to heal or get over it but u guys should discuss and implore her to be truthful about d whole issue as u may not entertain anymore surprises when u get over this one.

good luck bro

RomanceRe: What Are The Ingredients For A Perfect Relationship by steaming(f): 3:17pm On Oct 16, 2009
the imperfections of a relationship make it perfect! being able to make up afta quarrels is sweet!

basic rule in relationship: do unto him/her as you would love him/her to do unto you!, always look out for his interest, he wud luk out for your's. avoid doing the things he doesnt like and he wud avoid doing the things u dont like.

above all, be prayerful, no be by muscle, bad relationships can ruin people!

@ OP, its a pity. hope they get to refund you finally.

it may actually have dispensed it and somebody else took it.

someone once went to withdraw and lo and behold 15k was just lying at the cashpoint of the ATM. obviously, someone had inserted his/her card earlier, ounched and then waited for the money to come and left after sometime when it was not forth coming, only for the money to come after the person had gone and really, no card was in the ATM, costhe guy's card just entered freely.

all na ATM wahala
BusinessRe: I Want To Open A Chinese Language Training School In Abuja Or Lagos by steaming(f): 1:20pm On Oct 07, 2009
u r entitled to your dreams, take your dreams and fly with it, dont look at it just for today, where do you think your school would be 5-10 yrs time, statr your business dear.

the language is not meant for all Nigerians, those interested in learning it wud definetely come to the school.

French schools abound and more are still coming up, yet not all Nigerians want to learn french, but they still have students coming to register, those that want to learn french.

so dear no matter how hard it seems at start-up, go ahead! u wud succeed if u r focused.

BOTTOMLINE: IT IS NOT FOR EVERYBODY, BUT THE PEOPLE IT IS MEANT FOR WOULD DEFINITELY COME TO THE SCHOOL.

good luck!

BusinessProject Section by steaming(op): 9:27am On Sep 10, 2009
Seun & Moderators,

hi! u guys are doing a wonderful job on nairaland. i must confess that i have learnt so much from here. we keep growing everyday and making adjustments where necessary.

i'd like to suggest that a section on projects be opened, where members can share their experiences on starting a project, big or small, their challlenges, stuffs they had to consider before starting up, how their projects have been fairing, whether they dropped along the way, stuufs they didnt take into consideration that came up, advices they got from people, if they had to take some of training, the list is endless.

i dont know if this is the right place to make ma suggestion, but i know having a project section would only add more kudos to the wonderful work being done on NL. members stand to gain a lot. everyone is into 1 project or the other and those not into any, would find the motivation or insiration to start up sumfin.

pls do look into ma proposal
