In life one can only do his best and no matter what all of you may say, i only wanted to see things from a third party. And that is exactly what m seeing. You dont castigate a situation until u have been there urself and caame out somewhat victorious. On my way home, thanx for all the responses, we'll talk more morrow. |
You could call me all the names you like. Typical of how Guys reason, now i have become the Witch that is stopping him from making money. Nobody seems to see how i have endured with this same Guy for 3 whole years making do and even supporting with the little i have. I am now very selfish because i want to settle down and he is not ready. So if it's going to take another 3 years, i should keep waiting to remain the very nice girl. What happens when third parties start coming in. Whatever happened to preparing for marriage, mentally, financially and otherwise. Marriage is not for people still trying to find thier feet. Responsibilities come the second a union is established. He's just a regular hussler without a Degree Certificate which i do not have problems with, if only he has a steady business no matter how little but then i know he's doing something tangible. You could curse all you like, i asked for it and more are still welcome, i only want to see frm the eyes of others. NB: I am not 34, not upto 30, yet but age doesn't come in here. Even if i am 18 or 20, i said i am ready to marry and somthings have to be on ground for marriage to take plce. |
COnfused set of people. Honestly Celtel Subscribers what are you Guys stilldoing there? I think the network is dead already. |
Seriously i didnt know Gals keep diaries. I thought it was something we did back then in colleges/secondary school. |
My boyfriend has a great sense of responsibility. He is someone you could call a family man. The way he treats people and even children, is a wonder to me. He is ready to get married but the thing is that the money is not there yet. He works hard though but finacially, he is not ready yet to carry on responsibilities. I have dated him for like 3 years now but then, i wasn't ready for marriage. I was giving him time thinking that by the time i am ready atleast he would have been settled financially. Now i am ready and he still isn't. When i say financially ready, i don't mean he should own the world, but basics and a steady job or business that he does. He should to an extent take care of the wife and the children that would come. He would still make it tho but i musnt have to wait. There is a time to everything, that's what i believe. RIght now, i want to walk out of the relationship because honestly m getting tired of the whole thing. Crucify me all you want but i need some advice. Thanks. |
M thankful for this topic though m getting a bit confused. My boyfriend has a great sense of responsibility. He is someone you could call a family man. Hi epstich, thanks for your time and all, really informative. I think i would stick to using either toothpaste or eggwhite on the spots. I really hope it works. Right now, i have decided to stick to neutrogena alcohol-free face toner. I use neutrogena emulsifying body creme and its really nice on me so i guess the toner should be too. At least there's no salicylic acid or anything strong in it. Appreciate, thanks. |
Nice One. I know my question isnt part of your write-up but who knows? I have some black spots on my face what do you think i could use. Been using mary kay formular 3 but it peels my face even though i dont use it daily. What do you think? Any recommednations for me? |
My Boyfriend is the sweetest ever. Though he has never washed my undies cos there are some habituals i have to do before i wash them and personally, i prefer washing them myself, He helps me wash and iron my clothes cos i dont like washing or ironing. I oonly love ironing when the dress is still new. I really cant start mentioning all that he does but he is really very patient and does some stuff that blow my mind. Most times, denying himself of some things just to be sure i am happy. Unlike what most people said, these things have made me respect him even more. Sometimes, i dont mention it to people cos there's possibility of misunderstanding. Above all, my Boyfriend is just too much. I am just so so blessed. |
The shut down now would be on the 2nd of August. More time to prepare yourselves for the chaos. Eeeyaaa Lagosians pele |

Honey does not cure Pimples, it only moisturises the face! |

Sweetest, One thing with life is that things we cant handle dont come our way. No matter how difficult it may seem right now, you can handle it. I am happy with the responses so far. Thank God for this forum. I am glad too that you are not willing to try any negative thing to get money. That's the spirit. I too was joblesssssss for 3 years post-service and it wasnt easy. I understand how you feel but dont you dare throw in the towel. Always be prepared at anytime for your interview, it comes at the most expected times. I will also remember you in my prayers. But in the time being, find something doing no matter how demeaning or little it seems. Be sure to put in your best while at it. All the best Bro. Dry cleaning is good, fetches great money and requires little to start up. Very soon, you would employ someone and thats how it starts |

Hallo peeps, please where can i buy Witch Hazel Face Toner here in ABuja. Was told its very good. Do help a sis with info. Thanks. Then again, does anyone have an idea where they sell mac Concealer. Was using Mary kay Foundation and poder and after months, its not worth the price. So please where and how much can i get Mac Concealer. |
Splendid Topic. My mom and Dad were in the same room when we were at a rented place. Now we have moved to our own house and though the have seperate rooms now, my mom does not sleep in her own room. When she wants to pray at night, she prays in her room and goe back to bed in my Dad's room. I think the reason for thier own seperate rooms, is that women have lots of loads that can be quite suffocating to the Man. I will definetely have my own room though sleep in my man's bed. That way my things wouldnt get in his way. |
I have once asked that same quetion. On DSTV/AFmag, they show mainly yoruba moies every sunday afternoon/evening and because my big sis cant keep her eyes off Afmag, i am subjected to AFmag once i remain in the sitting room. I must say and i am not exagerating, there is no single yoruba movie i have watched without juju in it. When i asked some yoruba folks, they insisted that it is not juju but a form of religion and i kept wondering since i heard that. If that is thier own of religion i wonder what the main juju/voodoo looks like. |
Sorry i didnt profer my own solution to spots cos seriously, i have tried and while the ones there sre fading suddenly i see someoether ones though they are not that bad. |
Honey on the face is a good moisturiser but definetely not for spots. |
Honestly i am just so touched by the responses so far, not like the fibroid is gone already but i'm very sure Oluchia's fears have been allayed. That is what sharing is all about. I suggest you listen to the people who said they have had it and treated it successfully but above all, test all spirits. Be sure you can trust who you go to. All the best Sweetheart. simply_me:If problems and joys cannot be shared here, i wonder the essence of the site itself. Exactly where would anybody laugh at her problem and for what reason would nairalanders. It could happen to anybody and something worse at that. Pls be corrected. |
Gamine:SERIOUSLY |
